Hello potential roomies, I’m a 29 year old female Canadian in Brisbane on a working holiday. Planning on staying in Brissie for 6 months, perhaps longer. Would love to find roomies that want to socialize, perhaps who are also into outdoor activities. I’m always down for an adventure! At home, I enjoy chill times but also hangs with bevies. Like to cook and bake too. Feel free to message me if you think we’d jive. :)
Hi my name is Mykel, 26, I work full time (FIFO) when I am home I do enjoy making the most of my RNR, I love cooking, I’m currently studying in my spare time. I love going out and venturing to all scenic places, road trips, markets and trying new things you name it. I’m very respectful and very easy to get along with.
Hi :D I'm after anything from a room in student accom. or a granny-flat sort of set-up (i.e. something a bit more secluded) to a room in a big share-house, but ideally I'd prefer something a bit more social (and a bit less expensive :P ) with like-minded, chilled-out people also in their 20-30's. I do contracting work through my own ABN as an electrical draftsman as well as run a small eBay business - so luckily I get to work from home (at least as much as possible). I like to spend my spare-time binge-watching TV shows (Black Mirror, GoT, Westworld etc.) or tinkering with various tech, e.g. fixing up old laptops or creating Frankenstein phones out of multiple old\broken ones lying around. I always enjoy going out for drinks now & then, but always prefer when there's a good band playing. I have been studying Psychology at UQ (St Lucia) but am currently taking a break from my degree, so have opted to fill that gap by educating myself in tech-related topics to help out my small business as well as taking the time to write music whenever I get the chance.
Hey there I'm Stephmo (they/them pronouns). My housemate, Kavita, and I are moving to a bigger, better place to start a new sharehouse! (Current lease is up in the start of June). We are looking for one or two other people who wish to join us on this adventure to find a sweet new pad. Looking quite strictly in these areas: Kangaroo Point, West End, East Brisbane, Woolloongabba, Highgate Hill, New Farm. I have a rescue dog, Jedda. She has issues with other animals so will have to be the solo doggo at this house. (Housemates will need to be onboard with having her around the house and preferably up for cuddles, often). We have basic house furniture and appliances including fridge and washing machine but happy for more to be brought along and we can make it work! Maintaining an eco-friendly household is essential (if you aren't interested in at least basic recycling, then this won't work). About me: Queer, non-binary, feminist, pro-choice, anti-racist, lefty. I'm an adult who is pretty good at adulting, even though it's hard. I can do the things, pay the bills, keep the cleans, you know the deal. I have an all-too-real phobia of dirty tea-towels and sponges. I built a campervan last year and dream of living in a bus one day. Camping trips & outdoor adventures are life. About Kavita: Kavita | She/Her/Hers A PhD-er, focussed on smart cities, gender and social justice, whose dream is to be colocated to the QUT Gardens-Point campus. Her weekdays are uni-intensive and weekends are magical adventures. She: makes the occasional cake and curry for 'family' dinners. Likes to secretly do too much---gigs, climbs, poetry, meals, board games, hikes, beach, Brooklyn 99, bendy yoga, Handmaid's Tale, quiet lay-ins, tarot... We are both clean and tidy and want to live with people who prioritise this in the communal areas. I will remain 100% responsible for dog related things, aside from the aforementioned Jedda cuddles which are available 24/7. Kavita and I do enjoy our own space at times but keen for making real friendships with housemates who enjoy chats and the occasional drink/meal together! We both enjoy a quiet, peaceful household - definitely not a party place! If you think you'd be the right fit, send us a message!
Hello, I'm a 22 year old female, who is tidy, responsible, a non-smoker, non-drinker and relatively quiet. I'm planning on starting study in veterinary nursing at TAFE in July and am looking for accommodation that allows me the stability I need to fulfill my academic goals. I'm very friendly and empathetic. I am also quite introverted, so I do keep to myself. I make sure that my rent is always paid on time and treat those around me with respect and courtesy. I'm a massive animal lover too.
I have just returned from Europe, looking to start a new household within the Inner North Brisbane area. I'm tidy and respectful, and come with all my own furniture plus shared furniture: Large couch, dining table, large fridge, chairs, bar stools, coffee table, as well as plenty of kitchen goods such as plates, cutlery, etc. I am a photographer and composer, and I enjoy classical architecture, art in general, music, and the company of well rounded mature people. I am no longer into large chaotic parties, but will never say no to having good mature company round for dinner or a few glasses of wine and cheese. I'd like to live in a Queenslander, but it's not the end of the world if that doesn't pan out. I can move out whenever, but 22nd of may is a good guide date. I also already have an internet plan with Telstra cable ready to move, so no need to worry about plan start fees! I also don't have a car so no need to worry about fighting me for a car space.
Hi, I’m Trent, I’m 30years old and work full time as a plumber around Brisbane. I am reliable and very neat and tidy. I work Mon-Fri and pretty much hang out with mates on weekends. I live a fairly active lifestyle and also enjoy a drink every now and then. Preferably looking in West End, Paddington or Kangaroo Point areas, but all locations are welcome. Any other questions feel free to ask.
Hey everyone! I'm looking for a nice place to settle in, preferably with lots of plants and books and a yard. I've been living overseas for 5+ years, but stoked to move back to brisbane now (I'm originally from currumbin but studied in brissy for years). I'm a professional editor (books, articles, etc.) but I'll be doing volunteer charity work as well and various other things like camping, biking, hiking, traveling, etc. I clean up after myself without being asked, keep to myself a bit for most of the day but always up for a good chat over a coffee and keen for a community feel (i.e. house dinners, housemate picnics, whatever). 28, non-smoker, non-annoying. LGBTI+ friendly and all the good non-bigotted stuff. Cheers :)
Hi, we are Diego and Andres, a couple looking for a private bedroom with ensuite or own bathroom, also a dog friendly house as we have a little Wesite dog who is toilet trained, friendly and very calm around other pets/people. We are generally quite busy during the week with full time work and on the weekend we enjoy relaxing at the beach.
Hi, I am Alex (33) aka the Greek. I just moved to Australia after leaving in the UK for 10 years with a 2 year break away to Germany. I work in UQ as a Post-Doc. in economics and psychology. I love drinking coffee watching the sunrise and I try to exercise at least an hour per day (gym, tennis, yoga, swim, cycling) even if work continuously tries to get in the way. I am always in for the after work beer or glass of wine, and I enjoy cooking. My place doesn't have to be spotless just fairly clean and reasonably organised. I am looking for a house I can call home with a group of flatmates that I can share a laugh and my dinner with.

Hi there, I am moving to Brisbane to take up a full-time position as an Orthotist (making customised bracing for client's of all age groups). I love being active and meeting new people but I also value my own downtime and privacy. I am from Melbourne. I love going to markets and exploring new places (i.e. hiking). I love animals but don't have a pet of my own. I am looking for a place in a safe neighbourhood (either all to myself or somewhere with a kind and bubbly female room mate) and relatively close to my work in Dutton Park.
HiYa: I am a Mexican Architect and English/Spanish teacher; I love art in all its manifestations. I am friendly, easy going, tidy, organized, respectful and likely to share with all possible mates this experience will bring. I like sports and nature ; swimming, hiking, cycling, skating. I love to share, but also looking forward to have my own, personal moments. I will be in Brisbane part time working and studying, starting with a 4 months course, but wanting to apply for an extension as much time as possible :D (I would preferably like to live near Adelaide St. / Brisbane or surroundings). Cheers !!

Hey, Im Erin - I work for QCS full time and I'm starting uni again soon. I have a dog who will need another dog as friend. She's a big girl and needs a lot of room to play. She's a beautiful soul and is overall just a big puppy dog. Please do not message/text/call me about a room unless Maisy can be accommodated for - she is my priority. I enjoy going to gym so I can keep eating the amount of junk I eat, love a good wine or beer in the arvo after work and some good banter. If you live near a dog park and public transport to the city that would be awessoommmeee. Cheers
We are looking for 1-2 girls to join us in finding a 3-4 bedroom place around the start of June (as that's when our current lease ends). We're both in our final year of study doing Graphic design, we work part time and are quite social but enjoy our own time too. Looking for someone who is considerate, clean and chilled out but doesn’t mind a few drinks on the weekends. We’re often going to gigs and markets. We also have a 1 year old cat called Lenni who’s very friendly! We have an abundance of plants & furniture between us, as well as most other necessities for setting up a home! If you think you'd be a good fit, please message us :-) Hoping to move around West End/Coorparoo/Woolloongabba/Highgate hill or New Farm/Teneriffe areas.
Looking for a cruisey laid back place to call home, living with social but respectful house mates that can keep the place tidy. I like to relax, most music, parmy and trivia nights, gymming, a beer or 6 and generally keeping busy. Im away for work overseas at the moment and get back late April, if you'd like a meet and greet feel free to swing me a message. Cheers!
