Hey everyone! I just moved back here from Europe after living in the UK for a year. I am loving Australia, I'm hoping to stay here permanently. I'm just looking for a new house to move in to. Get a fresh start, meet some new cool people all the jazz... I work in retail in Westfield Chermside. I am quite socially awkward I'm not gonna lie lol. I'm just not the most chattiest person and I love my own space to peace out. That being said I would love to meet new people and gain a couple of friends, I could sure use someone to go out more, maybe even go clubbing and stuff. I am a huge fan of social media and my list of favourite TV shows is never ending. Ideal (Friday) night is just a bottle of wine and good company. I do love my wine. A lot haha. Also, I am vegetarian so.. if you are too, I already love you! HMU! P.S. I am gay and would love to have gay housemates cause I have never had them before, but in a prefect world right? Obviously you need to be LGBTI+ friendly tho lol. Also just FYI I am a smoker if that's an issue for you. Obviously I don't smoke inside but yeah.. Just heads up.
Hi, I'm a full time nurse working between two hospitals, I gym/exercise a lot so am not home heaps. I like having a tidy place to come home to, I am happy to have chats/chill but also like my own space. Looking for a room for about 6 months. Send me a message if you think you could help me out! :)
Hi, my name is Travis, I'm 27, single, gay, super clean, super tidy and super dorky, also mildly autistic, diagnosed as a child with Aspergers Syndrome. I'm respectful of personal space but also don't mind hanging out, specially if it involves Netflix and a big box of Cadbury Favourites although wouldnt mind a housemate who I can be friends with at the same time. I'm not a party animal but don't mind going into the city or somewhere nice for a couple drinks on the rare occasion, so I'd like a housemate who is similar in that sense and who has a friendly and easy going personality that's clean and tidy. :) I'm currently working 16 hours a week as a night shift Environmental Services Assistant at the HSNPH in Chermside and Im studying IT full time at Tafe South Bank. Im after a place that has the following, - Pet free - Smoke free - Drug free - Child free - LGBT friendly - Air-conditioning - Non party house - Off street parking - 1 other person maybe 2 max depending on the person/situation - Queen size room with built in (Unfurnished) - Ensuite or own bathroom - Storage (Preferable) - New or Newish house/townhouse or apartment (preferably) - Super clean, as I am really clean myself so ideally Id like my future housemate to be the same as I work as a cleaner and as you can imagine its not very nice to come home to a messy or smelly house. I do have a few bits and bobs that need to be stored, some I can just chuck in the cupboard and under my bed but I do have a sensor dryer and also a mountain bike which I'd like to keep out of the weather. If you like what you read and feel I'm suitable please done hesitate to message me.
Hey! My name is Cameron, I'm 20, working full-time in Customer Support for a non-profit. Reasonably quiet, happy spending time by myself, but also wouldn't mind hanging out in the evenings/on the weekends. Looking for a place on the Northside with a friendly flatmate or two!
I’m 22, queer and vegan. I love art, animals, food, philosophy, nature and video games. I'm looking for a room in a place that is preferably vegetarian/vegan based, LGBTQIA+ friendly and close to the city! I am friendly, tidy, and quiet, always on time with rent/bills. I'm looking for a long time home, not just a room for the time being. I am interested in team-ups or joining an already established home. I will be studying full time so the closer to South Bank, the better! Not interested in living with bigots. Thank you!
Tidy, clean and independent. I work 5 days a week in the construction industry and home in the evening to relax. I like to keep fit and have a set of weights and 2 bikes I will need room for. I am looking for mature flat mates who like a quiet house. I like a non smoking household and all bills included in the weekly rent
Hello :) My name is Claudia and myself and my little puppy are looking to relocate. For work I am a Dietitian for a few different companies. For fun I like to bake, go on hikes, drink coffee, go to the gym, hang with my puppy and watch good comedy shows. I'm looking for somewhere simple and clean. If you are someone who likes to be active, fit and healthy and likes to get up early and start the day, then we're probably a good match :)
I'm a warm, easy-going gal who is looking for a place to move in around the north side. I currently live in Upper Mount Gravatt, but my work is moving to Hendra in May, so I'd like to find a place close enough to the new office before the big move. I'm a bit of a creative mind, love a good binge watch, and don't mind a drink or two on the weekends. I work full time at the moment so I'm always looking for some spare time for my hobbies and other passions, and somebody to hang out with after a long day. I'm looking to move into a place with other women and a max of two housemates as that is what I am most comfortable with at this time, and am available to move in at any time with short notice, though preferably after an inspection. I am looking for places that have easy access to train-lines or busses that could get me to the city so I can still get to work before the office move, and also looking for unfurnished rooms. I do currently work 9-6 during the week. Please only message me during these hours as my work requiries me to be on the phone so I cannot take any calls. I am available to message or call at any time during the weekend, and please ask if you'd like my email or facebook.
Hello! My name is Lachy, I'm 26 and grew up in Brisbane. I have recently arrived back in Australia after spending 2018 over in the UK on a working holiday. I am keen to find a place to call home on Brisbane's north-side. About me, I am a easy going and tidy person with a friendly personality. I'm happy to share a meal, game or chat but also understand and am respectful of personal space. I enjoy a fairly independent and healthy lifestyle, exercising and playing social sports throughout the week. I mostly spend my weekends catching up with friends, watching Netflix or working on personal projects. Some of my hobbies include photography, guitar/piano, cooking, reading, hiking, rock climbing and volleyball. If you think I may be a good fit as a flatmate please get in contact, I'd be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Cheers, Lachy
Hey, I work full-time in the world of cosmetics, I'm not home very much during the week. In my spare time I go to the gym or the beach with friends. I'm Brisbane born and bred. I am IDEALLY looking for somewhere with my own bathroom and a car space (am flexible). Reach out if you would like to know anything else. Cleo x
Hey guys! I’ve been looking at 2br 2ba apartments. Looking for a fellow easy going extraordinaire to share a lease with me. If you got a washing machine and a fridge HELLOOOO HIT ME UP! Otherwise wouldn’t mind going on a scavenger hunt or buy the goods. I’m pretty chill, easy going and clean to live with! Turn up, downtime, cookups, new friends whatever it is I’m down for! Not a neat freak but keeping shared space clean and tidy is important to me. Don’t worry a few dishes on the sink never hurt nobody. I’ve got a major love affair for food. I enjoy a few (sometimes too many) cheeky bevs not gonna lie. I work in hospitality so I work a lot of late nights but I’m very mindful when coming home. My job come with perks for fellow foodies! ;)
I am looking for a quiet, chilled but respectful house. I am a social introvert, curious and open-minded. I have a 17 year old Burmese cat. I work 30 hours per week & spend weekends relaxing or catching up with friends. Not a drinker or a party-er. 420 friendly. I have a small amount of furniture and whitegoods including a small fridge, washing machine and clothes dryer, and a spare single bed, so somewhere not already full of furniture would be ideal. I would really love a place that has a deck or some outside space to chill in, and garden.
Hi my name is Steph and I have recently returned to Brisbane after several years of working overseas with Doctors without Borders. I'm looking to set myself back up in Brisbane for 2019 and would love to live in a fun and social house. I am friendly, curious, clean and very easy going. I enjoy cooking and hanging out with a beer or glass of vino, but respect everyone's need for privacy. I'm happy to take a shorter stay place or up to 6 months so send me a message if you think you have a room that suits. Ta, Steph.
