Hi, I'm Toy and currently looking for a Granny Flat or 1 bedroom unit. I'm quite reserved and noise is not going to be an issue. I'm also clean due to my allergies to dust mites. I do have my mom occasionally visiting once every few years for a week. I do not mind paying extra for utilities if need be when she visits.
Hello! I am easy-going and looking for a great place to live for 3 months. I study marine science and work in a research lab at the University of Queensland. I have already lived in Brisbane so I know my way around and I am looking for clean and respectful roommates to share a flat with. Also, I am allergic to cats!
hi all! my name is dana, I'm twenty years old with a love for a bit of adventure! Im quiet and reserved, but very warm once ive opened up and have gotten comfortable! I live at my partners house also as he doesn't have roommates and I do, so you may go a few days or week without seeing me, classic boy meets girl kinda love. I'm currently looking for a new place to call my own as my current residence is a bit expensive for how little I live there! I love cute coffee dates, Southbank adventures and Acting. I would prefer living with girls my age who have similar interests!
Hey! I'm currently looking for a house to move in to, at the end of January / beginning of February. A little bit about me, Im from Botswana, just graduated from UQ this year, 24 years old, and working in the CBD for a small firm as a data scientist. Having lived in a share house for a couple of years, I know very well to take responsibility in keeping the place tidy and to be considerate of others. Love being outdoors, and trying all sorts of new activities. Also have a bit of a problem with buying new tech, in that I'm always buying new tech. So you can rest assured that I'll be happy to add toys to the house (speakers/camera/Xbox/coffee machine whatever else). Always up for a good conversation or just to hang out in general, but also know to respect your privacy and space. Looking forward to meeting you, future housemate and friend. Sai
HI There, my name is Rachel, I am friendly, clean and respectful of other peoples belongings and space. I work full time in Finance, and like to spend my weekends socialising and out and about. Always happy to have a chat or share a meal, but also mindful that everyone needs their space. :)
I'm friendly and easy going, I love to cook and bake and if I've been baking I'll absolutely share. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, going to the beach, and gymming. I'm keen to start uni next year and move in with some cool people to kick off my life as an adult :D I'm looking for somewhere to live for 6+ months because I need somewhere to settle for a bit entering into uni
Looking to join or create an epic flat family! I'm an architectural graduate and I work for a global engineering consultancy. Our office is moving to Fortitude Valley in Feb and am looking for a place walkable and nearby with public transport and a supermarket (I don't drive). I volunteer for Engineers Without Borders and I enjoy sailing, art and pizza! I'm looking for a place where I can come home from work, de-stress, bleb on the couch or in my room and feel comfortable. I've been flatting since university (for 5 years! Time really flies) and am a strong advocate for open communication, understanding and working together to make an awesome living environment. :) I also come with a fridge, washing machine and lounge furniture so if you're looking for a teamup, hit me up!
I work full-time as a financial planner which usually involves long-hours. I'm a bit of an introvert but I do enjoy a nice chat and occasional dinners, gatherings, etc. I spend most of my free time outdoors fishing, chilling at the beach, hiking, or at the gym. I tend to do a bit of cooking and meal prep in the kitchen but mostly enjoy my own space.
Jess is a high school teacher and part time director. She loves dancing, costume parties and reading. Jess just moved back from 2 years in London, she’s looking to buy a houseplant. Alice is a delightful pink-haired retail worker. She likes pandas, Taylor Swift and also likes dancing.
Hi, I'm Claire. I'm 24 and I currently work as an ELICOS teacher and an acting tutor. I do a bit of acting and directing around Brisbane. I'm super chill and am happy to just go with whatever is happening. I enjoy reading, watching movies, having some chill bevvies with good company and being out in nature.
Looking for a place for me and my dog/terrariums. Me: Jasmin: I'm an introvert who works two jobs (construction and aquarium shop). I like live music, nature, boardgames, videogames, TV Series, acoustic guitar, terrariums, art, plants etc. I have hobbies, exercise and I'm out and about quite often. I clean as I cook and don't leave common areas dirty and I don't invade other's privacy. Dan Dog: I adopted him 2 years ago and he's my best friend. Dan is obedient, house trained and has never had an accident inside as long as I've had him; he is too energetic for tiny dogs during playtime so other medium to large sized dog friends only. Has been living with kittens for the past 12 months. Can also be an outside dog. Doesn't bark excessively and is a great friend to all. I'm looking for a large room and a little storage space.
We are both working professionals - she works as a doctor, he works in commercial real estate. We are responsible adults looking for a nice clean home for the next 6+ months. We can be sociable but also respect other people's spaces. Into gym, basketball, and general outdoors activities such as hiking, scuba diving and beach. Looking for a nice relaxed environment sharing with flatmates who may enjoy sharing occasional drinks and some outdoor excursions together.
27 yr old professional looking for a room to rent. I work in an Architecture firm in the Valley and will be going back to Uni to do my Masters in Feb. I'm a pretty social, friendly guy and am looking for a social household (not a party house) that likes to hangout and do things whilst also understanding each others privacy. I like to get out and about on the weekends, usually mountain biking, indoor rock climbing or catching up with family & friends. I'm negotiable on price depending on what's included but am hoping to find a place with an off street parking spot for my car and some storage for my bike, camping gear and other things. I also have some furniture I can contribute, including a microwave, washing machine, dining table, TV cabinet. If you think you might have something suitable feel free to send me a message. Mike
Hi! My name is Grace, I’m 23 and work Full time as a research scientist at QUT. I love to cook (still haven’t learnt the correct ratio of pasta though), read, Netflix and my houseplants. Im hoping to find another gal of a similar age, preferably non smoking.
Hi there, Isabel and I have just returned from a couple years overseas and are looking for a place to settle into for a while. We're both tidy people and more inclined to have a few glasses of wine at home than go out.
Hi Guys My name is Pat. I have lived in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast over the past 8 years, now heading into Brissy to pursue my PhD in Psychology at UQ. I would describe myself as ambitious yet laid back. Looking for a place I can call home with people who enjoy food, a sneaky drink and a little bit of adventure. I have been a full time professional for 10 years now. My study and work load would see me leave the house at 5am most days and return around 7pm. I'm normally first out of the house and first to bed, but enjoy to socialise and share a meal. Also fairly clean, like to keep things tidy but by no means a neat freak. Interested in any of the surrounding suburbs around Brisbane city. If you would like to no more please do not hesitate to ask. Look forward to meeting you. Pat.
Hey there! I’m Courtney, I work a bartending job in New Farm, a waitressing position in Virginia, and study Criminology in Mount Gravatt. So that’s roughly all of Brisbane covered 👍🏼 I’m looking for a place within 10mins to 15mins drive of new farm/city area My schedule is busy so I’m not home a lot, however as I work night shifts I need a place that’s quiet so I can sleep after shift working. I have 2 small cockatiels, which live in my room at current sharehouse and are not a drama for me or my housemates. I usually sleep late due to working nights so they don’t often wake till 10am. Prefer a place without cats as that could be an issue with the birds. Doesnt bother me living with males/females/ couples as long as everyone cleans after themselves. I’m single so no partners to worry about. I’ve been sharehouse living since I was 18 and I’d consider myself a pretty clean, self sufficient housemate. Any questions shoot me a message. Cheers Courtney
I am very clean and friendly, great to get along with and don't mind having a chat over dinner occasionally :) I am looking for the perfect place that I can feel at home and comfortable living with people similar to myself! I prefer a quiet household rather than a party house, as I like to focus on my studies. I study at QUT around 3 days per week and have 2 jobs - one in the valley and one at garden city - which I work Friday nights, Saturdays & nights, and Sundays. I rely on public transport when I'm not borrowing my aunties car, therefore I am looking for somewhere which has a bus stop only 5 minutes walk away and only takes maximum 15 minutes to get to the city - preferably somewhere close to the north/southeast busway. If your listing includes a room with a LARGE wardrobe and drawers or built-in wardrobe, a double bed, ceiling fan (or just aircon) and is priced no more than $185/week INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES/BILLS + INTERNET; PLEASE MESSAGE ME!!! THANKS :)
About me: I'm 24yo, currently woking in government in the CBD. I enjoy cooking, music, cycling and the out doors. I'm looking for a room in share house, preferrably with a few others. Always up for a cup of tea or shared meal, but can also keep to myself. I am not a smoker, and I keep quite regular hours. Looking forward to meeting you, Joe
I'm just a gal in desperate need of a place to live by the end of January 2019! I'm 20 years old, studying Fine Art at QCA, and very friendly and down to earth who will be the best housemate ever because I'm very clean, can sort of cook/bake, and will make you nice arty things as presents! I'm looking to live with other friendly and easygoing people, and who I can make a comfortable and stress-free home with. I love to socialise, but also appreciate having my own space and will never say no to a good ol Friends episode or two :-)
I’m 27, work full time within the construction industry, dealing mostly with designers, builders and architects. I throughly enjoy fitness and spend a lot of my time outside exercising. Im way too caffeine reliant for it to be healthy. I’m tidy and respectful of other people’s space. Looking for something central for the lifestyle.
