What I am looking for:

I am on the lookout for a house NOR due to work commitments. I moved to Perth around 6 months ago and have been living with family in Mandurah until I was settled. Now with a consistent job and friends closer to the city I am looking to move somewhere more central. I am currently working as an electrician weekdays 6-2 based all around Perth depending on the day.

About me:

I am a 24 year old male who’s week usually looks like early morning gym sessions, walks / runs along the beach, a coffee nearby then begin my day with work or whatever I have planned. I can be quite a social person and wouldn’t mind sharing a glass of wine or doing dinner together after work (I am happy to cook your fav meal). I do also really enjoy my own time especially after a long day at work.

I usually enjoy spending weekends at the beach / getting away exploring more of the coast, spending time with friends and family, keeping outdoors and active but also occasionally just watching a TV series all Sunday on the couch is my perfect idea of a weekend.

I am a very clean and tidy person to live with and am more than happy to live with females or males as long as we get along.
