I am a 44 years old single female looking for a place to call home north of the river.

I enjoy eating out, going to the beach, painting, walking, pet sitting and meeting new people.

Although I have degrees in law, psychology and sociology, at this stage, I have chosen to work part and I am also enrolled in further part-time study following separation from my long term partner and the need for a break from legal practice after 20 years.

I always respect others' spaces, but am equally willing to lend a hand. As a former landlord and home owner, I like to keep things very neat, organised, clean and tidy. I treat every place as if it were my own home. I am responsible, reliable, responsible and respectful in all aspects.

I am looking for a place close to public transport and ideally a room with an ensuite.
