I’m currently looking for a pet-friendly rental or potential housemate arrangement and wanted to see what might be available. I’m open to most areas and have a budget of $450–$600 per week. I’m also open to lease transfers, break leases, or teaming up with the right person to find a place together 🏡

A bit about me:
I’m 26, easygoing, tidy, and respectful. I work mostly full-time hours as a customer service consultant from home, so I’m looking for a space that is comfortable for WFH. I enjoy a calm, homey environment, love cooking, and appreciate a good balance between quiet time and socialising.

I also have a miniature dachshund, Maple,
who is very well-trained, friendly, and great with people and other animals. Also is a massive cuddles so free cuddles are a bonus hehe. Because of this, a pet-friendly home is essential.

I’d ideally love to live with like-minded people who value a positive and comfortable home environment, not just housemates, but people who are open to occasional chats, coffee runs, or a friendly atmosphere.

I do have a partner, and we would spend time together when we’re not working or have free time, so I’m looking for a home that’s comfortable with him being over.

I have furniture currently in storage, so I’d ideally be looking for an unfurnished place or one where I can bring my own items.

Move-in is flexible, ideally within the next 1-3 months!
