Hi Flatmates, My name is Renee, nickname Ren. I work full time and am very passionate about my career. I am 30, single, fun, friendly and caring, love a good laugh. I enjoy cooking (very healthy eater) food prep is a thing for me. I enjoy socialising and have a great bunch of brisy friends. I also love meeting new people and always up for a nice glass of wine and a good cheese platter. (On the flip haha) - I am very passionate about fitness. I train 5-6 days a week. I am a very tidy person and stick to a pretty good routine Monday to Friday.
Hi I'm Anna, From Melbourne but in Brisbane for work. I'm looking for somewhere i can move into ASAP. I'm easy to get along with, not OCD but pretty tidy. Like to be social but also like to be a couch potato. Lover of chocolate, food and wine :)
I am looking to settle in Brisbane for a while because this is where my much adored niece is based. I have a housetrained desexed cat, goes by the name of Pixie or hey you. The cat is unfortunately not other cat or dog friendly, she had some bad experiences when young and as a result does not play well with others. I how ever am well used to sharing, cleaning up after myself and paying my bills on time. I have some furniture, kitchen stuff and some electrics. Not a smoker, big drinker or death metal singer-along-with-at 2am -er. Looking for like minded non Trump supporters to make a home with. Any extra info I am happy to share, but feel that some actual human interaction i.e. ph or face to face, would be more illuminating. Thanks for your time :) P.S I am a hetero female who couldn't care less who or what floats your boat, provided adult consent is involved :)
Hello! I have been living in the USA and have just moved back to Brisbane. I really want to make friends as I am leaving a lot behind here in Tallahassee, FL, so I would enjoy a social house. Any orientations, preferences, or identities are a-okay with me, please let me know so I can accommodate your wishes when I meet you :) I enjoy a beer, a glass of wine, and cooking although I'm not a huge partier. I'm usually just down to chill, watch an episode of something or play some board games. I work a LOT so I won't be in your way or always home, and I really understand the need to respect personal space. I'm a hospitality veteran who is currently working as a bar manager at a fine dining restaurant. It keeps me very busy but I love it. I am studying Journalism online and I'm in my final stages, so that keeps me pretty busy when I'm not working. I hope to start a placement soon after I graduate, so I'll be out a lot or studying. I'm also single at the moment and I have no plans to date or to enter into a relationship soon so there are no worries about bringing any additional people over. I am more than happy to pay upfront for the bond and four weeks rent (inc. utilities) if you are interested in taking me. Ideally I would like my own bathroom as I work quite long hours and finish late sometimes, so it would be easier on everyone if I had one to myself :) I look forward to meeting you :) Tayla
I'm a busy little bee who likes to be organised and keep my area immaculate. I moved from New Zealand 6 months ago and have set up a new life for myself here in Brisbane. I manage a company here and spend my time in the office or in the city. I love to cook and will happily help with chores around the place.
22, working full time and completing my undergrad studies externally. I enjoy keeping active during the week and my downtime on the weekend consist of studying and being out & about with friends. Seeking a tidy and considerate housemate, who is easy going and sociable. Room with own bathroom required until mid July 2017.
A casual and relaxed environment to come home to. I am a civil engineer in road construction and am usually, either, training, out photographing stuff, travelling or working - female or male roommates. I am quite heavily-tattooed, I do not take drugs, am single and am open for a drink, every so often, but am far passed the heavy 'partying' scene. I have my own gym equipment, so I'm preferably looking for a place with a basement/concreted garage, but it's no big deal if this isn't viable.
Friendly, clean and social. Working full-time and usually out most week nights between Muay Thai and Calisthenics Training. Spend my weekends out with Mountain Biking, Hiking, Rock Climbing, Surfing, Paddleboarding or mates dates for breakfast and lunch. Looking for a place with great people to share with and a large room with wardrobe space, own bathroom, and a car space. Look forward to speaking with you :)
Hi I'm Lindy! I'm 19 and in my second year of studying a Business degree at QUT. I work two jobs - one in the City and the other in Chermside. I enjoy running, exploring around Brisbane/the Coast, going out a bit and being social, but also relaxing and having my own space when I have work to do or study to focus on. I’m very easy-going, friendly and considerate of other people's space and privacy. I'm tidy and clean up after myself, and would expect the same from the people I live with. Thanks for taking the time to read this!
Hello! :) My name is Kelsey, and I am 23 years old and just graduated with a degree in Microbiology last year, and Mike is 25 and also just received his degree in Psychology. We're both from Canada and are currently here on a working holiday for a year. We're both really easy going and friendly, neither of us are smokers or huge partiers, but we do like to enjoy a few beers in the evening on occasion. Interests include going on road trips and adventures/hikes, movies, music, video games, and just general hanging out. We're both clean and respectful people, and are hoping to find some like-minded flatmates. We're currently living on the Gold Coast so we're on the job hunt for work in Brisbane at the moment, but have plenty saved up from our jobs back home and could pay several months rent in advance no problem. We're hoping to find some other lovely people to have as flatmates during our time in Brisbane and cannot wait to head over there. :)
Hellooo My name is Caitlyn and I am 21 years of age. I work 2 jobs, my Full Time position with the Australian Government and Part Time at Doughnut Time (saving for a house deposit). On the rare occasion I'm not working, I'll either be at the gym, training or enjoying a coffee over breaky.. I consider my lifestyle active and healthy yet incredibly busy! I appreciate downtime however will always stop for a chat. Looking for a likeminded female one who is reliable, motivated and clean/tidy! If this is you, I'd love to hear from you :)
Im very easy going, friendly, clean, non smoker. I work full time as a Jeweller, and spend a lot of time travelling. Looking forward to meeting some new people and getting to know Brisbane a little better!
Hi all! My name is Jake and I'm currently looking for accommodation in the city or surrounding suburbs. I am a full-time Concierge of a hotel in the central part of the Brisbane City and I'm looking for a like-minded room mate/s for a short or long term lease. I am an extremely healthy eater, exercise frequently, studying full time, work full time (shifts vary from AM to PM) and keep my living and working environments very neat and tidy (which I've found to be quite rare). Spend a lot of time out socialising and am always looking to take advantage of new opportunities or events in the Brisbane City. Despite these traits, I am relaxed and won't impede on your busy routines but am easily approachable and sociable. Not your typical fellow or your typical room mate so don't hesitate to pop me a message through here or feel free to text/call me using the details I've provided on my account. Thanks, Jake
Hi! My name is Julia, I'm from Sweden, moved to Brisbane to study at QUT. I love sports, yoga and traveling. I'm easy going and positive. Looking for a private room, close to the city and QUT Gardens Point campus. Flexible with move in date, and staying until August-September. Cheers
Hey guys, I've been in Brisbane for about 18 months and I really enjoy living in your pretty city. I will probably be in around for at least another 12 months before moving interstate again for work but am initially looking for a 6 month lease (just in case my employer asks me to relocate sooner). Ideally i'd move into a furnished apartment close to the city. I work in sales and travel reasonably often so you'll have a few days a month to yourself too. Although i'll very much enjoy a glass or four of red with my new housemate, i'm really not much of a party animal. I'm a passionate vego but won't be on your case if you aren't. I quit smoking about 3 months ago (and haven't looked back) but again, won't give you a hard time for it. I try to exercise a few times a week but I don't beat myself up for sleeping through my alarm in the morning. I'm really easy to get a long with, I'll always pay my rent on time, very clean but not OCD and an average cook, but i'll show you lots of photos of my pet pig back in Adelaide. He's pretty great.
Hey I'm geneva and I'm looking to join a share house near the city. I'm always up for some socialising but also love my quiet time and space. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have Looking for a stay 6 months or longer
Hi Guys, My name is Sarah and I am originally from Melbourne. I have been living down on the coast for the last year and am moving up to Brisbane for work. I am an outgoing person who loves to get out and see live music and hit the beach. I am working in the law but my main love is in music and the arts. I am very active and love playing sport.. big NBA fan and love surfing. I am a clean and respectful room mate as I have lived overseas and throughout university in many shared houses so understand the do's and dont's of living in a shared house. I would love to live in a relaxed and social house that is clean and respectful but laid back. Would love to hear from you :)
Hi All! My name is Zoe and I am a 24 year old full time lawyer working in the city. I have lived in Brissy for a while and have decided to finally fly the coop. I like to live a healthy lifestyle, but would never say no to a good cheese platter. I'm always up for an adventure and love travel and anything live aka music/comedy/sport. I also like to sloth around at home as well. Happy to move into a room but also team up and find a place together! Zoe :)
Recently moved back from a government role in Canberra and currently seeking a granny flat close to the city as possible. I have furniture in storage or can leave it there so am flexible in this regard. Started new job in the city however will be doing FIFO to site at Weipa for a good portion of the coming months. I work in Information Management for mining and engineering companies or government, am quiet, respectful and clean. Would get an apartment however I really don't need a huge space at this point in time and for the foreseeable future.
FT Govt Worker (CBD), PT Student - Engineer (QUT - it's time for a career change!) My first degree is in animation - so i like to get creative sometimes - painting, drawing...whatever can make a mark on a page. I'm vvery active - i gym every morning before work, and cycle to work everyday. On the weekends i like getting outdoors - to the beach, hiking or camping; or just chilling at a pub with some great friends sinking some brews and listening to the tunes. I'm an easy going housemate - reliable with rent and bills; tidy and respectful. I'm looking to find a household with some great people i can share a laugh with, be the support through the daily challenges we all face and live together to make our place our home. I'm not in an urgent timeframe to move, but would like to move in the next few weeks and settle through easter if possible.
