I'm a radiographer who's just finished a postgraduate writing course at UQ. I'm friendly, sociable, and easy to get along with. I like to cook, and while I love being around people, I'm perfectly happy entertaining myself. Queer friendly households are a must. I am gay.
Hi I work as a support worker for disabled people so am very compassionate and accepting of others. Have 3 children who live with their mum in Newcastle. Divorced but have a new partner who lives in the area that I am after. Very clean and quiet Ex farmer so good with house/flat chores etc
27yo Scottish girl working full time at Suncorp. Looking for flatmates who do their own thing during the week and don't mind the occasional weekend adventure or night out
I'm a happy Brisbane born and raised 34 year old gal looking for an inner north side place to call home. NB: If all the words below freak you out then feel free to move on, cos I'm a details girl :P I work full time in furniture and homewares sales. Have completed studies in floristry and interior design. Love an indoor plant here and there 🌱🌿 Equally happy relaxing at home (ideally on a breeze filled deck) or being a social butterfly out and about. I would not call myself a fitness person, but being on my feet all day helps keeps things in check and i'm hoping to getting back into yoga and salsa classes this year. I'm all sorted for my bedroom furniture (queen size room needed). I have the following items that I can contribute to the common areas if need be but I don't have to bring them: 3 seat sofa - dark tan leather; Small storage buffet; a few kitchen everyday basics and counter appliances. I would also be happy to purchase other furniture/homewares through my work if need be 😉 Living in a household of 2 - 4 people would be my pref, and if any partners also stay over a couple nights a week I don't mind as long as they are respectful lovely people, I'm supportive of people finding love :) A nice outlook from my room and the living area is important to me (bonus points for big trees) A large wardrobe, en-suite and off street parking is a must. Ideally... Aircon, ceiling fans and security flatscreens through out. And allllll for $240 odd a week!? That’s not asking for too much is it?! 🤣 Budget: $200 - $245 (plus bills) Move Date: Between now and April (as I could use my mums place as an inbetweener if need be) but IDEALLY the end of Jan / first week of Feb, as that would mean only 1 move which I'd prefer. Pets: I don't have any... but I love dogs of all sizes. NO CATS PLEASE... yes they're cute but unfortunately I'm allergic to them.
Hey I work full time in Stafford and I'm looking for a house with another small pet as my little dachshund gets lonely with no company during the day! I'm tidy and have been flat sharing for almost 10 years. I rarely have people over or party so pretty easy to live with.
My name is Dan, I'm a 26yr old film student at USQ, work as much as I can when I'm not studying and am all about bringing them good vibes. I recently moved back to Aus after spending the last 5 years travelling the globe and living in Ireland getting up to all sorts of crazy shenanigans. I'm looking to meet new people as well as live closer to the city and trainlines as I return to uni at the end of Feb. I've been living in share houses now for 8 years and spent the last 4 living with my ex partner and other tenants so I have a solid understanding and appreciation for both the written and unwritten rules of living with others and she taught me a thing or two about keeping the place tidy. I enjoy beers and sing alongs and love having a chat (though I know when to stay out of your hair) and I am a bit of a recluse throughout the weeks once uni starts anyway. Look forward to hearing from ya :)
Work full time moving over from New Zealand to work as a territory manager. Enjoys cooking and exercise. Love to have a wine and socialise. I’m a foodie! Love finding new cafes or restaurants. I’m a nail tech aswell so you might be lucky enough for me to do your nails 😉 Looking forward to meeting like minded people. Wanting a place with a en-suite, car park and air con in bedroom.
Im tidy, friendly and open minded. My family moved quite frequently due to my father's work so I've lived around the world so im pretty chill with almost everyone. Also studying engineering so you wont see much of me during exams! Love to gym and have a few drinks to relax.
Hey there! I'm a law student working on a casual basis in the legal industry. Recently changed to a different university and would prefer to live closer to it. I keep mostly to myself but I am still very sociable, fun, and considerate of fellow occupants. I enjoy motorbiking, bush walking, gym (bit of a fitness freak), folkloric dancing, and hanging out with friends. Looking for a 12 month lease as I will be exchanging to Europe at the start of 2020! Uczę się polskiego i chciałbym mieszkać z kimś kto mówi w tym języku.
I'm a friendly foody who loves a good chat, great music and fun times... although I've outgrown party life so no party houses thanks! Don't mind social gatherings and dinners now and again, but I also enjoy some quiet and my own space. I play netball and stay pretty active. I'm looking for a clean and tidy place with friendly, chilled and respectful housemates. I work as a nutritionist at a not-for profit and am starting my Masters in late February. Non-smoker, occasional alcoholic beverage drinker, avid coffee drinker!
I'm 24, very neat and tidy. I study business part time and work full time. I'm very outgoing so I would love to move in with someone who enjoys company but also enjoys their alone time! I have a large dog named Wally, he is very friendly and loves to cuddle, he is a mainly outside dog however I do let him inside every now and then. Preferably looking for one other person to move in with, my lease ends on the 25th of Feb so looking to find a place before that. I have a lot of furniture so dont stress if you dont have much. No one over the age of 30 please. Looking for someone neat and tidy, cleans up after themselves, social but enjoys their own space, easy going and has to love my Dog!
Hi there! ... I am a fit, active & easygoing pensioner with European background; looking for shared, LONG-TERM accommodation with one (preferably) other person in the inner Brisbane area. I keep busy with U3A Courses, Yoga+Meditation Classes, listening to Live Music, meeting up with friends, and being involved in various other activities. In other words, I won't be sitting at home, and be in your way all the time. I don't watch TV, prefer to read and listen to the radio instead. I don't smoke, and rarely have a beer at home. As I no longer own a car, I need a place close to public transport. I receive rent assistance from Centrelink, and will require a signature on the application form from a future flatmate. I prefer an unfurnished bedroom with en-suite or own bathroom. Can provide a reference from my present landlady. Finally, I am not a pet-friendly guy. Hope to hear from you soon. With kind regards, Peter!
Tidy, clean and independent. I work 5 days a week in the construction industry and home in the evening to relax. I sleep around 8pm for early morning starts. I like to keep fit and have a set of weights and 2 bikes I will need room for. I am looking for similar aged flat mates who like a quiet house. I like a non smoking household and all bills included in the weekly rent
Hi there! I'm Maddi, a 21yr student studying at Griffith University. I also work part time in Chermside and am looking for a great place between the two! I'm quite social and am always up for a chat, but also like my own space from time to time. I'd love to find a great place to live with my own room, I'm flexible on the rent and length of stay but would prefer something for six months or longer. I love a drink or two on weekends but also love just hanging out in my pjs watching netflix. I would preferable like to be in a place by the end of January so if you like what you've read, let me know!
G'day. My name is Lewis and I've recently been posted to Brisbane with the Defence Force, working out of Enoggera. I'm easy going and enjoy spending time with friends and family as much as possible. I enjoy a social drink and love almost all sport. I enjoy keeping fit and healthy as much as I enjoy Netflix and online gaming. From experience (6 years), work requires me to travel away a lot and at short notice, so potentially you may not see me for weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with an en suite or own bathroom and off street car parking. Ideally a place with my own living area would be the icing on the cake. I have enough furniture to fill a 1 bedroom apartment (which is what I had in Melbourne), fridge, washer/dryer, queen bed, dining table, etc etc I do require to be put on a official lease as this will enable me to receive rent assistance through my employment. If you need any further clarification on this, please don't hesitate to ask. Cheers.
hi!!! i’m jordan! myself, my doggies, and my housemate michael are looking for someone cool to live with us! we’re currently applying for houses so thought we should get the ball rolling with a potential new housemate. i have two big dogs. moss - ball obsessed and loves to chat. malu - sooky baby but a bit cranky (malu will only be living with us 1/3rd of the time). the dogs are my babies and they’re quite well behaved but they’re not angels and can sometimes be cheeky so a requirement is that you MUST love dogs and know how to interact with them. we’re looking for someone a bit cool 💃🏼. who maybe doesn’t mind a social drink, knows how to pay rent and bills before they’re due, has their own interests, brings something to the table, doesn’t stay in their room 24/7 but isn’t in our faces all the time. someone with no pets! and most importantly someone CLEAN!!!!!! oh and someone funny!! please be funny. the house will be fully furnished and decorated. lots of plants lots of stuff on the walls... so you only need to bring yourself and your bedroom furniture! we will be happy to apply for a house with you or add you to the lease of a house we get approved for after moving in. we will be moving into our new house (wherever that may be) on 6/2/19 and we’re pretty flexible with someone that wants to move in anytime within the month after that.
Hi! I am currently working full time at an accounting firm as well as studying accounting part time. I am originally from Brissy however did move to Melbourne for a year, last year, and am now back and am looking for some more permanent accommodation. In my spare time you can find me mostly out going to the beach, or doing more so outdoorsy stuff. I also can be found binge watching The Office or Brooklyn 99. In terms of a housemate, I am very clean and friendly, I am always up for a chat but definitely do understand personal space and all of that.
Hi, I am a 23 year old female looking for a new home for my cat and I. I work part-time but will begin a full time position in mid February. I am a very clean and organised person who enjoys cooking, watching Netflix and playing video games. I am also a very relaxed person who is accepting of all lifestyles. My cat is named Ravioli and he is a domestic short hair cross. He is a VERY cuddly and loving cat who is constantly purring. He is very lazy and loves his food. His personality is similar to a dogs as he is friendly to everyone and will follow people around. He is currently an indoor cat but if the surrounding area is safe, I may encourage him to go outside.
Hi All! We're young professional couple working full time in Brisbane CBD; ideally looking for a team-up of two other housemates to share a house or townhouse and enough space for our 3yo staffy to sunbathe and zoom around on occasion. We'd be looking to have the master suite in the house with an en suite/own bathroom. Also - we have most household furniture already and would be happy to use the items in the new house. We're both clean and respectful of personal space, and would want to be with like minded people :) that being said, we're always up for a chat and would like to get along with whoever is around. Outside of work we both love the outdoors, music/gigs, great food and coffee, and the list goes on.
Hi I’m Megan. I have just started a new job at Kelvin Grove and want to move closer to work. The commute is killing me! Haha I am clean, organised and considerate. I am pretty quiet and respectful of others down time, but also up for a chat. I’m not sure what else to put. Let me know if you shave any questions.

Hi guys n gals! A little about me: I separated from the Mrs last year and am looking to find suitable accommodation on the North Side of Brisbane for myself and my fur baby Molly. I work at a brewery part time and also at a craft beer bottle shop. My life revolves around beer and I am very passionate about it. My other passion in life is fitness, I am a personal trainer on the North Side and really enjoy pushing myself and clients in the gym. I know beer and fitness don't usually go hand in hand but it seems to be working well for me, plus beer is 92% water haha. So I have three jobs which total over 45 hours per week, I am a busy guy to say the least. When I am not at one of these jobs I enjoy visiting breweries around Brisbane, walking my dog and watching tv. Most of my mates are on the Gold Coast so if I create new friendships out of this I would be stoked. I have lived with flat mates before and also on my own so I know what sort of flatmate I am. I am the first to say my room is usually a mess BUT I always keep the communal areas of the house neat and tidy. I am an extremely genuine guy and transparent. What you see is what you get. If you ask me how my day is I am going to give you an honest answer. Its just in my nature. I am polite and well mannered (thanks mum). About Molly: Molly is 12 years young and is a Malteese cross Terrier. She has lived with other dogs and cats before and has no interest in tormenting them. If you show her love she will replicate this with her infectious smile and exuberant personality. What I am looking for: * Someone who has a great relaxed sense of humour and can laugh at themselves. * People around my age, couples are ok but we all need to communicate. I don't want to live in a segregated house. I want us all to get along and be civil. * Loves a drink (craft beer is a bonus) * Non vegan (I eat a ton of meat and protein and just don't get the whole vegan thing) * Clean and respectful * Is employed
