Hi, I’m Caitlyn, I’m 18 and looking for a room to rent.
I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful. I’m not working at the moment, but I’m planning to start studying soon, so I’m looking for a quiet and comfortable place to focus and feel settled. I enjoy my own space but I’m also friendly and happy to have a chat or hang out now and then.

I’m not into partying or loud environments — I prefer a relaxed, tidy home where everyone respects each other’s space. I don’t smoke and I always clean up after myself. I’m reliable, easy to live with, and always keen to contribute to a calm, positive vibe in the house.
