Hi I'm Aaron I'm 23 I'm currently looking for a room to rent, I don't mind living with young or mature people. I'm easy to get a long with and have a good chat and laugh with. I know personal space and boundaries aswell, I like to get my own alone time to. I'm clean and tidy and happy to do house work and chores. Currently doing a certificate 3 in hospitality and activity looking for work. I just moved back to the goldcoast areas after moving away for 6 months.
Hi! My name is April and I'm moving up to Gold Coast from Melbourne to do a post-graduate degree in Physiotherapy at Bond University ^_^ I am fully house-trained as a housemate, having lived in rental accommodation for 5 years now, ranging from sharing accommodation with 2-6 other housemates over the years. As it is a full-time course, I won't be home much during weekdays, other than at night to crash in bed. I enjoy a bit of banter and being physically active in my free time, but otherwise am an unobtrusive housemate. Looking for a place which is peaceful, quiet, and clean. Happy to share cleaning duties based on a roster. Not looking for a party house. Acreage would be a huge plus <3
Hello, a friend and myself are looking for 1 or 2 females to team up with to look for a rental house (no apartments) in the Gold Coast regions (between Arundel and Worongary). What we want 1. A house, with backyard and where everyone gets their own room with 1 or 2 spare rooms for visitors. 2. 1 or 2 Female house mates 3. Can be a smoker (one of us is a smoker) 4. A lease of 12 months minimum (further details will be discussed because things happen and sometimes people have to leave, so that is understood) 5. Looking at finding a place and moving ASAP 6. Have already got regular funiture (beds for others will have to be organised), got kitchen ware. 7. Must be reliable in paying rent and helping out with house chores if needed. 8. Must pay a bond 9. Will recommend that any allegies or similar relevant information be told (for health and safety) Please contact me if you are interested or have any questions. For pricing- depending on the rental, a package (including electricity, water, internet and rent) will be calculated. The aimed maximum is $250 each for the 1 or 2 extra house mates but hopefully will not have to be that high. Overall, we want someone who enjoys a good chat and a BBQ. Perfect opportunity for student or single people who like to live with others. We just want to move but need 1 or 2 more others. NO OFFERS FOR ALREADY ESTABLISHED SHARE HOUSES OR ROOMS PLEASE.
Hey, I'm Brett. I'm just your average design student at Griffith Uni and I'm just looking to get a little closer to Uni. I'm a friendly and clean indivual, I'm pretty quiet at home and I'm not a huge party goer but I'll have the occasional drink every now and then. I'm a big listener of music and I love to watch movies when I have the time. Please message me! Thanks!
Hello I am Shani, a working Midwife at the GCUH. Im a quiet, non smoking, female looking for a peaceful rural/semi rural studio or one bed. I dont have any pets or children just me with a busy schedule :) Im a Christian, so mostly involved in church and go to the gym. Im looking to move anytime from January
Looking for a new place to call home. Do you have a spare garage space? Internet available? A quiet, friendly household? Unfurnished room and within my budget - please read on. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Thanks
I'm an Event Professional teaching Pilates and Yoga as a side passion. I love working with people and have an adventurous spirit. I live a healthy lifestyle mountain biking, road cycling, surfing and enjoy the outdoors as well as practicing Pilates and yoga. Having grown up in Sydney, Australia I spent the last 4.5 years living in Queenstown, New Zealand before moving across to the Gold Coast to work on the Commonwealth Games. I've now fallen in love with the area and have chosen to return to study in the Community Services industry for a deviation on my professional career path while working part time. Non smoker, respectful of privacy and security and very tidy and happy living with animals. I’m social, but not a party person. I enjoy cooking and sharing a meal and wine with my flatmates from time to time. I am looking for a new home from 15th July or immediately prior as I am house sitting until then.
Quiet, mature, responsible, respectful
I'm a full-time psychology student and work part-time in a cafe. I love natural medicine and energy healing, and am hoping to study these in the future. In my spare time I like to read, meditate, get creative, enjoy nature and live a simple and healthy lifestyle. I'm looking to find a home that is open, with natural light and good air flow. Also hoping to find somewhere with tree's, a garden or near the beach (basically anything near bit of nature to keep me sane!) I like to live in a tidy, peaceful and respectful environment. I love a good chat, but also respect personal space. I am a spiritual person and try to live from my heart and with love. Looking to live with someone on a similar path.
I work full time in Varsity Lakes. My current lease I have had for almost 3 years so I am reliable. Very clean and tidy. I do have one cat that will be accompanying me. He's gorgeous and strictly indoors so he definitely won't be pestering the neighbour hood. I would prefer own bathroom but will consider rooms that have a shared bathroom. :)
Hi Guys, I'm Sophie and I'm looking for people to live with somewhere on the Gold Coast. I am currently living at home and would like some more independence. I go to Uni in Coolongatta (SCU) studying nursing. I work in Mudgeeraba but am hoping to find a job as an AIN at the end of this year :) I have a cat and she's crazy and awesome, so you have to be okay with cats. I'll never have a problem with paying my bills on time. I have a boyfriend who is home 1 week out of 3 so he will be staying with me every few weeks. Let me know if it sounds like this suits you! Flexible with move dates. Thanks, Sophie
Hey I’m james, I work full time mostly in Brisbane so early starts and late finishes. I like to cook, I am clean and tidy, mostly spend my time watching movies on Netflix 😁. I have a little girl who’s one years old.

Can be quiet at first but once I get comfortable with my surroundings I’m not to bad of a guy. Very clean and tidy. I have a full time job in Brisbane so I’m hoping to find a place near the train stations. I’m a very adventurous person.
I am tidy and highly independent, and respect others wishes with a will to compromise on almost anything. I study a double degree of Law and Criminology at Griffith University and enjoy going out and socialising. I love movies and TV shows and playing music. I have grown up on the Gold Coast my whole life and graduated from school last year.

Hey, name's TK for short. Recently graduated and now working full-time on the Gold Coast full time in healthcare. Easy-going and chill. Always up for a good chat ranging from small talk about the weather to deep meaningful conversations about the futility of human existence. I'm friendly and sociable, and above all I'm really respectful of people's privacy. I don't have pets but really like animals, so if you do have 'em - rest assured, I'll practically adopt them. I don’t smoke and paying rent on time will never be an issue. The closest I ever came to drug abuse was taking my grandma’s strepsils and eating them all when I was 9 because I thought they were candy.
I am currently working full time shift work. I am honest, reliable and friendly. I enjoy socialising however do like my own space also. I like to live in a clean environment.
I'm 31 years old, pretty chilled person, I do socialize but I enjoy my own space as well. I clean up after myself and I honestly don't like things being messy. If you're looking for a down to earth guy, that's me. Petroleum Engineer working on a FIFO rotation, looking for a place to call home while I'm on field break, I also run a small business which takes all my time when I'm on days off.
Hi! My name is Sasha, I am 23 years old I have a large dog her name is Cleo and she is like a big teddy bear. She's well trained and indoor trained. We're looking for a place to live which doesn't have any other pets and a backyard with secured fencing. Cleo loves other people just not all other pets. I work full time but when I’m not ill be at the beach or outdoors with Cleo. I'm very clean and quiet. I don't party or anything like that. Just looking for a place with good vibes and good people to enjoy mine and cleo's company :)
HEY ALL! IM A 32 YEAR OLD FULL TIME WORKER. QUIET, RESPECTFUL, CONSIDERATE, TIDY, NIGHTOWL. AM USED TO SHARE ACCOMODATION AND UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR PERSONAL SPACE. NOT A PARTY PERSON OR IN YOUR FACE BUT HAPPY TO CHAT AND SOCIALISE IF THATS YOUR THING.
Hey future Flatmates :) Myself and my 1 year old Blue Staffy (Tonka) are making the move from Sydney to the Gold Coast in June. Looking for either an existing awesome place with cool people or potentially a Team up as i have a house full of furniture that i can use or keep in storage. A little about myself. I'm about to leave the Navy after serving for over 15 years. I've replaced my current income through investments and trading and will be continuing this full time. I'm very much into health and fitness and nutrition and highly active with a good group of friends already living on the GC, so i wont be a couch potato living on the couch all day. I don't have too many needs. Either a large bedroom, enough for my bed and desk/computer monitors or a spare room in the house to set my office up. I would really love to be living on the canals with a pool etc but its not a must. My Puppy Tonka is very well trained, and gets along with all other animals including cats. Would be really awesome to have another pet around for some company for him, he would love it. Thats about it for now. If the right place comes along i'd be happy to start paying rent prior to moving Looking forward to meeting you all.
