I'm looking for a house share or 1 bedroom unit on my own as I need to move from current rental and relocate closer to my family.
I will consider most properties which fit what I'm looking for and will reply asap.
My family members won't be living with me and are all adult children.
I tend to mostly keep to myself but am happy to have social catch-ups with housemates
I'm a respectful and mature person, young at heart but will not accept any form of illegal behaviours, including substance abuse.
I'm willing to do my share of cleaning/maintenance as agreed and enjoy a relaxed living environment (not an early bird really so will probably enjoy a sleep-in sometimes too)
