Hi Im David,
Im a 55year old that works full time in the Printing Industry. I love my job but also love life outside of work. I love the beach whether its with my dogs or bodyboarding, its my place of zen.
I have recently been told my current accomodation arrangement is ending due to the live in owner feeling the pinch and having to sell and downsize to a townhouse or unit. Unfortunately for me I don't fit into the new equation as the new place will only have 2 or 3 bedrooms. The owners daughter and boyfriend have recently moved in and are going to be living in the new place.
I am clean and tidy and you will never have to ask me for rent. I am happy to help out in the yard (love mowing!) I respect people and their personal space but also feel I am friendly and personable. My only negative if you want to call it that is I own three dogs, yes three. These dogs are my life. They are very important to me and as most pet owners already know unconditional love is priceless. All working breeds Border Collies and Kelpie mixes. They are getting on in age now so quite happy to lay around and chill. I get them to the spit, pizzey park or Currumbin estuary several times a week for a run to keep their blood pumping. These dogs are happy to be outside. Although they do like laying in their velour doggy beds with me of a night time (especially in winter) as I watch some TV and wind down. They are very well behaved and love pats from allcomers. They are very social with other dogs also.
I like to start my work day early, between 5.30-6.00am so am usually home by 2.30pm at the latest. I enjoy cooking also. I don't have many friends so visitors will be nearly non existent. I hope you consider me as a good applicant.
