We’re Richard and Indi, a friendly, professional couple looking for a whole house, granny flat, or self-contained unit to make our home.
We both work full time, five days a week, and are quiet, reliable tenants who genuinely care about the place we live. We can comfortably afford rent up to $800 per week and are hoping to find somewhere long-term.
We share our home with two indoor-only Ragdoll cats who are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and council registered. They’re calm, clean, and very well cared for. We’re happy to maintain the property to a high standard and fully welcome routine inspections.
