Hi, I’m Chris. I’m 43 and work full time as a commercial pilot, so my schedule is structured and I’m often away for work. When I’m home, I value a calm, tidy, respectful environment.

I’m financially stable, pay rent on time without fail, and treat a home like it’s my own. I’m clean in shared spaces, don’t leave mess for others, and appreciate clear communication. I’m not a party house person. I enjoy a good coffee, the gym, reading, and keeping life fairly simple and organised.
