🐾 I have a 1-year-old miniature dachshund, Maple – small, well-trained, super friendly, and never a problem indoors.
🏡 Looking for a 1–2 bedroom unit, granny flat, studio, house, or townhouse that’s pet-friendly and unfurnished (not looking to share — wanting my own space).
📍 Preferably Northside Brisbane, but I’m open to other areas too.
💸 Budget: $350–$500 per week.
🧼 About me: clean, tidy, respectful, and always pay rent on time.
✅ Stable full-time income (can provide payslips).
✅ Strong personal & character references available.
✅ Move-in date is flexible to suit the property.
✅ Hoping to settle somewhere long-term, not just short-term.

I may not have a long rental history yet, but I can guarantee I’ll look after the property as if it’s my own. Maple and I are hoping to find a cozy, safe place to call home. 💕
