• Budget: $260–$280/week, including bills, 2-week deposit
• Room: private bedroom, independent bathroom preferred, max 4 people in the house
• Furnishings: fully furnished (bed, bedding, wardrobe, desk/chair, sofa, kitchen essentials)
• Extras: washing machine & outdoor space, clean and spacious
• Lease: flexible, no minimum rental period
