Hi I'm Sean! I work full time in the city and spend most of my down time writing and directing films. I'm clean, tidy and love to cook. I'm mindful of others and very easy to live with. I'm hoping to teamup and create a positive place to live in.
Looking to start a new team up with 2-3 decent girls/guys. A bit of banter and a drink/hang would be great every now and then but quite happy to just do our own things too Like to keep things pretty easy going. Have friends/partners over as you wish, chip in for house supplies, everyone help out when needed, keep it happy, really just the usual. I’ll probably spend most of summer at the beach. I get out and about some weeknights however am more often than not chilling around home. I do require undercover parking for my motorbike and would love a place with an outdoor area. I work full time so rent/bills are always paid. Very familiar with share house life so not interested in anyone who hasn't learnt how to clean up after themselves. Own basics: fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and a few bits and pieces if needed. Would love to find some people to start looking with and hopefully move in before Christmas! Feel free to send me a message :)
(I'm still looking for a room. -21st/Nov.) Konnichiwa :) Thank you for watching, mate! I am a 20 year-old Japanese international student (male). I'm looking for a room in Brisbane City or the cities around there. I desire that the rent is $170 or less than it, and the bills (water, gas, electric, internet, and etc...) are included in it. The date I move at isn't decided yet. I'll move in about a week, after I found a room. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ✂︎ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I'm afraid that I don't have Australian mobile number yet, so would it be possible to contact by e-mail or flatmates massages? - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ✂︎ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I am interested in other cultures and respect it! Always up for a chat. But you can always have your own personal space and me-time. I am a basketball player and taking krav maga and dance (Salsa or samba?, havent decided yet) classes over the summer. Love a good netflix binge with someone over the weekend. love me some Fifa/nba2k on Playstation. I like to keep the appartment nice and clean, bit of an OCD in that regards. Working full time over the summer. Wil resume studies when the summer ends.
Hi there, I am currently working in a lab and going to be a PhD student next year here in Brisbane. I am super clean, easy-going, and respectful. Bonus point if you like paw friends since I have a 4kg plus one with me (My ting pouch named bailey). I am looking for a two-bedroom apartment in inner city Suburbs such as fortitude valley, Newstead and west end. I will need a car space so preferably a roommate with no car but we can always work something out. :)
SUMMARY Male, 24 years old Full-Time Job in the CBD that i still love after 3 years Originally from Canberra, but have enjoyed living in Brisbane since 2016 Lover of most Sports. I have a set myself a timeline to move out in January 2020. I have spent my last 2.5 years renting, first in Spring Hill, and most recently in the City. Both times i have lived with great people, and my reason for moving on is once again based one of these great people also moving out. Not to mention... change is good. My preferred location is somewhere close to work, so thinking CBD, Newstead, West End and Kangaroo Point etc. In terms of what you get out of a roommate, I am approachable and enjoy having a laugh. I'd put myself right in the middle of the introvert/extrovert scale, which tends to surprise people given my job is all about talking to people. Not a party goer by any means, but i love a few beers on a Friday after a long week. Lastly, I'm not a clean freak, but definitely believe in leaving things the way they were. Feel free to reach out through any medium. Speak soon.
