A little about me 🤍
I graduated from Warwick Senior High School in 2022 and have just completed my Certificate IV in Business, with plans to move on to my Certificate CPP41419 in Real Estate Practise soon. I’m currently working as a receptionist at a clinic in Joondalup, and work casually at private functions and even on the side, so I’m usually busy and on my feet with work.

In my downtime, I love socialising, spending time with friends, and going for coastal walks or jogs. I’m tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I value personal space and privacy but am also always happy to have a little catch up or grab a coffee when the vibe’s right ☕️🥰

What I’m looking for 🏡
- Minimum : 6 month stay
- Preferably a female housemate, but I’m very open — a home is a home ☺️
- Budget: $400-900 per week (happy to discuss your preferred price)
- More than happy to pay bond upfront and any required rent in advance
