Hi there, My name is Ryan and I am 33 years old. I am looking for a new place to call home, as currently I have been living in a big modern house on the north side of Brisbane for the last 5 years, have been the head tenant with most of the responsibility, and own most of the furniture. Our lease is coming up shortly, and I would like to move somewhere more central, whilst not paying an incredible amount of rent. Hoping to pay less than $220/week including bills. I am open to teaming up with someone to move into a town house etc too. I am looking to live with either 1, or max 2 other people. I can also provide furniture and appliances (couches, fridge, microwave, plates, bowls, pots and pans, cutlery, dining table, chairs, desk, Balinese furniture, outdoor table, other appliances etc), but if not that's ok too as I can simply sell or store them elsewhere. I have a very well trained, friendly 10 year old male maine coon cat who I would love to bring with me. He is mostly an indoor cat, likes his sleep and doesn't mind other furry friends. We are best of buddies and have been through a lot together. I have recently been working as a warehouse assistant, and also study business and IT on the side. I also receive government help as I do have a disability, which would not affect my ability to live with someone else independently. I am hoping to find something relaxed with little to no dramas, judgements or arguments. A place with a decent sized room, air conditioning (just for the hot periods, and not necessarily in the room itself). My cat is used to wandering outside for a low key walk around the yard so I would also prefer to live somewhere that has a backyard/courtyard. I am the kind of guy who is social with his housemate/s, but can also as easily keep to myself. I would prefer to live with friendly, supportive people who don't take living situations too seriously. I am indeed respectful, caring, open, very clean, honest, and reliable. What I am not into is drinking copious amounts of alcohol (the odd glass of spirits is ok), smoking (but do not mind if you do smoke), or constant partying. These days I am more into social events, lots of exercise and the gym, self development, watching a good movie, meditation, reading, nature or heading to the beach. I am also vegan. If you like the sound of me, please send me a message as I am keen to find my next long-term house mate/s and home to be. I have not provided my mobile number as I would prefer to build rapport over message first, and then chat on the phone :) Thanks for your time and hope to hear from you, Ryan
I come with a NutriBullet, 2 Apple TVs and a Boston Shaker! I am moving to Brisbane in February as I just got a new job at the brand new W Hotel on George Street. I would like to live with 1 or 2 other people in a clean, and somewhat modern property. Need an unfurnished room, big enough for a Queen bed. I will be down in Brisbane a few days in January, so hit me up so we can meet :)
Im polite friendly quiet and like to keep the place clean. I enjoy cooking and coffee and having the occasional drink after work. I’m happy to have a chat at the end of the day but enjoy self time as well. I occasionally travel with work so you will have the place to your self from time to time.
Hi future housemates, I have a full-time job during the week standard hours, and I like to keep fit and go to the gym regularly, enjoy being outdoors and travelling. I like to have a clean and tidy apartment, but I'm not a clean freak. I enjoy good food and cooking if I'm in the right mood and having space for a bbq would be great along with a dishwasher. :) I'm a coffee buff too and have an awesome barista coffee machine that I'd be happy to share with. In my 30s so looking to share a place with others 25-45 yrs. old. Cheers, James
Neat and tidy, can keep to myself but also love to socialise, love cooking, drinking wine and most of all eating! Working 10 hours of the day so I won't be around much. Looking for house mates to live in a fun environment! Thank you :)
Hi, I'm a 32yo Female moving to Brisbane from Perth to be closer to my partner and see the sights of QLD so I wont be home all of the time. I'm a fulltime employee transferring to the Brisbane office possibly by April. I have a reasonably healthy lifestyle, I'm friendly and like the occasional red wine or a drink out and about but I'm not one to party. I'm looking for a room and own bathroom in a house with another female or couple no younger than me, I would prefer to use my own bed and I'll have my car. Occasionally I work from home if there's a spot I can work out of everyone's way that would be awesome but is not an issue.
Hi there, I’m a 28yo better looking version of Sideshow Bob. I’ve been in love with Teneriffe and surrounding areas for a couple years now and thinking about moving to an even more charming flat with super awesome flatmates included. I’m an IT professional based in the city; so it’s exactly like an episode of IT Crowd. In my downtime, I like to listen to awesome music, climb rocks, run fast, and sleep on a yoga mat for exercise. Sometimes I write what I think are jokes then say them to an audience of strangers in a pub. If you have an appreciation of good food and craft beer then I’m sure we’ll get along like a flat on fire. If you’re a fan of board games & video games as well, then we better drop everything and call the fire department right now. Values that sing true to me: Chilling out, Organisation, Respect, Cleanliness, Fitness, & Humour. I come with sexy 6 month old white goods, a white washing machine, and a black fridge, ‘white goods’ go figure. I’m looking to move on the 3rd or 4th February.
Hi I'm Bartosz (25) currently studying environmental engineering at ETH Zurich in Switzerland. In march I will fly to Brisbane Australia to conduct my master's thesis (7 months) at the University of Queensland. I am looking for a relatively centrally located shared flat with easy going and relaxed people who like to hang out and do something together from time to time. In my free time I enjoy skateboarding, hanging out with friends, going for a beer, photography, nature, city trips and many other things. I would describe myself as uncomplicated and easy going. Should you consider me as your future flat mate I would be happy to have a chat on skype.
Hello Sras Good Morning ! Forgive my weak English, My name is Daniella Prestes, I'm Brazilian, I'm 46 years old, I do not smoke, I live in southern Brazil and I have two jobs here. I worked for 30 years in the Court of Justice of the State of Paraná and also developed activities as an actress, voice and dubbing, promoter of corporate events and producer of cultural theater. I will go to Brisbane only, because around May 21 my English classes begin at the Navitas School. I know it may be a bit early for the contact because, as I've never been in Brisbane, I'm already starting research on homes or student rooms; please, if you can share your email so that we may, in the future, exchange weekly rental information. I am interested in private / individual bedroom with fitted wardrobes, equipped with furniture, study table, linens, towels and gym and also like to have the room key that you are renting. but also does not exclude staying in double room If possible also with private bathroom, share kitchen. I need a residence near the Navitas English school, as well as financial and corporate centers, as well as artistic and cultural centers like museums, art galleries and etc, because my visa allows me to work while studying. I am a nice person, intelligent, friendly, organized, calm, naturist, artistic and cultural, I like musical environments, organized and clean. I am a person that I like to help in the kitchen. thankful Daniella Prestes
Hi I am a professional female, looking for a lovely homely place with one other person and with my own bathroom. I am clean, have a positive personality, active lifestyle and meet friends usually away from home as home is a place to quiet down for me. I love hiking, yoga, nature, dancing and don't watch much TV although I really enjoy watching the occasional movie with a housemate ;) I work in the afternoons, late evenings and weekends (I’m working in health industry) and it works well to share with someone who works regular 9-5 pm business hours. I sometimes sleep till late morning if I had a late shift and look for a home that's quiet in the morning. Looking foward to meeting you :) Martine
I'm a Brazilian chef who spent the last 13 years traveling arround the world cooking and chasing good food. I'm very calm guy (cause the kitchen is crazy enough) and I really enjoy a good chat with some beers or a glass of wine. I like to socialize a lot but I need my time alone too. Whatever I'm a good person, hard worker, clean and polite. I'm in Brisbane to study and work a bit. It would be a pleasure find a nice house with nice housemates to live at this amazing place.
I currently work full time in fortitude valley, so I'm looking for a place close by to make it easier to get to and from work. I spend a lot of the time at the Gold Coast staying with my partner. I'm very clean, and I'm only interested in living with one other female max.
**TEAM UP** Hey future Roomies, Liam and I met on Flatmates 5 months ago and got a place together for 6 Months, this is coming to an end so we are wanting to find a bigger place and preferably 2 other people to start a new share house 4+ Bedrooms. We are both working professionals, like to keep fit and healthy during the week and love to have a drink on the weekends. Both easy going and would like to find like minded people to create a fun, happy and drama free place where we are all become friends rather than just roommates. Happy to spend around $250 each a week for a room each. Preferably looking for at least 1 female to even the house out! Send me a message if you think you will be suited and we can all meet up for a coffee or a drink. :) Cheers, Patrick!

Currently undertaking a Bachelor of Communication Design (full-time student and part time barista) and I am looking for a place to rent. I'm an easy going girl who likes to be social but also have their own space, I'm really clean and tidy and would make a great addition to your home. + Also have a green thumb, love being in the garden. Up for a class of wine and movie marathon (no share rooms thanks)
We have both recently graduated from university, and will be starting full time work in 2018 (Bridget as a vet tech and Bec in the legal industry). We are both easy going, social people who like to live in a clean and tidy space. We are interested in fitness and health and on weekends we enjoy getting outside or catching up with friends, we also enjoy cooking. Ideally we are looking for another person to team up with us and find a house or townhouse. We also have quite a bit of furniture (including a fridge and washing machine). If you think you would be a good fit, please send us a message!
Hi i'm Steph. I'm 20 and I'm a full-time student in my final year studying Fashion and Business at QUT in Kelvin Grove and the City. I'm a friendly, considerate, open-minded and very tidy gal. I mostly keep to myself although i'm always down to have drinks and chats. If i'm not working or studying I enjoy cooking, reading, good music, getting outside, or spending time with friends :)) I'm hoping to find some great humans (of similar age) to start a sharehouse that's welcoming and sociable. I need to find somewhere in the surrounding-ish suburbs of the city. Thanks!
Currently working full-time in the IT industry, and no I cannot fix your computer but I can bring home some mediocre pens and socks and I am willing to share the Xbox. I am a very active person and do not spend that much time at home but I will never ever say no to drinks and snacks and I am always up for a good boogie. I love baking so please be prepared to have biscuits and slices made for the house on the regular.
Hi, I'm moving up to Brisbane from the Gold Coast to be a hairdresser apprentice. I've lived in shared rental accommodation for the last four years - can provide rental receipts as required - and boarding school for five years before that. So I know what it's like and expected of living with other people. I clean up after myself, quiet and I do most of my socialising outside of the house/apartment. I'm the kind of person who will invite you along when going out (you don't have to go if you don't want), and ask you if you need anything from the shops. I love anime, animals, going on walks and beauty. Feel free to contact me :)
I'm super easy going and feel that I can pretty much get along with anyone. I emphasize living my life with an open mind. I love to travel meaning that you'll probably find that I'll be out of the house about 4 weeks a year. I work 9-5 at the council as a Graduate but also don't mind getting loose every now and then. However I will always respect your opinion and make that priority number 1 as a flatmate. I put March 1st as my move in date but it actually doesn't matter to me when I move in. I also prefer to actually be friends with the people I live with.
Hi! I'm a Structural Engineer working in Fortitude Valley. About me: I love sports (AFL in particular) and fitness, travel, adventure, a variety of music, photography, and anything that involves creativity. I live on the idea of trying everything once, and making the most of every opportunity. I am seeking roommate/s that are considerate, courteous, and that respect shared areas but who also like to relax and have a good time - and non-smokers too please. I have share-housed before, couch-surfed, and backpacked through various countries, so I know the ins-and-out of sharing etiquette! If I sound like someone you would like to meet, then let me know! Talk soon!
Hello Future Flatmates!! We are two friends (and full time working professionals). We are both clean, tidy and very easy to get along with. We are looking for someone to join us to suit our budget. We are accustomed to the sharing environment, work late during the week but enjoy indulging in cheese/wine together etc. on the weekends. If you think our interest align, please send us a message we'd love to meet you :) Erin & Dimmitty
