Hi! I’m 24 years old from the UK. I’ve been living in Perth for 7 months now and unfortunately the owners want to move back into the house that I’ve been living in so I’m looking for a new room. My budget is roughly $300 per week (ideally including bills), but I’m definitely open to cheaper options if available! I’m flexible with the length of stay, though a minimum of 3 months would be ideal.

I work in hospitality, so I’m usually out during weekends and evenings which is perfect if you’re someone who values having the space to yourself during those times! I enjoy cooking, relaxed nights in with a book or movie, exploring new food spots and independent bars, staying active, and spending time outdoors. I’m clean, respectful, and always happy for a friendly chat but still like my own space. That being said, would also love the opportunity to move in with people who could be friends rather than just housemates!

Please note: I’m allergic to cats, so I can’t live in a house with cats - sorry!

Let me know if you have a place that might suit! Preferred areas: Karrinyup, Innaloo, Leederville (ideally anywhere with good transport links as I work in both Karrinyup and Burswood area).
