Hi 👋 I’m Katherine, looking a place with a fenced yard of any size with a decently sized kitchen. I love to cook and bake, which is good news for any prospective housemate who might enjoy a near constant supply of homemade baked goods. I work from home for BCC so ideally a place that is large enough that I would have a room for working as well as a bedroom. Homes like this are out of my budget for renting alone so that’s why I need a housemate. I am also tidy and working from home means I can keep up with housework very easily making me a pretty good housemate. I also have a well behaved but shy indoor cat named Veronica. My boyfriend and I aren’t ready to live together so some nights I’ll be at his, he also has a dog who will come with me when he stays. So hoping for a housemate that is happy with all of that, and I’m hoping that a house with enough space can make this a nice little sharehouse.

I have a fridge, washing machine and dryer as well as a small dining table. Will be looking for a couch but if I can find a housemate that comes with a couch then that’s even better.
