Hello esteemed reader!. I am a male, mature age, recent uni grad, ex RAAF, worked in IT about 15 yrs up to Business Analyst/Project Manager level, done some handyman stuff, renovated a few properties. I am clean and tidy, non-drinker, very easy to get along with, pretty quiet, respectful of others space, love to cook, love a good movie, like to do a bit of gardening, very reliable with rent/bills. I work for Suncorp as a Claims Manager, 2 days in office, 3 days from home, so I am looking for a largish bedroom where I can set up both a bed and a decent sized desk (I have both). Close to city would be good, but not so close that parking is an issue as I do have a car. Around Seven Hills would be ideal but not a neccesity. Love a chat, love to hear of others life experiences and perspectives, but also like my own space and so respect others space too.
