Hi, I'm a 20 year old Singaporean student studying at griffith university, currently in my Second year second trimester. I am a sociable and respectful roommate. Having a comfortable living space that is easily accessible to public transport is something that I want. Preferably, I would like to live in an apartment or of somewhere at a higher level as I have an extreme fear of insects - tiny or big around Southport/Queens street/Nerang.

I would like to think I am a very nice person who is very introverted until I get to know you better (Although I am abit anxious). At the moment, I'm looking for a mid - high level apartment.

I would prefer to be staying with females, of similar ages, but am open to any listings as housing is my main concern and priority. You can ask me more questions if needed. I can speak english fluently, so communication would not be an issue. I do not smoke, party nor drink and mostly stay cooped up in our respective rooms to study.

Never had my bond deducted from the places ai stayed nor have had any issues with my prior leasing agents
