Hey there! I’m Sam, I'm moving back to the Gold Coast for the new year and need to find a place to stay.

I’m clean, respectful, pay rent on time, and have solid share-house experience. I’m easy to live with, value good communication, and ideally want to live with friends — not just housemates.

During the week I’m usually working and gyming, and always make time for a beach swim. On weekends I try to catch up with friends but I'd always been down for a house social.

Ideally I’m looking for a clean, friendly house and I’m open to mixed or male/female households. Long-term preferred, but flexible for the right place.
