My name is Hadi. I’m an engineer and currently in the final stage of my Master’s degree at Curtin University. I also run my own business remotely.

I’m looking for a homestay, shared accommodation, or a private room (private bathroom preferred) in Perth from the end of this month or early February. I would especially prefer staying with a lady host or a family, as I’d like to improve my English through friendly daily conversation in a respectful home environment.

Preferred areas (especially near Curtin University):
Perth CBD, South Perth, Subiaco, Nedlands, Mount Lawley, Bayswater, Morley, Cannington, Thornlie, Osborne Park, Belmont, Carlisle, Rivervale, and nearby suburbs.

I’m friendly, calm, respectful, tidy, and I prefer a quiet lifestyle. I don’t smoke, and I’m mindful of noise and shared spaces. I also have my own car, so parking is not an issue.
I’m financially stable (government-sponsored), and I’m happy to provide further details if needed.

What I’m looking for:
• A clean and tidy room (private bathroom preferred)
• Split air conditioning (if available)
• A respectful and friendly household

Budget: My budget is flexible/open, and I’m happy to discuss the price based on the room and location. I kindly prefer not to make any payment before signing a rental agreement.
