Hi, I am friendly, outgoing and respectful person that is clean and super easy to live with. I enjoy sport, music and love to travel. I enjoy cooking and relaxing during the week and hanging out with friends and enjoying the outdoors in the weekend.
I am an easy going and clean person to live with. Happy to have my own space or socialized. I understand that after a long day at work you might want to be left alone. I work full time, non smoker and enjoy an occasional drink or two. Looking to get somewhere to move in mid January. The budget is negotiable depending on the location and also if I could have a covered parking for my car. I wouldn't mind an unfurnished or furnished place as I have items in storage that I could use if the place is unfurnished or I am more than willing to bring in some furniture or appliance from my storage if required.
A Happy Hippy chick from Sydney looking for an awesome home in Bris-vegas! Im a reliable, outgoing and positive peep who loves to bake on the weekends! (mostly muffins but hey im still baking!) I work as a tarot reader and will often chat about current astrological alignments when the time is right. Im also quiet and mindful of your personal space but am always there to chat if you need/want too :) Im moving to Brisbane to complete my postgrad in counselling so im quiet alot of the time or not around :P I am here now and happy to move in when needed. Im also tidy and respectful and am always smiling! Did i mention I bake on the weekends??? I live a healthy lifestyle (despite the baking!) and enjoy social shinanigans with the odd glass of champagne. And I am also a member of the LGBTI rainbow ... so you will need to be respectful and open to that. Cant wait to chat! Ps i am ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom ... my weekly budget is also bills inclusive. pps i am also not comfortable with living with couples or a shared room ... . I guess i wouldnt want to be a total third wheel. Sorry ! Ditto with random SMS from people telling me about their room. if im interested i will get in contact. thanks!
Easy going and relaxed person who is friendly and social, yet respectful of people's privacy and things, and very clean. I work in Digital Marketing in the higher education industry, in the Valley, working weekdays 5 days per week. I enjoy keeping fit, yoga, socialising, checking out new cafes/restaurants/bars and laughing :) Looking to live with just one other person (a female) ideally, and would like own bathroom and parking space.
I love my current housemate because we are both clean and tidy professionals who respect each others space and are also kind and social. I work Full time, study part time and like to spend the rest of my time outside of the house catching up with friends or doing some sort of fun activity. I also have a Bengal kitty who is quite cute! I am looking for someone who would like to move into a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with me which is unfurnished as I already have my own belongings such as fridge, washing machine, bed etc.
Clean, easy-going, reliable 24 year old female who has a love for wellness and living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy meeting new people and socialising as well as having time to myself. I am open-minded and fun!
My name is Louis (pronounced Louie or Lewis, I cop both no problems), I’m a single 27 year old professional male who is looking to live close to the city as I work in the CBD. I’m looking to move so as to be close to my work place (currently living in Highgate Hill). I’m a pretty easy going person, not big on judgement, and don’t mind a good steak and cheap beer (happy to share cheap wine notes also). I’m reasonably active with a bicycle as my main form a transport. With this said, I’m not crazy about fitness or cycling (but I endeavour to run parkrun on Saturdays hungover or not). Compared to my old man I’m only reasonably handy but often described as very handy by mates. I’ve lived out of home for some time and by now quite frugal, but not difficult if that can be understood. I like transparency, so split rent and bills is definitely my preference (I have complete faith I could find the best deal for any utility!). What’s important is coming home to somewhere I want to be and sharing space with people who are fun and sociable, yet respectful. If you want to team up please contact me as some of the developers have some good offers going on apartments as the market get swamped. Update: On the team up front there are some nice apartments going in in the newstead teneriffe area, many are offering incentives also and have 2 bed and 2 bath. In West End there are some good places off Montague going.
Hi I'm Amanda and I'm moving from Townsville to Brisbane in January 2017. I've just finished my internship and I'm making the move to the big smoke of Brisbane to work at Redland Hospital. I would consider myself outgoing and down to earth, as well as a bit of a social butterfly (when I'm not slaving away at work). I'm looking for housemate(s) who are respectful of communal areas and don't need reminding on how to be a good housemate.
I've just recently moved from Sydney and want to live in an area that's a little more lively (currently living in the suburbs and I'm going out of my mind). I'm very easy going, I enjoy going to pubs, watching live music and going to karaoke! I'm a hoot! But I also like chilling at home and watching a whole series in two days. A little from column A and a little from column B.
21yo female. Just graduated uni in creative industries. Bit of a tv show/marvel nerd. I like to go out occasionally, but also like to stay in. I keep to myself a lot, but would also like to live with someone I could become good friends with. Looking to share a 2-3 bedroom apartment/unit for at least 12 months.
Hi! 22 year old working full time in finance in the CBD so generally out of the house 9-5 Monday to Friday. Clean, respectful and considerate housemate, Generally keep to myself during the week - however do not mind socialising and a wine on the weekends :) Looking for like minded housemates in a central area.
Hi everyone! I will be starting full time work at Brisbane from the February and I'm looking to find a place close to the CBD (not apartments due to my vehicle) and preferably with my own bathroom/ensuite. I am a super laidback person, I enjoy my own private times but also love to work out, cook myself a balanced meal, super keen on being clean and some level of tidiness, love to listen to music and just having a good time in general.
Hi! I'm a full time graphic designer + photographer in a lifestyle PR/marketing company. Relaxed, easygoing and fairly quiet to live with. I'm quiet during the week and spend weekends with friends, at the markets, going home to visit family and photographing. Never opposed to a cheeseboard and wine and will happily sit down for a chat at the end of the day. Would love to find a home with some relaxed, friendly, good-humoured housemates. Huge animal lover so have no issue living with pets. [ preferably looking for somewhere with an ensuite ]
Hey guys I'm Nikki, a 22 year old full time worker. I have been living out of home since I was 18 and have found 3 awesome roomies off this site in the past. I have a whole house of furniture (tv, lounge, kitchen supplies, vacuum, ect) so you'll just need to supply your bedroom stuff. My current apartment already had a washing machine and no room for a kitchen table so I had sold mine. So if you have either of these that would be amazing. I also have a 1 year old gorgeous male kitty, who is fully house trained and is happy lounging around the house all day. So hopefully can find someone who likes cats. I keep fairly quiet during the week, spend a lot of time in the kitchen, may go for a jog, or watch some lame tv shows. But on weekends I'm always out and about either at the beach, markets, festivals or out with mates. I am a bit of clean freak and like living with someone who likes to live in a clean house. In saying that I am a very laid back, easy go type of girl that is looking for people who are the same. I'm looking to start up a new lease in the New Farm area with another like minded full time worker. If you think we will be well suited please let me know
I'm 20 years old and looking for a fun and down to earth housemate who is clean. After living in share houses since 18 years old, and trying to live with cousins, friends and the rest, I've found it increasingly hard to find someone that picks up after themselves. All I ask is that you enjoy a ciggie or beer on the balcony with me, and that you clean up your dishes and space :-) I always have a record spinning at home, love film and a good drink. I often enjoy going out with mates, or chilling out alone in my room. I'm looking to move into a house that has enough space for us, and a small backyard to hang out in. If you feel like we could get along as housemates send me a message as I'm all out of luck :-) Sophia
I currently work part time as a software developer in Fortitude Valley. I've been studying Engineering full time at UQ up until this semester but may be putting that on the backburner in favour of earning money. Right now I live on the Gold Coast. The commute is killing me, so I'd like to move within a 5km radius of the CBD. I'm a drummer, so it would be cool if you could tolerate the tapping of an electric kit or practise pads (not going to even try to bring my acoustic kit up), however it's not a must. Musicians are a plus, especially if you're down for a jam. I like cooking when I have the time, so bonus points for gas. Pets are cool provided they're well looked after and don't keep anyone awake during the night. If your ideal Friday night involves craft beer, metal, jazz, or burgers (or some combination of those) then I'm your guy
I am an office manager who works full time in the CBD and try to go to the gym most days after work. I like to go out on weekends but still love those chilled days at home reading a book. I love travelling and trying new foods so always up for a chat over dinner or drinks. I'm very clean/tidy and love my independance, but also looking to make some new friends. Ideally I would like to live in a townhouse around morningside and happy to team up with some people to do so as I only have bedroom furniture, fridge and bits and bobs! :)
Hello! I am Lacey:) I am clean and tidy and work full time but also don't mind going out and having wine & cheese nights. I would like to live with someone who is friendly as well!
A British couple both working full time. I work at the Airport and Ella works in a pub in the Valley. We are looking to share accommodation with like minded people, clean, considerate and friendly, to enhance our Australian experience by meeting new people. We have lived in both shared accommodation as well as owned our own property, So we enjoy being sociable but also respect others privacy. We are ideally looking for a room that is furnished with air con. Other amenities such as a pool and/or gym would be good and also parking for one car either on street or off street. We look forward to hearing from you, Ian and Ella
G'day, my names Veronica but go by the nickname of Von. I am a 27 year old registered nurse currently working at the PAH. I have completed my paramedic degree and am hoping to gain employment with QAS in 2017 and continue doing some nursing on the side . I am looking for a large private room with built in wardrobe literally for all my clothes and uniforms. I am wishing to share a place with 1 other housemate, but more importantly I am really looking for something relatively permanent! I would like to move and stay in location for something more than a year! So if you are staying where you are, or you own the property - that works for me! Ideally I am looking for an apartment like living situation - something that has access to a gym area and a pool would be ideal. I also have a car so would require on street parking/the ability to get a permit. I am an ICU nurse, so interpret that as you will, I am not OCD, but I am tidy, clean up after myself and am conscientious, and obviously lovely and caring being the nurse that I am. Ill respect your belongs as I do my own. I am in the army reserves, play a bit of sport and like to be social - see friends and go out for dinners etc. I have a partner and spend most/half my time with her/at her place so in between work/and life you may not see me all that often. Looking forward to finding my new home and housemate! :)
Hello! My name is Maurice. I am a 42 year old professional (software engineer and business owner), looking for share accommodation either close to the city, or on the southside (near Sunnybank/Eight Mile Plains). I am quiet, tidy, and very respectful of other people's ways. I do like to socialise, and I'm always up for a meal and a chat if you want. At times, though, I can be quite busy (with work and family). If you're looking for someone to party with every night, I am not the person for you. I am a light social drinker, have never done drugs, and I am looking for a house that is completely smoke free. I try to live a healthy lifestyle (I do ashtanga yoga twice a week), and I'm a bit of a foodie (I'll be bring a sous vide machine with me). Having said that, I currently live near Sunnybank and there's a lot of great restaurants around here!
Experienced share houser moving back to Brisbane after 5 years in Canberra. Clean, respectful, good cook, appreciator of wine and good music.
Hey! I'm Michelle!I'm searching for my new home! Looking for a chilled vibe but also enjoy a few drinks on a friday night/weekend :) I work in a dance company & in a bar as well. I am super easy going, reliable & honest. I like a good balance of own space and socialising!
Myself & my partner are due to move overseas in around 15 months so are looking to move into a property to cut the costs on our current house. Ideally we are looking for a house share with a private area, such as a bedroom & lounge area solely for our use. We are both 27 and working full time, myself in marketing and my partner in finance. We have been a couple for 6 years and are well travelled with having previously lived in the UK, America and now Brisbane together. We love animals but have none of our own so any place with a dog would be a huge plus for us! We are both non smokers & enjoy going our for dinner & bars, not party animals but enjoy drinks on the weekend with friends.
I am a young clean guy who is hoping to find a place to live for the next 1year + as I am trying to save to buy a house. Prefer my own bathroom. Will spend only $200(ish) as what I am currently spending is too much for my liking. Will be respectful and tidy, Thanks!
I'm 22 and I work full-time for an education organisation. I love a bit of yoga and a cheeky wine every now and then. I'm super easy going, clean and respectful. I'm generally rather quiet but always down for hangs and a chat! I've lived in share houses for 4 years or so, so I know the drill :) Keen to move ASAP but am flexible. Look forward to hearing from you! Krystal
My name is Kirby, Im looking for a nice, clean place with easy going people to live with, that are social and fun. I am a Commercial Interior Designer, 29, love living a healthy and active lifestyle, not a party animal, but love great food and wine. I am very well house trained, easy going myself and would ideally love a place that is light, has a balcony, court yard or outdoor space.
I work full time in the city as a lawyer and am looking for a place in the New Farm/ Teneriffe area - ideally somewhere close to public transport and good cafes. I like home to be a place to recharge and relax and would love to live with someone like-minded. I keep to myself a bit during the week but enjoy a cider and a chat on weekends. I'm looking to move in January 2017 (when my current lease expires). Feel free to get in touch if you have a suitable place or if you'd like to find a place with me!

For fun I like to head to Sunshine Coast for a beach day, movie nights at home, dinner with the girls, gym workouts (thinking to join f45), and hey, shopping when the budget allows :) Looking for a 'home'. For me that means I don't want a party house, some quite wines yes, or move nights in. Very easy going to live with and like a tidy / neat home. I'm clean but not a clean freak. Furniture wise I have: TV 3 seater + 2 seater couch Fridge Washing machine All bedroom furniture Ideally looking to team up with someone so we can find a suitable home mid January. Would prefer a unit / apartment with our own bathroom each and carport if possible. And air conditioning! If you think we would team up ok send me a message and I'd be keen to catch up for a coffee. Thanks Mel

We're a friendly and outgoing couple but also like our times of solitude as well. Both of us will be studying at UQ (business and medicine) so we'll be at the library quite a lot over the semesters. We like to keep our surroundings tidy and are happy to hang out with our fellow housemates for movies nights, dinners etc. Based on feedback, the budgeted rental price is our combined maximum (not including bills). Also, we won't be ready to move until early to mid January as our home base is in Victoria, so we will be down south for the summer :)
About me (on the right): 23 year old currently living in Perth, but will be moving over to Brisbane in the last week of December for work. I will ideally need to find a place from Jan/Feb, but can move in anytime before then if necessary. I'm a pretty chilled guy who loves some good banter and beer, and is also respectful for other peoples space. Looking for easy going people who are roughly around my age, and have similar interests. Also happy to team up with people. Feel free to message me if you're interested, cheers.
I'm Jack! currently living in Kenmore and looking for a place in or around the city to live for a minimum of 3 months. I'm self employed and usually out of the house for at least 5 hours a day. I like to stay pretty active, love getting out of the house on little adventures but at the same time love just chilling in the house watching a movie or playing some video games. I'm generally out and about all weekend. I'm a closet nerd and a massive fan of all sports. I cook all my own meals but happy to have a couple of shared dinners a week. I'm always down for a chat, movie, workout, or a trip down the pub! Looking to move in on the 10th of jan but happy to move in earlier. Cheers!

I am quite social, love having people over but also love quiet nights in too. I'm looking to live with someone similar. I'm the girl in the middle of the photo.
Hello, my name is Sophie. I am from France (born in the West Indies). I come for a few months (for the moment) in Brisbane to improve my english...and my life (VWH)! I will looking for a job as soon as possible. I am a friendly, easy-going person who respects other people. I am able to be social yet have my own space. If you offer, I am ok for swap the rent for doing a few hours cooking and cleaning per week. I like a clean space and house. I like pets, specially lovely dogs.
Hi there, just got a new job in Brisbane. Have lived here before and love the City. I am Working professional. Like time to myself but also love a beer and to be social. Looking for a like minded male/female to house share with. There is so much more bang for buck in a 2/3 bedroom place than a one bed. I have most house fittings and furnishings but am happy to sell/make other arrangements. I travel once a month or more for work, love to cook and enjoy my sport. Looking for a modern, clean apartment.
Looking for a room to rent close to Brisbane city with a car space. I am very adventurous, I am a beach fanatic, I love snorkelling, hiking, and frequently down in Byron to visit my best friend. Along with this, I spend my weekends at my house on the GC. I am always working as well, I have a full time job and love going to the gym. I'm moving to Bris for my job, looking forward to meeting some new friends. I am very respectful of space and fairly clean except before I night out when I cant choose what to wear. I can talk a lot when I want to, though I am fairly quiet. I don't watch any TV though I love listening to music. Would prefer non furnished room w/ own bathroom & I am open to Team Ups!
Full-time professional, fit, healthy, clean and tidy, animal friendly, studying part-time. Prefer own bathroom and car park in a new/near new complex within 5km of the city. Pool would be a bonus!
I've recently finished University on the Gold Coast and am looking to moving to Brisbane as I am starting Full Time work late January. I have lived in a share house for the past 4 years. I am quiet and tidy. Although I do enjoy being able to socialise with my roommates. I am looking to either move into an already set up place or happy to find a new place with someone new!!
Currently living in the Redlands and looking for a change in scenery. I'm Hoping to find a good roommate or group of people who are fun to be around, fairly tidy and don't mind a drink or two on the weekends. I work full time throughout the week and leave early in the morning. Im clean and tidy and although I like to hang out and chat with the people in my household, I know when to give each their own space. If you don't mind the house being filled with good tunes and inside jokes then send us a message.
I'm 28, Work Full Time at RBWH and looking for a place close to the hospital and still quite central! I'm clean and tidy and understand personal space as well as enjoy being social and getting to know more people over dinners and glasses of wine! I also looking for people that I can get along, have fun and be social with! Been in Brisbane coming up to a year so I'm keen to meet new people and meet some awesome housemates 😊 Looking for move end of January as my current lease runs out then so if I sound like someone you'd want to live with let me know 😊✌🏼️
I'm respectful and clean (besides my room on the occasion) as well as being out going and caring. I'm a musician, but I'll always consider everyone else when I play and mostly use my headphones. I love having conversations whether about conspiracy theories or vegans or just about anything in depth. I tend to be busy a lot of the time so I love to enjoy myself on the weekend, whether going out to the Valley or having some drinks at home. I smoke, but I'm also trying to quit and intend to fully quit but at that I don't mind being around smokers etc. Best thing about me as a room-mate if anything is I that I keep to myself and tend to be 'invisible' most of the time, but at that I promote others to come and talk to me or to chill with me. Just because I'm sitting in my room watching Netflix with my door shut doesn't mean you can't come tell me about how shit/amazing your day was...
I moved up from Byron Bay this year and work as an Osteopath in New Farm. I get long weekends so I usually take off pretending i'm travelling (I got the gypsy blood) I'd love to find somewhere with an outside area or garden to tend. I'm quite tolerant of other peoples nuances so I've come to discover and mostly adore the idiosyncrasies of housemates. I like to think that I have good taste in music and literature. I'm able to cook but find myself buying burgers a lot. I'm pretty well balanced between being social and introverted. I love all animals and will treat your pet like they're my nephew/niece. I do like to have the dishes done and bathroom clean, those sorts of things, but dislike whining about house chores, quite often i'll just do it. simple. I'm vegetarian but my dads a butcher so you don't have to apologise to me every time you eat meat but would be nice to have shared meals at times and not have to pick out the bacon. I like art. i don't like mornings. coffee yes I suppose what I'm looking for is a place with only one or two others, I'm happy to live with a couple. Open minded, likes plants and funky furniture, art etc a place to put my records and be apart of the home rather than just a room. I like composting and buying eco products too it's what i doo. I'm going away from christmas until Jan 25 so would like a place to move in then, but able to negotiate something earlier if I find the right place and people.
Hi there :) My name is Ash, I'm 18 and currently studying at QUT and working part-time at Bunnings (free snags). I consider myself to be quite a friendly and easy-going person who enjoys socialising but also likes some time to myself. Mature-ish for my age. I enjoy having a coffee (or five), having a drink (or ten), spending time with friends, going to gigs and exploring the region. Don't mind some casual drinks but not looking to move into the next Project X. Very clean and tidy. Not a terrible cook. Current lease ends mid Feb so looking to move out around that time. Send me a message if you think we'd be a good fit!
Outgoing, friendly, respectful and tidy house mate. work fifo so hardly home but when I am I want to really enjoy the space and relax. Looking for a home with heart! A massive bedroom and Aircon is a bonus! :)
I'm a friendly and very laidback person who enjoys to socialize and have good chat or some drinks whenever is possible, I'm currently studying business and working part time most often during night time and overnights. Sometimes On the weekends I like to go out and dance tango, salsa and Bachata or just having a relaxing time at home. Also play guitar but don't worry I won't be bothering you with noise all the time, I'm respectful and like to give others their own space and also spend some time on my own.
Hey, I'm Kim! I'm looking for a new home to move into early January 2017. I have just graduated university and am working full time in Newstead so would preferably like to stay on the Northside. I'm very easy going and love to be social and make new friends. If you like wine and cheese, then I doubt we would have trouble getting along! Whilst I love to have a good time, I equally enjoy some quiet time and enjoy living in a clean environment (so not looking for a party house). I am looking for likeminded housemates who like to have a casual drink and chat but also are clean and tidy. I would prefer a place with my own bathroom and/or carport. I don't mind if the place is furnished/unfurnished but would be happy to contribute to any of the furniture (I have some of my own otherwise would be happy to store this elsewhere).
My name is Shelley and I am 22 years old currently studying biomedical science at qut and working part time. I'm clean, tidy, friendly and easy to get along with. I love to socialise but I also respect privacy and during uni I'm very study oriented :)
