Hi there, future housemates, I'm looking for a temporary living situation for around 3-4 months and who knows we will see how it goes. As a housemate, I'm pretty easy going, tidy , considerate and respectful of other people and their space. looking forward to all your positive responses cheers
Moving from the Netherlands to Brisbane for a chemistry internship at QU which will last for approx 8 months. I'm a pretty down to earth guy that enjoys going to the gym (or some other locals sport that I might pick up), reading, video/board games, (electronic) music festivals and having a few drinks now and then. Also, I want to go out into the Aussie nature, be it a nice hike or a weekend at the beach. For me, home is a place to relax and I usually keep it clean, but I don't mind a few house parties here and there. I'd like to find a place where the housemates respect each others privacy and keep it relatively tidy, but that are also up for doing some stuff together, be it a board-game or a couple of drinks.
Hey I'm Jesse! I'm an easy-going Australian guy in my 20s. I work as a barista and have recently moved from Sydney. At the moment I work part time and study full time so I am fairly busy! So far I am loving Brisbane and I am particularly looking at rooms close to Southbank or Brisbane City as i am at TAFE most days. I find it easy to get along with pretty much anyone. I'm social and enjoy a drink or a meal with housemates, as we as time to myself as well. I am respectful of other's space and quite clean. I like fitness and going to the gym, rock-climbing, hiking, camping, live music and craft beer. Looking for some like-minded, easy-going people to live with, let me know if you think we are a good fit. Jesse
Hi I'm Dylan, I am 26, recently relocated to Brisbane from Melbourne. I work in hotel guest services and study interior architecture part tim. I have not rented previously, however Ideally seeking a home with clean and respectful people who are occasionally up for a housemate dinner or lazy Sunday 'Friends'marathon. I am gay just in case this is a problem. I spend majority of my spare time either at the gym, or hiking, camping, kayaking etc etc. I lobe being outdoor. Im not a big partier and generally find myself in bed by 10pm lol. I consider myself friendly, well-mannered, considerate and cleanly. Any questions feel free to ask!
Hi there, my wife and I are moving to Brisbane for a change of scenery, we have lived in Sydney too long now and its time for a change. I myself am a chef and she is a teacher that teaches English to foreign students, we are out going people, love to talk and get to know people and travel as well, I'm am a guitarist in my free time, and love to cook when I can to practice new things. We are both looking for people that are a bit like us, they would be happy to go to a bar and have a drink and chat about anything. As we are new and staying shortly before we get our own place to live, we would like to get to know the area a little and what it's like to live in Brissy. cheers brett.
I’m easy going with a bubbly personality. I work full time currently as an Interior Designer and have plans to continue my architectural studies part time next year. I also come with a plus one, my dachshund puppy Hudson!
Hi there! I'm looking for a new place in mid October so I can be a little closer to work (in the valley). Either looking for a share house to join or a 1 bedroom flat/studio to take over. I'm currently working and studying full time which means i'm pretty busy. When I do have free time, normally I will catch up with friends, go out or head to the coast. I'm pretty chill and love my own space, but also love socialising and having dinners at home with some wine. Have been in share houses for a few years so definitely understand the need for a clean place and respecting each other. I do have a little tabby named Olive who would be with me, she is quite chill and mostly just lays on you keeping you warm while watching movies. Let me know if you have a spare room or a lease I could take over, open to team ups also to start a new place :)
Hiieeeee Emily here. Living preference is house vs apartment in West End to Woolloongabba area, though basically don’t want to be too far from the river on either side. I like to be close to the haps and all my favourite veg restaurants, and it’s easier for public transport. *I am traveling from end of August through mid September, so I am not looking for a place until the end of September/beginning of October.* Keen for just about any living situation where the top priorities are keeping our home a sanctuary and paying the bills on time 👍 I’m definitely into hanging out with flat mates, also fine if it’s just exchanging pleasantries and silent mutual respect. I work until mid evening and take the bus home, so I’ll be like a ship in the night most weekdays. I’ve made a few awesome mates since living in Brisbane, would love to have some game nights and movie & pj & popcorn parties. I love to decorate and make my space a palace of art, tchotchkes, string lights and plants in various states between living and dead. I will never want to discuss politics. I will want to occasionally blast music and flail dance around in my pjs (most likely when the house is empty). I do not mind a manageable amount of disarray though try to keep things tidying for my sanity. I’m sobah. Would prefer others who keep the boozing to a non-insane level at home and no cannabis/drugs in the household, please, though I ain’t judging your out of household extracurriculars. I’m usually reading no less than three books at a time. I dabble in writing and drawing. I would be sooo down to walk the dog for you. I’m straightforward, pretty chill, tender-hearted and super nice.
Currently working part time, studying floristry and looking for a place to move out to as soon as possible. I’m really open minded, friendly and in need of some independence. Looking for social roommates who want to become friends ☺️ I like my privacy as much as the next person but I’d like to use this as an opportunity to meet some groovy people that I get along with well

Hi all, I am a small business owner, single, have no kids or pets, do not smoke and like to have my place clean and organised. Originally from Germany but have been here for about 8 years. Do like sports in general, go for runs regularly, enjoy cycling, the beach, barbecue, movies concerts, conversation, nature, shopping and much more. I'm currently searching for either a house, townhouse, apartment, unit or granny flat with at least one LUG or sufficient space under a house, mainly for my business equipment. Clean and well maintained kitchen and bathroom is a must. Ideally I can have two rooms for myself, since I do massages beside my business. I am happy to share a place with someone who appreciates living with a mature, friendly, talkative person who is able to run a household - could also fancy living by myself. 😉
