Hey everyone! My name is Cibely and I am a 24-yo girl from Brazil. I have been living in Australia for the past 1 year and 2 months and I intend to stay until june/2018 or even longer, fingers crossed haha I am doing a Diploma of Leadership and Management, and working in Hospitality as well, so I have a busy day and would like to have a place to call home at the end of it. I'm clean, tidy and very respectful of other people's personal space and belongings. I enjoy cooking, yoga, hiking and watching movies and TV shows. Would not say no to a glass of wine or going out with my flatmates eventually :) I am looking for a place around Milton, Paddington, Spring Hill or Fortitude Valley. My move in date is flexible too. If you think I would fit in your place, do not hesitate to contact me! Cheers
Hi! I'm Dan, born and raised in Mexico, I've been in Australia for 8 years, I'm a social person who likes a bit of everything related with technology, science, sports and business. I have finished my degree but I'm currently doing online diploma studies and part time online business as a currencies and foreign exchange broker. For fun I love sports, movies, music, salsa dancing, and when it's possible a bit of travel. I'm also an easy-going, relaxed person who enjoys good meaningful intelectual conversations. I could write a book but I think that's ok for now. I'm looking for a decent, quiet non party central place to live. Thanks!!
I'm a responsible and clean type of person. I'm very easy to get along with and I'm sensitive to other people around me. I like to be the person people enjoy having around. My life is pretty simple. I work at Infinity Travel Group corporate office in South Bank full time, I like to ride my bike for exercise, I enjoy going to the gym, and I go out with my lady on dates. She will visit me but will NEVER spend the night. I do try to go out of my way to be respectful to others because I live by the golden rule of treating others the way I'd like to be treated. My schedule is pretty predictable. I'm out of the house early in the morning to workout at the gym at work, work all day, and either have dinner with my lady before calling it a night. On the weekends, I like to do my upkeep (laundry, errands, and relaxing).
Chilean guy, been living in Brisbane for 2 Years now. I'm very respectful, social and look after myself and the place I live in. I can be a mess when it comes to my room, but I always look to contribute to the general cleaning and maintenance of the common areas of a house. I don't party, my favourite plan for a Friday is to go out to a pub with friends or stay home watching a movie or playing boardgames or videogames. I'm currently studying a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care and working in a childcare centre in the CBD.
Super friendly, easy going kind of guy looking for some like minded housemates. Neat and clean in communal areas and respectful of other housemates in regards to their work/studies and noise or having people over. Happy to socialise with other housemates too! I'm into video games and gym in my free time but not crazy about either. Can cook and take care of myself, and looking to move in somewhere with at least 2 other people. Have been working as a full time personal trainer (2016) but returning to part time hours at Woolworths (still employed by them) in 2017 as it fits better with my new Uni schedule.
Not in a rush in looking for places. Wanting to move around 1st January 2018. Looking for a couple, both study and work. Interesting in studios, 1 bedroom apartments/units or grannyflats. Budget changes depending if bills are included or not. If all bills and internet included then looking for $380/week maximum. If no bills are included then $300/week maximum. Must be/have: - at least 1 car space - furnished - under $300/week maximum (no bills) - under $380/week maximum (all bills incl.)
I'm a young professional working in the CBD, looking for a room in a flatshare. I'm tidy, responsible, courteous and respectful, and also ask the same of potential flatmates. I have a pretty active lifestyle, and have a pretty time-consuming job - so it's more likely than not that I'll be a very quiet flatmate.
Hi, I’m Marissa or Riss for short. I’m looking for a place to call home that’s close to the city and close to the trainline or (reliable) buses. I’d love a light airy room and although I don’t mind sharing a bathroom I’d prefer a room with an ensuite. I'm currently in Kedron and looking to move END OF OCTOBER. I admit I can sometimes be irritatingly tidy but I just love a nice tidy home that feels cosy but not cluttered, calm but not bland. Coffee is life and I’m a freak for red wine… I’m still working out how much you can love it without being an alcoholic but considering I get up every day for my Gov job in Bowen Hills, I’d say I haven’t hit the danger zone yet. If you’ve got secure parking or at least something under cover, holla at me – I have a motor bike that is my daily ride and needs somewhere to sleep (no car, just the bike). I moved down a couple of months ago from an 8 year run in Cairns so I’m low on possessions but can pretty easily sort out a bedroom if need be. It’s also been a long time since I’ve explored this city so I don’t plan on being home too much, especially on weekends (I’d love your tips on where to go and what to eat). I love a laugh, which is usually at my own expense. I’d love to live with people who are relaxed, considerate, tidy, and independent but don’t mind a chat or sharing a meal. I love cooking and I’m actually not bad at it but my love for potatoes and pasta in all their carby gloriousness is seriously reducing the number of clothes I own that fit. Everyone usually has a “handy” friend, the one that can back up a trailer, build furniture and deal with bugs etc – I’m that friend. Happy to be listed as a resident with your rental agency but due to the nature of my work (I contract) I’d rather not sign onto the lease as I usually change roles every 3-6 months and work all over the city and surrounding areas. Ideally one of makes contact, I'll come round and have a look, maybe stay for a chat and see if we gel... and go from there :)
We are a group of students aged around 19, Females, Chinese, but mostly English-speaking. We are responsible people, neat and tidy, will clean up after ourselves. We know how to cook and look after each other. Looking for a place to stay for around 2-3 years from Feb 2018 onwards. Would be good if it's a walkable/cyclable distance or a short bus ride to QUT Kevin Grove Campus.
I'm an energetic and creative 20 year old looking for a place to call home for the next year. I work in the city during the week so I would like to find a place nearby. I'm just about to graduate with a degree from QUT in Fashion, Visual Arts and Journalism. I'm from the Sunshine Coast originally but have lived in Brisbane for the duration of my uni course. I'm a tidy, healthy and sociable person. In my free time you'll find me with a camera in my hand or behind the sewing machine.
Clean, responsible and organised person and respects others and their belongings. I've always lived in Brisbane, currently studying and hopefully looking at getting a full time job out of it in the coming months. Wanting to move overseas to study something different whilst working the job I'm studying for now.
Hi! Thanks for taking the time to have a quick look over our profile. My name is Harrison (20) and my partner is Susan (21), Susan is studying Nursing Full-Time and works Part-Time and I'm working Full-Time. We are not very social people, and prefer to spend most of the time in our room. The other house mates would need to be clean and respectful of there noise. NOT looking for a share house that has lots of people, something with 1 or 2 other house mates would be the desirable. We're willing to spend around $250/ Week in rent, bills can be negotiated. Awh! And if you are homophobic this will be a problem, Susan is a guy. Thanks, Susan and Harrison
I am a young student who is ready to start university in 2018. Being social and energetic, I enjoy learning new activities with new people. I have a strong interest for technology and am planning to study information technology at QUT. Although young, I am mature, organised and competent in getting things done. I temporally live in a town east from Brisbane called Gatton. I prefer to live in a tidy and friendly environment where chores are completed fairly by all household members. I am flexible and am willing to adapt in new changes or environments. It is also in my best interest to make new friends and connections. I am currently unemployed and will seek employment once living in Brisbane.
Currently working and studying full-time in accounting. I am a very easy going social person, who (when not tied to the desk studying) loves to get out and catch up with friends, lunching or with an occasional drink. I keep a pretty active lifestyle and am always tidy. Current lease ends in the first week of October, though may be happy to come to an earlier arrangement if the place is right.
hey guys I'm candy, 26 years old working full time as a paralegal in Brisbane CBD. Responsible with adult stuff but can still drink and party all night long when the occasion calls for it. I'm looking for a share house with like minded individuals - specifically those who like their space but can also have a chat, watch tv and who knows become friends. I have no time frame in moving just when the perfect place comes available. Also I don't mind paying more or less money either Specifically looking for but not limited to: - master bedroom - closet space - ensuite with bath (wishful thinking) - bedroom connecting to balcony (again preferred but not essential) - unfurnished - air conditioned - but I also have a portable - 420 friendly I'm clean, pay bills on time and own a cat. He's 2 years old, his name is Possum - he's desexed, well tempered, microchipped, toilet trained Etc. if the room is big enough I'll just keep him in there as he's an indoor cat
Having lived overseas for some time, I've finally made the move back to Brisbane! I work in digital marketing full time, love to cook (specialty is Asian food) and don't mind a drink or two on the weekend but am also partial to a quite night. I'm a tidy, respectful and a considerate housemate and am hoping to find housemates that are similar. Ideally I am looking around Newstead, New Farm and Teneriffe but am open to other areas. Am ready to move in immediately. Please contact me if you have a room or are looking to share a property!
Has good bants, values and respects privacy. Bartender on the weekends, student weekdays. Looking for an ensuite bedroom :)
19 years old, studying a tattoo apprenticeship in the valley so looking for something close by. I am interested in finding people to start up a new house at beginning of November. I do have a cute little kitty named rey but shes outside.
I'm looking for a social house :) Preferably more nerdy than a party house. I like board games, sci fi, and making stuff with yarn. I'm goth and a night owl, but I try not to keep people up with loud music. I'm a Master's student studying Public Health at QUT Kelvin Grove , and receive Youth Allowance from Centrelink. I've never been late on rent, and I prefer to have bills included so I don't stress. I clean up after myself most of the time, but due to chronic illness I have days where I am only well enough to rinse off a plate and deal with it later. I've got my own furniture, and any room needs to fit a double bed, and few other things like a coffee table and small drawers. Oh, and no smoking and no drugs please.
Hi! I am looking for a room for when I return to Australia in November. I know November is still 2 months away but if you have something coming up I would love to hear from you! I would prefer an ensuite room and carpark.
