Hi my name is Liz I’m a proud Māori woman recently over from my homeland of Aotearoa New Zealand, I’ve come over before my partner Tania to get set up and established for our long term stay here in Perth. I’m looking to share house with positive good vibe person/people my partner and I are in our young early 50s hoping to house share with home owners of same age if so? We have zero tolerance to illegal drugs and we don’t bother with alcohol, we are reliable respectful responsible and we take house and home care to another level of clean and tidy. I’ve been in Perth since June last year I don’t have any pets just me my new job my car to get to and from work I’m an overall supervisor for our multi cultured team workers for a state wide fleet truck cleaning service company contracted out to major transport and logistics companies like Woolworths, FedEx Centurion Linfox, Australia Post just to name a few my shift hours change from night to day and I work on weekends but I have registered for employment to work in a refinery. Ideally my budget for my partner and I is $400 to rent a self contained fully equipped and furnished studio unit that includes utility bills or a spaces room with ensuite including utilities and parking space for myself and eventually for my partner Tania who is still back home in New Zealand. I am looking to board with someone much longer than 3 6 or 12 months i currently house share short term with a lady home owner in gosnells but I’m needing a couples room closer to my my new job with Centurion transport and logistics. I have references from the lady I lived with for 8 months prior to the sale of her home unit, and also. from my current home owner as well.
