My friend, Praneel has a leg injury, so the place needs to be easy to access for someone on crutches. The main reason for the short duration request (6 months) is that, hopefully the COVID situation would've eased enough by the end of the year to allow me to be reunited in Australia with my girlfriend who is currently overseas. She would then be the other occupier and the circumstances would be a bit different. However, if the place ticks all the boxes, I would be happy to commit to a longer lease.
