I graduated from Warwick Senior High School in 2022 and have just completed my Certificate IV in Business, with plans to move on to a Diploma soon. I’m currently working as a receptionist at a clinic in Joondalup, and I also bartend on the side, so I’m usually busy and on my feet with work.

In my downtime, I love socialising, spending time with friends, and going for coastal walks or jogs. I’m tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I value personal space and privacy but am also always happy to have a little catch up or grab a coffee when the vibe’s right ☕️🥰

What I’m looking for 🏡
- Minimum : 4–5 month stay
- Preferably a female housemate, but I’m very open — a home is a home ☺️
- Budget: $260 per week (happy to discuss your preferred price)
- More than happy to pay bond upfront and any required rent in advance
