Hi, I'm a French 29 y.o PhD student looking for a shared house with my own bathroom or a studio/grannyflat for up to 250$. The room/studio/grannyflat has to be big enough to fit a king size bed if unfurnished. Long term lease from mid-February beginning of March 2019. I'm pretty social so if I live in a shared place, I am looking to live with interactive people, not just flatmates ^^. Also, I don't have any pets but love them :) Feel free to call me to have a chat a/o to plan a visit. Cheers !
Canadian looking to setup shop in Brisbane for a while. Actively looking for work in Brisbane as well. I'm a social person and always up for anything fun. Clean, tidy, and respectful of people personal space.
Full disclosure, I am undecided about moving to a share house and am simply exploring options if the right arrangement comes along. Working full-time, single occupant. I don't have any pets currently but love cats and dogs. I am an early-bird and like to keep active, so don't spend much time at home generally. During the week, this would mean coming home after 9 some nights as I often go sport climbing. I am an introvert and very much keep to myself and respect the need for privacy and being able to wind down, but I also don't mind a chat. I like to keep things clean and tidy, especially in shared areas. I have no interest in being in a 'party' house. I do have a lot of furniture, so would be looking for an unfurnished place.
Easy going 24 year old, comes with a loveable pup his name is casper a 2 year old dalmatian cross. Both of us are toilet trained and keep noise to a minimum. I work 3 jobs and study full time so am generally at work or hitting the books. In my spare time I exercise with the dog. We are looking for a place with a secure yard besides that am very flexible in terms of requirements.
Do you know the real reason dinosaurs have short arms? So everything they hold is close to their heart! That's right - I'm curious do you like the odd punny joke and the odd dinner, or cuppa, or beverage at home? Are you a quality human looking for another quality human to join your home sweet home, hopefully long term! I am a little bit of a social butterfly and love to go to dinner, movies, picnics, and Latin dancing occasionally! I keep housey spaces tidy and like to cook something yummy occasionally! I am a personal carer in aged care and a jewellery Spruiker on the odd weekend. My kitty Coco is 9 years old and the chillest and kindest cat ever. She is super well trained! How much do you reckon I'd be an awesome housemate ?! Look forward to hearing from you soon!!
Easy going single male with a quiet well behaved 4 year old border collie., Lucy is great with other dogs and pets, she has been mother to 4 puppies last year when she was on the farm with my parents. She's very good and gentle with even the smallest of dogs. I work full time weekdays as a customer service/relationship specialists directly with customer and my colleagues out on the road. I do work the odd Saturday. I’m a great cook, a keen gardener. Lots of plants, l will quiet happily look after the lawns and gardens for others. All of these things help creating a chilled comfortable place for every member of a household. I have all kitchen needs, can store if need be, I have a good art collection and a number of vintage pieces of furniture. I’m clean and respectful to others in a house, I like to cook for others and I'm very sharing. Looking for a big room in a house or a townhouse, currently in a townhouse with my dog. We both will come with references and we both don’t have flees. 🤓 I'm an ex-real estate agent, pets and most challenges in regard to renting, can be solved when everyone is an adult and on the same page. I Matt.
Hey guys! My name is Olivia. I work part time at a restaurant and cafe in Bulimba and study Business and Maths full time at QUT. My lease is coming up in February (move date is flexible) and I'd love to find a place closer to work and the ferry. I love to get outdoors, go hiking, head to the Sunny Coast every second week and hit up the beach and read in my spare time. I like to keep my bedroom minimalist and tidy and ideally would like the same for communal areas. Looking for housemates that are keen to have a board games night, fill the place with plants and cook dinner together every so often. If I sound like a good fit, send me a message. I would love to hear from you :)
Looking to preferably live with a female but open to living with a male. Prefer 2 bed 2 bath in Kangaroo Point, New Farm, Tenneriffe, Morningside, Bulimba, Hawthorne areas. Im pretty quiet but like to also be social at home. I work early starts (7:30) as a Sourcing and Contracts Administrator for a charity so I am pretty homey on weekdays but like to get out and about on weekends. Over my party days so looking for a housemate in the same place. Happy to move to an existing share or house hunt together. I have a couch, Outdoor setting and most kitchen items already, however all of this is in storage at present so can be kept there. Current lease ends mid Feb and as my current housemate is moving in with her man I'm looking for somewhere new. Secure car park is preferred.
HI there ! I'm Teïva a french student arrived in Brisbane for 6 months. I lived in different places in the world and love to share experiences and socializing. I'm not maniac but I love to leave in a clean and tidy house/room. I love cooking, hanging out, drinking wine and more ! Have a good day ! :)
I am a recent graduate and I'm moving to Brisbane to start a new job in prosthetics and orthotics. I have been living on the Sunshine Coast however don't really know anyone in Brisbane so am looking for a social house where I can get to know a few people. I enjoy cooking, sport and love anything outdoors (hiking, camping and exploring the amazing places this area has to offer).
I m really chilled and social when it’s the right time and environment to Be. I work full time or out on the weekends with occasional chill Sunday’s because Sunday’s are for “cooking food, listening to music, having a beer and read a book” kinda day.
I have lived out of home since July 2015 so I consider myself a veteran housemate. I know all the rules: chores rosters, noise curfews, not stealing other peoples food in the fridge... you name it. I also know that housemates can make a house a home, and I appreciate the friendships that can be made even with two strangers (who I live with now). I have lived in Melbourne ever since I was 2 but after many trips up-north I think I may have left my heart here. I’m graduating from uni in February and I’m looking to move my life to Brisbane and hope to find a full-time job. I have a casual work in the meantime to pay rent/bills etc but as I won’t be studying further, I’d be trying to find a job that’s constant. I’m looking for a Private Room for $150 or less, message me if you’re interested :) About me: I’m bubbly, energetic and I LOVE the outdoors and the sunshine (hence the move to Brisbane from crummy Melbourne weather). I’m a social butterfly but also appreciate my down-time when it is needed. I (will) have a degree in International Relations, so politics gets me going 😏. I’m a greeny but not a green thumb, please don’t let me look after your plants because they WILL die. Animals are my favourite thing, no matter what shape or size. Have a 4ft python or a stick insect? Cool let me hold it! I love Pilates, drinking red wine/Bacardi & coke, dancing until I can’t feel my feet and tucking into some good old banter (yes I can give shit and take it too). Hit me up if you’re interested :)
Hi my name is Tahlika & I’m 19. I currently work full time in the city mon - fri. When I’m not working I enjoy going to the gym, keeping active & finding new places to indulge in delicious food (ultimate foodie). I’m clean, easygoing and enjoy my own space but I’m always down for a cheese platter and drinks. Looking for fun, likeminded, positive people that are enjoy socialising for a laugh but also respect personal space.
Hi, I’m moving to Brisbane from Perth for work and I’m looking to find a place that has an enclosed backyard for my 2 year old dog (kelpie x husky). I’m a friendly easy-going person. Enjoy going out on weekends for a few drinks however, I also don't mind staying in. As I don’t know anyone in Brisbane I’m looking to live with similar aged people who are respectful of each others space but can be sociable as well. I don't arrive in Brisbane until the 27th of Jan but if you'd like to teamup we could catch up over Skype. Send me an email on firstname.lastname@example.org if early bird is an issue contacting me.
Go by Claudia, 22, studying and working part time. I’ve just moved up from the coast and am looking for a room in a sharehouse. I’m clean, considerate, easygoing and don’t mind a drink on the odd occasion.
21 work is the Hospo industry doing about 35+ hours a week. Very busy hardly home quiet keep to my self but do like a drink or two. Im a tidy person who respects others and their belongings.
Single bloke works Mon - Fri, usually out doing things week nights and weekends. Like to be social, just not very good at it. If I am at home, like to just relax with Fox 8 cartoon entertainment or a movie. I don't cook often, so have little use for the kitchen, just need room for beer in the fridge. Have everything needed for a household, but for the right place, I could put some in storage or something.
I've just finished my first year of uni studying design and am looking to move before the start of next semester. I am currently working part time at two jobs and am planning to move to England mid next year to study so only looking to move in for the 6ish months before I leave. I'm easy-going and quite social so I'd prefer to live with others who don't mind spending time together and also are ok with having friends over etc. I spend most of my time socialising, working on art projects and volunteering at festivals I'm also vego but I don't mind if other housemates eat meat !
Looking for a sociable flat, preferably with other musicians who understand that noise happens until like 8-10pm. I've been flatting for 7 years so I'm tidy as and can fix shit, and I'll probably always say yes to a beer. I'm well travelled (26 countries deep so far) and come with SO many jokes and stories. I'm sorry, but yes - I am from New Zealand.
I’m a 34 year old marketing professional (work 4 days/wk) also studying primary education at uni. I am from Brisbane originally, returning after an 18 month stint on the Gold Coast. I come with a 9yo Great Dane cross Mastiff who loves cuddles and is friendly with other dogs (we currently live with a boisterous Frenchie) and would love a place that has a dog already but it would also be perfect if you love dogs but want none of the responsibility! I prefer to socialise outside of my home rather than have friends over and generally keep a pretty quiet, low-key existence while at home. I'm clean, tidy, respectful, and all the other things you'd expect of a housemate. I'm looking to share with one or two mature, like-minded housemates who are happy doing their own thing but also share a meal or drink every now and then. My moving date is super flexible, but two weeks notice would be ideal.
My name is Kelsey and I have been living and working in Brisbane over the past 6 months. I work in an office job Monday- Friday, enjoy going to the gym throughout the week and like going out to meet friends at the weekend. I am tidy, relaxed and friendly. I enjoy my own and am respectful of peoples space but am also up for socialising and enjoy the occasional glass of wine and a cheeseboard. I am looking for a place in or around Morningside for a minimum of one month.
