Hello,

I am looking for a peaceful, temporary base with a great housemate/s where I can live while I am converting my van.

I am semi retired and have a handful of regular clients who I mostly see online, in their homes.

I have been spoilt looking after luxury homes petsitting in Australia and the UK so if you have pets and I live there I can help if needed. I am a Christian, gentle and kind, do not smoke or drink.

I do not want to stay anywhere for long periods as plan to work and travel in my van. It is taking me longer than expected during this rainy weather!

If you are looking for a temporary boarder/housemate this could suit you well. I need space to work on my van and keep my materials so. Access to garage would be needed. If you are a tradie even better, I need all the help I can get!

I am usually up early and attend gym most days. During the day I am usually in doing chores or out with clients and working on my van. Nice to catch up with housemates if they’re around take turns cooking or whatever works best for us both/all sometimes I’m not home in the evenings as go to Yoga.

If I am home it's usually to do my washing, cook or take time out in my room or enjoy a cuppa or catchup with my housemate/s. I try to live in the present and go with the flow and be outside as much as possible.

I am neat, tidy, quiet, enjoy laughter, family and friendship and a spacious, light, uncluttered environment. Usually socialise outside the home. Home to me is like a sanctuary, peaceful, fresh air, quiet with kind, thoughtful, reliable persons. I lead a healthy, active lifestyle, like freshly brewed coffee, fresh food, fresh air, birdsong, yoga and a good night’s sleep.

I pay on time, usually in advance and am reliable, caring, respectful, kind and generous. Happy sharing the cooking or doing my own. I am an independent person experienced sharing with people of different ages and cultures. Good to spend time together as well as respect each other’s space and privacy.

I am mature, responsible and have excellent refs.

If I sound like your person, please get in touch. I am open to short term accomodation as I will be frequently away on petcare assignments. Open to a change of environment therefore open to other areas.

A hobby farm or large country property would be ideal.
