Dear Property Manager / Landlord,

We are writing to express our interest in renting your property and to introduce ourselves as prospective tenants.

We are Carlos Jose De Ycaza Palacios and Daniela Weisson, an Ecuadorian couple currently living and working in Brisbane. We are looking for a home where we can finally live together, enjoy our privacy, and create a peaceful and comfortable home of our own.

I, Carlos, am 32 years old and currently have two jobs. My primary role is as a Compliance Officer within the NDIS Plan Management sector, and I also work as a bartender at Sofitel Brisbane Central. Alongside my employment, I am currently in my second year of studying Information Technology.

I am also a Christian, and my faith is the most important part of my life. I try to live according to Christian values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, kindness, and consideration for others. These values are reflected in the way I approach my work, relationships, commitments, and the way I treat the people and property around me.

Daniela, 28, is also from Ecuador and works as an architect at MODE, an architectural studio in Fortitude Valley.

We both have stable professional lives and consider ourselves responsible, organised, respectful and considerate people. We understand that renting someone's property comes with a responsibility to look after it carefully and treat it as if it were our own home.

Our lifestyle is quiet and relaxed. We are non-smokers and enjoy spending our free time playing football and tennis, reading, cooking, and enjoying outdoor activities. We particularly enjoy hiking, going to the beach, visiting waterfalls and camping. I also enjoy playing music, always being mindful of noise and respectful of our neighbours.

We are now looking to take an important step in our lives by moving into our own home together. We value having a peaceful and private space and hope to find a property where we can feel settled and comfortable for the longer term.

We have always maintained respectful relationships with previous landlords and have had no issues with our previous tenancies. We take our commitments seriously and understand the importance of paying rent on time, communicating respectfully, and keeping a property clean and well cared for.

We would be genuinely grateful for the opportunity to make this property our home and would treat it with care and respect.
