Hi everyone, I’m currently looking for a private room specifically around Hornsby or St Ives, available for immediate move-in. Location is very important to me, so I’m mainly focusing on these areas. If everything works out, I’m happy to stay long-term as I’ve recently secured a stable full-time job nearby. I work in soccer industry,the company I work for cooperate with some NPL teams and A-league clubs ,mostly in NSW.

I’m a quiet and friendly single male, spent most of my time in working.non-smoker, don’t drink or host parties, and I keep shared areas clean. I’m looking for a household with a similar lifestyle.

My preferences for the room/property:
• Private room in Hornsby or St Ives (or very close by)
• Private bathroom, or shared with no more than one other person
• Reliable internet and a desk/chair suitable for a laptop
• Parking available
• Mattress not too soft
• Fridge space and basic kitchen facilities (microwave, oven, air fryer, stovetop)

I have previous rental experience in Melbourne and Queensland and can provide references. I plan to live and work in Sydney long-term.
