I’m looking for a room near Eight Mile Plains, West end or South Brisbane, preferably close to bus stops and shops.

A little about me:

I’m Annie. I planned to go back to Brisbane on 25th Feb.

I’m friendly, tidy, and respectful, and I really enjoy a calm and clean home environment.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• Budget: $200-230/week, including bills

• Room: private bedroom, independent bathroom preferred, max 4 people in the house

• Furnishings: fully furnished (bed, bedding, wardrobe, desk/chair, sofa, kitchen essentials)

• Extras: washing machine & outdoor space, clean and spacious

• Lease: Flexible — I only need to stay until I get my visa and return home, so minimal notice to move out is perfect

• Stay duration: Short-term and flexible
