*Looking for late June/early July max $200pw* Looking for a clean and tidy, friendly house or apartment to share. I enjoy my alone time to wind down but I also love getting to know people and enjoy a good meal and a drink, movies and games with housemates. I have heaps of sharehouse experience (4+ years, basically a professional sharer), I’m reliable (especially with $), clean, tidy and respectful. Im a ~young professional~ working as an Exercise Physiologist and sole trader of my business. I also work weekends in hospitality, so pretty much working 7 days/week all over Brisbane. When I have time off I love getting to the beach, eating overpriced breakfast at cafes, watching movies and tv, playing board games, rock climbing, working out and the occasional night out with mates. Shoot me a message if you think I’d be a good fit or to find out more!

Hello :) I am a quiet, extremely clean, super easygoing flatmate and I always pay my rent/bills on time. I spend most of my spare time at the gym, working on my music or out and about with friends or my doggo. I work both full and part time jobs so my schedules pretty busy and I am rarely home. I just want a nice spacious house with kind people to share it with. I've been spoilt the last couple of years so am ideally looking for a WIR and ensuite. But if the rent is super cheap I may be persuaded for a separate bathroom and/or built in. I do not want to share a bathroom though so please don't message me if your property only offers a shared bathroom. I also 100% NEED a yard for my doggo, so please don’t message me if you’re offering a place without one either. I have a tiny and very well trained terrier cross named Armani. He is EXTREMELY well behaved and very loveable. I will confidently sign and pay any pet bond as I know he will not damage the property in any way and I am more than happy to provide peace of mind to a private rental or an owner ☺. He mostly keeps to himself.. unless you’re cooking something that smells good haha so you will barely even notice he's there. We are searching for a fellow animal lover and someone who understands the struggle of renting with pets. Looking to move ASAP I will also be selling the majority of my furniture so would prefer someone who has their own. If you're looking at beautiful large houses and would like someone with a higher rent budget to take the main room, please hit me up :)
G'day I'm 24 years old, work full time as an electrician around Brisbane. I try to live a fairly active and healthy lifestyle, while also sneaking in some beers or a glass of red on occasion. I clean up after myself and pull my weight around the house and have been flat sharing for quite a while now. I would prefer off street parking as I'll be getting a work ute and would like to park my personal one somewhere during the week. Anywhere from 6-12 months would suit as long as its with the right people, would ideally like to live with similar minded, motivated and friendly housemates who like to keep a fairly clean house. People who are up for a chat or a beer or the odd beach trip. feel free to hit me up if you'd like to have a chat, my current lease is up around June. cheers!
I'm a quiet easy going guy that tends to keep to myself a fair bit. That being said I do enjoy socialising on occasion and going away to see friends and family. I work full-time in the valley so something close by would be ideal. I enjoy video games and going to see live music with friends. Not much of a partier and if I do it's often out of the house.
Hello! Bethany and I are two friends looking for a third person to join us on a lease for a 3-4 bed house/apartment for 6 months or more, or to join an existing share house with 2 available rooms. We are easy going, friendly, like to keep active and be healthy, and are happy to socialise as a household but completely understand the need for personal space. We're looking for housemates who do like to keep the house clean. We both work in the city and are looking to find a place ideally somewhere within zone 1 of the public transport system in Brisbane. Beth is studying post grad fashion at QUT and working part time. And I work full time as a design coordinator in property development/construction. Beth is looking to rent a room with built in robe and shared access to the main bathroom, budget around $150 p/w. I'm looking to rent the master bedroom with an ensuite and a covered parking space/garage space, budget $250 p/w max. Aiming to move in at the latest 15th of June, but potentially earlier. Please send me a message if this sounds like something you're interested in. We'd love to meet you and start applying for properties ASAP.
Hey! I'm Nicole! I'm a super out going, vibrant 23 year old that's always down for a hang and a drink or driving up a mountain or out to a forest. I absolutely love astrology and the universe and I probably know more conspiracy theories than you hahahahha. Im a clean person so you don't need to worry about that, I love all animals too so if you have a pet, they'll be loved! I'm looking to move out of my parents home and get life started properly!
Hey everyone. I am a neat and tidy person. I'm willing to hang out with people and make new friends but I'm capable of minding my own business too. I'm looking for a place near UQ Herston campus where I'll be starting my Honours this July. Thanks!
I am pretty easy going and enjoy being around others. Very chatty and sociable but also enjoy my own space/time :) I love a bit of wine and cheese. Also get around a clean and tidy home.
Hey! I'm a 21 year old Uni Student, I study Law and Business, and I work part-time in Admin. I consider myself a friendly and bubbly person, I'm social and outgoing yet also laid back, can keep to myself and will respect your personal space. I'm clean, responsible, and organised, so you won't have to worry about my mess lying around. I usually have work and uni throughout the weekdays which keeps me busy. On weekends I usually stay over at my boyfriends place or am out and about with friends. I love brunching and dinner and drinks with friends, beach trips, and the occasional night out sometimes. Looking to move in with some lovely friendly ladies around mid year (approx. June) into inner-city fringe suburbs, as I would like to live closer to Work and Uni which are both in the CBD. Feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to have a chat and meet up if our requirements match! :)
Friendly, clean and a fantastic cook. I'm a bit of a nerd, I love D&D and board games; I would love to share a space with people with similar interests. I also have a cat, Lulu (She is a Russian Blue so she is low allergy), and both of us are usually fairly quiet and self-entertaining. I love to cook, and am always happy to share food with housemates (I hate cooking for only me). I like to chat, sometimes to myself or Lulu if no-one else is around.
Just a fun, tidy, party girl. Love going clubbing but am respectful and quiet when I come home. I am heaps of fun, bubbly and funny. I get along well with most people. I watch a lot of Netflix and will always keep the freezer stocked with chicken nuggets!
I know CPR. I have lots of cool cooking implements. I'm quiet. I'm pro hugs. I can do math in my head. I can make gnocchi and pasta from scratch. I don't have a kitty or a pup but if you have one I'll feed it and let it sleep with me when you're not around. I'm easily impressed.
I am very clean and friendly, I am great to get along with, easy going and don't mind having a chat, or even a couple drinks and dinner :) I am looking for the perfect place that i can feel at home and comfortable living with people similar to myself! I study at QUT at both KG AND GP around 3 days per week and work at garden city 3 days per week NOTE: if your listing includes a room with a built in wardrobe, a double bed, desk and chair, a ceiling fan and is priced around $175/week INCLUDING ALL BILLS: PLEASE MESSAGE ME!!! Kind, friendly and respectful guy living in Brisbane to study and work. I'll be happy to have a beer, to watch movies and to go out when you invite me to, but I also know how to respect your privacy and your relaxing hours.
17... I know what you’re thinking. However, I am mature beyond my years due to my many life experiences. I’ve lived out of home since I was 16 and am currently a month shy of 18. I’m very outgoing and can chat with almost anyone, although I am use to my own company as I have only lived alone. As living out of home isn’t a new experience I understand the financial upkeep that is necessary. Suppose I should mention, I have a great sense of humour, can cook and CLEAN! Please don’t be frightened by my age as I understand life differently to your 17 y/o gals ☺️
I'm a friendly, respectful professional who is going back to study my masters in July 2018. So I'll be working and studying part-time. My weekdays are busy and on weekends I like to relax with a wine and good food. Looking for a flatmate who enjoys chatting over a wine but also likes their own space. Contact me if you're interested!
Hi everyone , I'm Maddy I work park time as a teacher and am in my second year of a Nutrition / Health degree, I'm a friendly easy going happy person that likes to have both home and out time - I'm really into art, photography, yoga, local markets, bike riding , gardening and being in nature including lounging in the backyard in the sun ☺️. I do enjoy cooking , few glasses of wine and am very happy to relax with watching Netflix or a movie. I am ideally looking for one or two others to share a house together, I have many years of share housing and am looking to be around people that are clean, tidy, respectful and happy to communicate openly. I have furniture to fill a house but will prob sell some once I have moved. I'm not in a huge rush but am looking for the right person/s to share with as I believe the home environment and vibe is important. I work and study through the week so it would be fairly quiet house then however some nights and weekends would be a perfect time to have a few wines, go to movies or markets It would be great to find somewhere with a backyard/garden, bath and gas cooking but can be flexible :) Please feel free to send me a message, we could meet a for coffee ☺️ Maddy

I'm well versed in sharehouses and a traveller at heart. I'm easy going and respectful of space. I'm clean and tidy but not too obsessive. I err on the introverted side but love wine, too.
Hi potential housemates, I'm an easy going person with a good sense of humour. I moved up the coast and am now looking to move back. I will have consistent work in a cafe when I return, I also study primary education. I'm relatively tidy and I'm happy to keep to myself but also enjoy being sociable. I love animals and am happy to share a house with some furry friends. I do have a Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy named Toby. He's a playful, well-behaved puppy and will grow into a big and beautiful dog. He loves his cuddles.
Hi! I’m looking for a new home in Windsor, Wilston, Newmarket or Alderley! I’m an environmental scientist, working full time in the Valley. I like cooking (eating), exercise (bootcamp/netball), wine (though not much of a home drinker, especially on school nights), and travel. I like to think I’m pretty easy going, I’m clean, respectful of common areas, and I’m looking for like minded housemate/s. What I’m looking for: -location somewhere in the area between Newmarket Rd, Lutwyche Rd, Days Rd/Magyar St and Enoggera Rd -room that fits a queen bed, preferably with built in robe (mirror doors a bonus) -my own bathroom -train station less than 1km away -somewhere with a bit of storage space (camping, sports gear etc) -fun housemate/s that likes to interact, share the occasional meal/drink/activity, but also enjoys their alone time -I’m not a smoker and would prefer a non-smoker for a housemate -preferably no pets What I can offer ( I packed up most of an existing apartment before heading overseas last year, so I have a few quality contributions): -fridge (with a couple of dents from storage unfortunately) -washing machine -tv -microwave -full kitchen set up (plates, bowls, cutlery, knives etc) I’m looking to move in anytime 30 June and 29 July, and staying for as long as it works for all of us. Please contact me if you think we might make great housemates! Look forward to hearing from you! Kate
