Looking in the St.Kilda, Fitzroy, Richmond, St.Albert Park, Port Melbourne, Carlton areas (but also open to other suburbs).

Budget max 350 AUD p.w. Including bills per person. Max tenancy 9 months due to our working visas.

Alternatively looking for people to team up with so that we look for 3/4 bedroom houses (we’ve seen a few good ones).

We’re up to socialise as we’ve just moved but also happy to keep to our own space. Tidy, respectful, fun very ideal tenants.
