Hi I’m moving from Gold Coast to Brisbane for a job following my graduation from uni this year. I start on the tenth of January so am looking to move before the end of January but am free from the first. Very flexible with moving. I’m looking to find similar people (or person) to find a new apartment with or move into a nice apartment with somebody. I’m very respectful and clean and am easy when it comes to meeting demands with partying or any of the sort. I don’t smoke and am not a huge drinker. I love to keep fit and eat healthy and really enjoy swimming so a place with a pool is a bonus. so chuck me a message if you don’t have the upgraded version.
Hi! My name's Angie, I’m a 40 year old Graphic Designer, just moving back to Brisbane after 5 years interstate and overseas. I have an initial 3 months freelance booking working full time in the city, but will be looking to settle back here. I have been freelancing in Sydney and Melbourne within various studios and prior to that I was living and working in the UK for two years. I'm looking for a 2-3 bedroom property close to the city in suburbs like Paddington, Milton, Newstead, New Farm or West End. An open, light, calm and clean home with air conditioning and a pool. Looking to pay $200-$300 per week. I love to be out and about, exercising outdoors, relaxing by the pool, food markets and catching up with friends and family.
I am a 21 y.o full time business management/ international tourism student at UQ, working part time at Hilton Brisbane as a restaurant host. I'm looking to move closer to uni & work. I am generally busy doing my own thing but always up for a chat, but also greatly respect privacy I look forward to meeting you :) -Rhiannon
Moving back to Brisbane, to be closer to family and friends, after living in Melbourne for over 5 years. I'm an experienced flat mate, having gone to boarding school for four years and have lived in shared houses/apartments with both males and females for over 6 years. I probably wouldn't describe myself as a morning person, though I do like to get out and about to make the most of each day. On more days then not I do like to live in an organised, tidy and clean space, but when life gets hectic I can handle a little chaos. My job can make me pretty exhausted, so not always up for a lengthy debate on war and peace each evening, but instead may just prefer my own company. I'm very open to meeting new people, so happy for friends and family to regularly visit. I enjoy cooking and happy to share a meal. I try to excercise a few times a week and tend to walk to and from work. I currently don’t own a car, but may buy one in the new few months.
Hi there ! Diane, French 27 y/o woman, currently looking for a room in the City or around (West End, Fortitude Valley, Kangaroo Point, Newstead, Highgate hill, Southbank, etc) I need a private room from the 20th of November (I will arrive really late on the 20th FYI) for an undetermined time (could be 3 months as it could be a year or so). Looking for a room for max $200/week all expenses incl. I love hiking, rock climbing (member at Urban Climb), board games, video games, reading, writing, debates, cooking... Please contact me for more info :) PS : Yes I can make some French food like creme brulee :)
Hi my names Brad and i am looking for a new place to call home. I am 31 years old and currently living in Brisbane whilst studying a masters degree. I tend to spend a lot of time slogging away at this degree so enjoy getting out and active in my spare time, such as rock climbing, surfing, checking local markets etc.. but also enjoy laying low with a good book or movie from time to time. I am easy to live with, clean, respectful, friendly, non-smoker, have a drink or two on occasions (only socially). Ideally i would like to find a place with nice friendly and clean housemates that enjoy a good chat, can have a laugh, and mindful of others space and privacy. Not looking for a noisy party-house
New to Brisbane for work, down to earth and easy to get along with. Tolerant, clean and respectful of privacy. I'm a single male and a (respectful) smoker.
I work full-time in fortitude valley and spend most weekends on the GC with my partner. I enjoy my personal space, gym and socialising over a glass or two of wine. I'm very neat and tidy and prefer a similar environment. Preferred gender: female
Currently full time worker going part time and back to UQ next year. Preferably looking for female flatmates and an apartment rather than a share house but I'm open to options. I like to play it low-key during the week but love going out and a few drinks on the weekend. Hoping to find some roomies I can become good friends with and socialise together. I have an elderly cat who will be a 100% indoor pet. Keen to meet up and get to know each other a bit before jumping in.
Please read this fully before contacting me as I am looking for quite specific type of people to share with only. Please indicate you have read this all by using the code word written somewhere below. I am wanting to share with conscious, spiritual people in their late 20’s to mid 30’s who enjoy meditation, yoga, gym, pilates, hiking etc and cooking healthy food utilising organic produce as much as possible only. Ultimatley I am wanting to expand my existing circle of these types of people in my life and live this lifestyle with ease, grace and comfort. It would be great if house mates want to do these types of things together regulary and keep each other accountable and motivated. I can move into an existing place or we can team up and get a place together as long as it is fully furnished and everything meets below desires. Location wise anywhere from Lutwyche to Woolloongabba would be suitable. I am clean, organised and tidy without being obsessive. I am respectful and friendly and always pay bills on time, usually within a week of recieving them. You would need to be the same as well. I am happy to socialise regulary and looking for others who do too but also need my own down time and space so respecting each others privacy is obviously needed. Small, well kept pets that don’t drool, don’t smell bad and are house trained are ok but smokers or drug users are not. I am not vegatarian but I am looking to lessen my meat consumption and learn how to cook vegatarian style and asian food better. Also love using wild caught seafood. I would love housemates who would be keen to either cook/eat together regulary and work out a system where we could either have fun experimenting with recipes and learning from each other or enjoy nights off from cooking by sharing the responsibility. Of course we will all want to do our own things at times but this is an idea to discuss that would help keep a good flow of people sharing a kitchen more streamline and issue free. Healthy eating is a must no matter what though as I generally do not keep soft drink and junk food in the house so the temptation to consume it is not there and you would need to be the same. I work in education and mental health, study psychology and am starting my own community enterprise business in the wellbeing/happiness industry. If housemates are also entrepeneurs or work within health/wellbeing/mental health industry well wouldn’t that be just fabulous haha. I am an avid world traveller (if you love travel as well I look forward to swapping crazy stories). I am looking to move away from the party scene and get a routine back in place so would like to share with people who do not consume a lot of alcohol. The odd quiet drink is ok - I do enjoy having dinner parties (think “Come Dine With Me”) with a few glasses of wine or cider but like maximum once a month or every 2 months would be the ideal for me. If you drink every night or more than a few once a week maximum, I do not wish to share with you as this is what I am looking to get away from. If you don’t drink at all you are more than welcome to be part of the share house but please know that I am keen to throw the odd dinner party still. I would like a big, modern, spacious place in close proximatey to a gym and yoga studio as well as a local fruit and veg market, chinese and indian grocery stores would also be a great bonus, as close to the city as possible but with easy access to major highways at the same time. Private bathrooms for all of us would be ideal and if there was a spare room or nice garden space we can turn into a meditation area I would be in total bliss! I’ve just returned from a round the world trip and my focus is on getting fit and trim again, eating healthy unprocessed food and working on developing my business goals and want to share only with like minded people on the same wave length as this will serve to aid and help each other rather than be a hinderous or distraction. I don’t mind how many of us share together as long as you are of the same mind frame that I have described. Please use the code word yogi so I know you have read this. I will only reply to those who use the code word. I am pretty flexible with my moving date as I am just crashing at my fathers apartment on Bribie Island currently but ideally would like to move late December/early January as I have a loooong commute to my work in Marsden from here. If we are all sharing bond though I could probably move sooner as well. Just need to discuss, really. I was approved at the beggining of the year for the National Rental Affordability Scheme so if we can find a furnished place on the NRAS program this means we would pay around 20% less than normal prices. These are pretty hard to find though. If you have enough furniture to fill a place though let’s talk about that too. Anyway, if this all sounds good to you then contact me and let’s start a discussion!

Hi Everyone! Looking for some roommates to move out into a share house or apartment. I'm super clean and love to live a healthy lifestyle. I'm working full time, friendly, love going on adventures, being active. I also am looking for a roommate that doesn't mind space, as I love my alone time. I'm looking to move out in December or in the new year.
Hi we are Jo and Omi and we both work full time. We are friendly, very clean and easy to get along with. We are looking out for a place that we can move in to on the 27th of November. Thanks!
Hi there! My name is Katie, I’m 25 and have recently moved to Brisbane for work. I am a bubbly, easy going person who is tidy and won’t leave a mess in the kitchen. I work full time mon-fri so am quiet during the week. I enjoy getting out and spending time with friends and exploring on the weekends but am also extremely happy just chilling out on the couch and watching movies/tv shows with a bowl of popcorn. I am ultimately looking for somewhere not only to sleep but to feel like a home with the occasional shared dinner/ wine and I am also looking for a room that is unfurnished. Thanks so much!
Respectful, organised, tidy, easy to get along and not a party animal. I am looking to share just with one person (either male or female). Sorry to couples or kids. Tide, clean and organised. I don't smoke and will like to share with a person that doesn't smoke either. Hardly ever have a glass of wine. So basically I will like to share with someone similar to myself. I am into cycling. Work full time, go to the gym and like to chill out on the weekends. My current flatmate and myself we get along perfectly but unfortunately I have to move out from the Gold Coast to Brisbane. I am looking for a unfurnished room as I have my own stuff, a decent size as I have a lot of shoes and girly stuff :) I don't have furniture, TV or anything like that.
My name is Ashlea, I'm a 24 year old female working in government Mon-Fri in Brisbane CBD. I'm looking for somewhere to live close to the city. I try to keep fit and don't drink during the week, but don't mind a drink or two on the weekends. I'm a pretty chilled person and am respectful of space. I need my alone time occasionally but would still prefer to live with someone I can have a chat with! I am a non-smoker and have no pets and I am hoping for one or two room mates around the same age with similar interests. I have a car so I would prefer a parking space. Not interested in sharing a bathroom, please don't message if shared bathroom only.
Hi, I'm Ella. I work full time and am a very clean, tidy, quiet and reliable person. I keep to myself but don't mind a bit of socialising now and then. I am always very busy with work or friends and don't tend to spend a great deal of time at home. I am very easy going and almost anything is fine by me. I have been told I am quite mature for my age and do consider myself to be mature as well.
I'm 32 years old, originally from Barcelona. After living 4 years in Sydney doing my phd, I found a job in Milton (Brisbane). I like chatting but also having my own space and privacy. Very tidy and healthy person. Some weekends my partner will visit me. I'm looking for a place with own bathroom and ideally in Milton or at least well connected by train. Cheers, Esteban
