Searching for an unfurnished 1-bedroom rental or granny flat for myself and my small cat.

I value stability, and I really want to create it for myself in my home environment.
I have recently completed my art therapy degree, and I am in the process of transitioning my career. I currently work retail.
I am passionate about art, creativity, dance, drag and costuming.
I am a non-smoker, non-drinker, and I do not take illicit substances.
