Happy, positive and fit person. Clean and tidy so looking for a room mate likewise 😊! Quite reserved during my busy weekdays but happy to socialise on weekends 😊! Respectful of people's space, quietness, property and privacy👌. Looking for a modern new property with private bathroom and no more than 2 other room mates please xx
Looking for studio unit / one bedroom - prefer non sharing bath. I'm an easy going, clean person and I take initiative to ensure the household is in order.
Hi, I'm 23 and am moving back to Brisbane for work. I work full time Mon-Fri in CBD and enjoy catching up with friends and family on my weekends. I am an active person who keeps a clean and tidy place. I love a few glasses of wine on the weekends but am not looking for a party house during the work week :) Need a car space + prefer to be close to a train line or bus stop
Hellooo! I love travel, hiking, and I'm a very chilled, easy going, friendly person. I really appreciate cleanliness in common areas (but my room does tend to lean towards the messy side of things). I'm currently studying, hotel and tourism and this is my last semester (thank god) plus I recently got a job with flight centre so I'm hoping to move before I start :) Also I'm trying to learn Spanish (mi espanol es muy malo), I need a lot more practice so if anyone wants to have slow broken Spanish conversations I can help out! Feel free to contact me if you want to know more or just have want a chat!
Planning ahead for June/July! – my current lease ends in early-July. I'm an international student from Canada studying Pharmacy at UQ. I can lean towards huge introvert, which is great if you're looking for a quiet roommate. I spend about half my time online and the other half on campus. I know some folks are really keen on their roommate being a part of their social circle - if we click, great, but I'm not necessarily looking for my roommate to be my new best friend. I prefer living on my own, but between international tuition and part time hours I can't justify the rent premium indefinitely. Ideally, there's someone like-minded that's also fairly simple and straightforward and we can go from there.
I'm a pretty easy going person. I'm a UQ law graduate and work in the public service. I work full time in the city and go out most of the time when I'm not at work. I like to go to the gym, and go travelling. It would be great to share with someone who doesn't mind a quiet drink or two. I do need a car space - sorry, no on street parking. I also need my own bathroom. Also I am only interested in places with 2 or 3 tenants total. Happy to 'teamup' to get a good place. Send me a message for more info.
Hey - I'm an engineer taking some time out to get my MBA - looking to go back to work in 3 months time. I'm easy going, clean and respect people's privacy. Can be social but understand everyone needs their time to recharge
BORN IN BRISBANE, NOT BANGALORE.... ;) (I've actually got a Fiji-indian background) Marketing executive (professional) who likes hanging out, having my own time and engaging in great conversations. I'm clean, pull my weight around the house and respectful of your possessions. Will be your Netflix buddy, drinking buddy and all round rad dude to have around. I'm fairly easy to get along with and am known to make people laugh and smile. Would like a place with a friendly atmosphere so can come home for a chat at the end of the day. Essentially would be nice to have more of a home that just a room to sleep in.
Hi, I'm a UQ student looking for accommodation in November. I've been on a lease at the same place for 3 years so I know how to look after a place! -Internet access required (Fibre a plus) -Furnished prefered -Close to UQ St. Lucia Campus -Am studying B.A of Science - I am quite and am usually on my computer in my room or playing my xbox. I'm still sociable though! -I like to live in a clean and tidy space and respect my living space
My name is Danielle and I'm 24. Iv recently moved to Brisbane from Central Queensland for work. I work full time Monday to Friday at an Accoutant. Im very clean, tidy, well mannered and well presented. I am very easy going and like to keep to myself. Iam after a place with my own bathroom and require parking.
I'm a laid-back, friendly gal looking to join/team up with others of roughly similar age in a share house from the 22nd of April or thereabouts. I work in politics at the state parliament, and enjoy filling my spare time with sports, artistic pursuits (or attempts at least...), cooking and spending time with friends. I would welcome the opportunity to meet some new people and socialise with my housemates, but I'm also quite happy to keep to myself when things are busy and/or as the house dynamic requires (I've plenty of shared living experience :) ) Feel free to contact me if the timing may work with your requirements, or if you have any questions!
Hello, My name is Taylor, I am 22 years old and I am a dance teacher. I have just moved back to Brisbane this year after living in the U.S.A for two years. I like travelling, being active and trying new things. I am a pretty easy going person, I get along well with others and I don't like drama and conflict. I am clean, I respect of other peoples privacy and belongings. If you are looking for someone to be friends with as well as roommates I am always looking to meet new people but if you just want a roommate and nothing more thats fine with me too! I have had many different roommates in the past, so your religion, race and sexuality doesn't mean anything to me, as long as your a nice and trustworthy person thats all that I care about!
Hey my names Tom, I'm 23 and originally from Adelaide. I've recently scored a job up in Brisbane so looking to move up in the next few weeks. I'm a pretty relaxed guy who enjoys footy and the odd beer. Pretty independent and keep my stuff tidy. Currently looking for something close to the city
Hi, I'm moving to Brisbane in late May (27th-31st approx) from Newcastle for work and looking for a granny flat (furnished preferably) or room in a share house (furnished or unfurnished) for approx 6 months. I'm easy going, clean, respectful, love eating out and socialising. I also enjoy nights at home too, cooking with maybe a glass of wine. I'm not a massive party person. I have a good rental history and always pay my rent/bills on time. I'm married, so ultimately I'd like to find a place where it's ok for my husband to come and visit every few weekends while he tries to get a transfer with his work. I think he's pretty awesome and I'm sure you will too. If you think I'd make a good tenant/flatmate please send me a message or email with some photos. Thanks :)
I'm super chilled yet punctual with bills on top of my chores, I'm independent and a skater/museo. Keen for a beer? Your shout!, Ha ha, just kidding.
I'm clean and responsible with house related things. Easy to communicate with and like to have a laugh. I like my space and peace and quiet, I like having chilled nights and getting things done during the day. I live very healthily and environmentally conscious, a good diet and lifestyle is important to me and like to compost/grow food. I respect other people's space and love just getting along.
Aloha! We, Nora and Marius, we are both Master students from Berlin, and are looking for a place to stay for the next two months. We are both very open minded and are looking for lovely flatmates as we enjoy cooking and good conversations. Let's talk about us: I'm Marius, 26, and am currently working at UQ in a research project. I'm into climbing, hiking and I enjoy outdoor sports such as beach volleyball, biking and surfing. I really like photography and want to get more into videography as well. I have a strong interest in nature and traveling and am looking forward to meet great people. I'm Nora, 25, and a literature student. I'm into modern literature as well as photography. I started climbing in Australia and hope to get a little more practice while I'm here. I want to get more into yoga again and explore as much as I can. We are curious to meet you, so please get in touch :)
Hello, I'm Tom. I'm 25 years old, originally from Tassie. I am currently finishing my undergrad in Exercise Science at UQ. When not studying I work as a bike fitter and bike mechanic in Woolloongabba. I enjoy sharing accomodation with other fit/active, and motivated students or professionals that don't hide in their rooms to play video games/avoid cleaning/eat junk food! I absolutely love living in Paddington! I've lived in 3 different houses over the last 3 years here, and wouldn't want to move to a different part of Brisbane! I'm looking for a house that has some relatively secure storage space (e.g. under the house, spare room or garage/shed) for some bikes and tools. Off street parking would be a big plus but by no menas essential. I'm anti-smoking, appreciate alcohol (formerly managed a cocktail bar) but rarely drink myself, and have no pets. I have my own bedroom furniture, and would be able to add a nice little coffee machine and grinder to the household too. On the weekends or time off I spend my time training for mountain bike races, hiking up a mountain or to a waterfall somewhere, reading or working on my car. Keen to move when I find the right place, I can give 2 weeks notice to leave my current share house at any time. Current housemates are the laziest people I have ever met, on many levels. So basically I just request that you be better than that and we'll get on fine :) If I sound like your kind of housemate, please invite me over to check out your room and meet your people!
I've just come back from 6 months doing an internship in the USA. I think I'm a pretty decent housemate - I like things relatively clean and tidy, but I'm not too fastidious about other's habits (if you're allergic to doing the dishes we probably won't mesh well, though). I've never paid a bill late in my life. I'd like to live with someone/some someones who like to have a chat over a drink/watch a movie together/generally interact sometimes, but I also value my solitude (and time to study... or procrastinate study... ahem). I'd like to become friends with whoever I live with. Not expecting to be BFFs, but who wants to live with people you aren't comfortable around? Personality-wise I'm pretty friendly and open minded. I have a sarcastic sense of humour (tending to offbeat once I get to know people) and love a good pun... or a terrible pun, if I'm honest. I'm interested in science, being annoyed about politics and the state of the environment/humanity in general but also not doing a lot about it. I also enjoy art (though I know nothing about it), music (though it might take a while before I fess up to my tastes), and keeping fit.
Hello, my name is Clara. I'm a 23-year-old looking to start a writing course. I'm quiet and enjoy cooking. I work at a performing arts school in Woolloongabba and I have multiple volunteer jobs to keep me busy. I have a sweet as heck dog, his name is Casper. He doesn't bark and absolutely loves other cats and dogs. He's about a year and a half so he's over his truly awful puppy stages.
