Relaxed professional here. FT employed. Ideally, I would like to team up with someone and find a quality apartment for $250-$300 each in the city where I work (or close to cbd) - Gym & Work typically keeps me busy during the week - Weekends I’m usually out and about - I have a full house of furniture - Would prefer a car space but fine with street parking
I’m moving to Brisbane from Newcastle and am excited for my new adventure! Keen to meet some new friends and eat delicious food and have the occasional beer together. I am super laid back, I live a quieter life during the week but happy to have a social come the weekend! 🕺🏻I need to live with someone who respects that I need my own space at times. Bonus points if you have pets!
Hey, potential new flatmate! I'm a 22-year-old male relocating from Dunedin Nz to Brisbane, and I'm in need of a room. A little about myself is I'm a recent graduated culinary arts student, that's right guys, I'm a chef. I love to cook and also I'm used to cleaning up after myself in the kitchen so im not looking for a kitchen hand, just a flatmate or a few. I'm social but can be quiet as well! I am coming from a student town so, I like a couple drinks on the weekend, but I'm not an alcoholic who will clog up the recycling bin haha. If I seem like a potential flatmate, feel free to say hey Cheers, Connor :)
I am a professional psychologist working in Brisbane. Im very clean considerate and quiet. Looking to share with mature individuals. Not into a party house but rather a home where we can relax and have dinners and enjoy my flatmates too. I'm into Yoga, I paint and enjoy dancing and music. I am looking for a considerate fun flatmate and a place to call home.
I am a fulltime Software Engineer working for the Queensland Government. I am personally a quite person, that enjoys time at the gym, reading, and going on hikes. I currently live in the Gold Coast and am looking to move somewhere closer to the city.
Hey Guys! I'm a 20 yr old girl studying fitness and working part time in Brissy. I am looking for a place to stay with some like-minded people. I am pretty energetic and chatty, I love going out, dancing, playing music, sports and outdoors. Always up for an adventure but I also need my personal space and I do respect others. I keep my environment clean but I don't fuss about leaving some unwashed dishes by the sink overnight as I will probably do that occasionally haha. I go crazy for every animal - except for those with more than 4 legs - so I am happy to live with some! If you think we'd get along, looking forward to hearing from you!
I am a tutor and postgraduate student at QUT Gardens Point Campus. Also I am working at a cafe on Saturdays. I go to gym and eat healthy but I am not living like a pro athlete :) I am interested in latin dancing, trekking and anything adventurous on my free time. I am looking for a pet free, non-smoker, clean (I vacuum-mop once a week and clean dishes straight away), home environment. Preferably, having my own bathroom, close to the public transportation alternatives for travelling to cbd and back. I understand and show respect to boundaries of my flatmates and expect the same in return. I am sociable but I like spending time on my own to recharge. I am currently overseas though I will be back and ready to move in after 20th of May. Cheers!
Hi! My name is Sophie O'Reilly and I am a bubbly Australian who loves to make great chit-chat, as well as knuckling down to myself when studying and needing quiet time at home. I do prefer my spaces being clean however I not a neat-freak by any means. I do enjoy to get out and have fun, relax in the sun and go out on the standard weekend for a boogie. I am not a heavy drinker, nor do I drink to excess. When I am not studying, or playing sports i am usually working or wondering around the city
I’m a pretty easygoing housemate, I’ve been house sharing since I was 18 so I am easy to share a space with. I definitely want to live in a loveable but clean space and hence and pretty tidy in shared spaces. I enjoy catching up over a wine or coffee and would like a housemate who wants to do so too. I have a fluffy (tail less) cat called Nori who is very friendly and loves the outdoors hence I need a space with a little backyard or ground floor apartment. I work for Tatts group at Woolloongabba generally from 8-4, keep active with running and pilates and love music festivals, wine (red & white) and fancy coffee shops. I also love terribly cheesy movies and have a BA of photography that I don’t use enough. Furniture wise I have my own room furniture plus can contribute a tv, 4 seater round table, gorgeous big carpet and coffee table to the house. I’m looking to move to a new or established house with 1, max two people. Requirements: Own bathroom Yard space or access to outside for cat Quiet street Reasonable sized room Verandah in the backyard would be great Similar age (25-35) housemate/s Move date is by August as this iwhen my lease is up but if I find somewhere/one great before then I am happy to move earlier. Please contact me if you think we could be great flatmates :)
Hi there, I am a 25 yr old male, moving to Brisbane rather rapidly. Will be working full time as a Drone/UAV flight instructor and looking for a place to live with some easy-going, fun and adventurous people. Bit about me: Love my fitness and keeping active, but never apposed to either a big night out or a quiet night in with a few bevs ;) Anything outdoors Anything involving sports (particularly AFL) Beach, sun, watersports, golf, Snow, surf etc.. Coffee & weekend strolls. I am a very well travelled person as well so love an adventure be an extended trip or a weekend getaway :) Would consider myself very independent, highly self-motivated but very easy going/chilled out. Enjoy being in good company but also like my own space. Would ideally be looking for a group of people to not just 'live' with but be friends with. Used to be in the military for a few years and studied aviation at uni, now run my own company but moving due to a more exciting employment opportunity. If I sound like someone you are looking for please hit me up! :) Nick
I m a Brazilian guy quite new in Brisbane. I have arrived 2 months ago for studying Project Management. I m cleaned, organized and respectful. Looking for a place with good mates to call home. I like travel, swim, cooking, beer and bbq but also like relaxing quiet times.
Hi, I'm a chemical engineer working part-time while I finish my studies in business. I'm looking for a private room in a quiet place preferably. When I'm not working or at school, I enjoy doing yoga, going to the gym or going out with my friends. I like cooking as well, I normally do meal preps on Sundays :) I generally have a healthy lifestyle, so it'd be amazing to find like-minded sharemates.
Hi! I am looking to move relatively close to the city any time between now and the end of May. I’m currently working part time and studying to be a makeup artist. I enjoy having a glass of wine, reality tv binge and chats after work, but I respect the fact that everyone needs their alone time. Generally a home body but I do love to go out for coffee or a few cocktails on the weekends. I own a car so street parking is a must. I have a microwave, washing machine, kitchenware, dining table and chairs, and all of my own bedroom furniture (happy to put furniture into storage if there’s no room). I do like to keep things clean and organised but I’m pretty chill about having house rules. Would be happy to team up with one person or a group to find somewhere to live. Please message me if you’re interested!
I live on Gold Coast and am looking for a place to stay during the week and some weekends in Brisbane so I don't have to commute. My partner works in Sydney on a FIFO basis, so it would be great if he can occasionally stay over for a few nights every now and again. I work in IT, more management then technical these days. I enjoy running, going to the gym, the great outdoors (hiking, 4WD, nature), exploring travel, tech, socialising etc. I also enjoy a quiet night in too. I'm new to Brisbane and am looking to develop some great friendships too! As I won't be commuting so much, I'm keen to get in to cooking more so would be happy for us to share that. I'm on the right in the pic.
Hi! I’m a full time engineer that spends my free time keeping active or hanging out with friends. I’m respectful of people’s privacy but also like to have a bit of a chat and preferably over wine! Clean, tidy and super easy to get along with :)
I ama very private, person. Work as a Chef ( day shifts) in the Fortitude Valley, Ride a scooter , so a tiny parking space would be grouse. Creative brain, considers others and live by the Dutch quote: this home is clean enough to be healthy and dirty enough to be happy. Hardly ever have visitors as I rather venture out to visit others. Adhere to a plant based diet , however on the odd occasion , crave a traditional comfort meal. Am a happy go lucky person with intelligence that is stronger emotionally rather than intellectually. I am wanting to share with someone who is easy to live with, honest, tidy, respectful, working and happy to share a meal/.. movie/t.v occasionally.
I work hard Monday to Friday and like to keep busy during the weekend. More than happy to cook for/with the group or eat out and try new restaurants. (Either way, I love my food so I'm eating!) I'm Irish and in Brisbane until the end of December (working full time as a PA in the city). I enjoy my own space but happy to meet new people and get to know my housemates too :)
I’m Lucie, 21 yo student in Bachelor’s Degree Commerce. I’m tidy, clean, easygoing. I like chill, watch Netflix, hang out with my friends. If you need to talk I’m a good listener. And we can become friends if you wish 😊
I am a recently graduated creative and working full time who wishes to find a place to live up to a year. Am very neat, courteous, kind and respectful of people's spaces and belongings. A granny flat/studio situation would be preferable but open to share house living. Huge animal lover but unfortunately suffer from bad allergies.
I work full time in recruitment in Hamilton. I normally spend majority of my evenings out catching up with friends or family. Ideally i'm looking for someone who is happy to have a drink or chat in the evening but is happy for us each to do our own thing. I have a car and would need somewhere either available at the property or on street to park. My move in date is flexible depending on the place.
Talia 19 - Admin Assistant Luke 21 - Chippie Both looking for a room to move into as a couple, we are respectful, neat and easygoing. We both like to get outdoors and be in nature, we go camping, visit our families a heap and go to a bunch of live music events. We are both easy to get along with.
Creative and fun, I like my own space but also to have fun with my roommates. Ideally would like a place where I have a space to create art, so if you have a spare room thats not being used please message me. Non-smoker, clean, quiet, good to vent to about life and supportive friend ;) I'd prefer to live with one or two nice girls but open to living with guys too. Flexible moving date, my lease ends June but willing to break it and move earlier. I'd love to team up with someone so we can make a nice place our cute new home :)
