I am a professional male looking for a quiet room or granny flat. I am extremely clean and will contribute where required to the day to day living. I enjoy the social aspect of living together however I respect others privacy. I have a full time job and am available to move in today.
Hello! I'm a super clean 23 year old thats rarely ever home, i work solid 12 hour days most days and have sunday and a day off during the week. I clean up after myself as i use things so theres never any trail of mess. I've got one thing thats making it hard for me to find places to live, Its my beautiful 1 year old Staffy (medium sized female). She gets along very well with any other animal be it dog, cat fish or spider. Also gets along well with people, literally loves anyone. I can find places to live with her but most want her only outside, if you're a dog person you know this isn't possible 24/7. The place i'm at right now shes outside majority of the time and shes not coping the best. Would need to be possible for her to sleep inside more often than not (in my room) and be inside chilling in my room when im at home, she sheds minimal fur and is completely house/ toilet trained. She does chew things she can get her mouth on when noones home. But doesnt destroy things. Let me know if you're keen! Happy to negotiate vacuuming house once a week regularly for her to be inside more often or something like that for a trade of her being inside more often than not!
I work 5 days a week, I own a small border collie x smithfeild who is incredibly obedient..does not bark, digital or chew. On my days off I cruise down south and find new spots to hang. Very down to earth and real. I have No social media and do not drink. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hello I am Shani, a working Midwife at the GCUH. Im a quiet, non smoking, female looking for a peaceful rural/semi rural studio or one bed. I dont have any pets or children just me with a busy schedule :) Im a Christian, so mostly involved in church and go to the gym. Im looking to move anytime from January
I was renting a house in Currumbin and have to move as the owners are coming back to live in the house. I have a house sitting gig till March 10th Though I am looking at possibly doing more house sitting! I’m a quiet easy going person. Non smoker, don’t drink or do drugs Pay bills on time Reliable, thoughtful, considerate and clean I’m an artist and I also work full time in Worongary I’m a lover of nature, animals, sunrises, great conversation and love being around positive open hearted souls. I love and prefer to live in a quiet area. I would prefer to not pay anymore than $200 which is inclusive of bills I need to be in area where the wifi is good The most important thing is that we get on. If you feel like any of what I have shared above is something that feels like a possible match please message me. I would prefer to be in a household where there is no more than 3 people Sorry I do not want to live with children. Prefer a house rather than units Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks
I am a health conscious mature woman who teaches Yoga and supports health promotion in people. I love to cook and eat nourishing whole foods and love being full of good energy. I do not smoke, drink, or do recreational drugs. I am 52 but don't look or act it. I have an 18 year old son who is an electrician and lives with his Father in Robina who will visit. I love to travel and have a partner in Italy whom I visit once or twice a year for a couple of weeks and vice versa. I would suit a flatmate who considers flat-sharing to be primarily a type of business agreement rather than a personal one. If flatmates become friends that is a bonus, but not the point of the arrangement. I am a good communicator and able to set guidelines and boundaries within the framework of sharing a space. I am very clean and organised and respectful of other people's privacy.
I'm positive and ambitious, and a super organised, respectful and open person :) Always happy to cook, clean and do my bit around the house. I do aerial acrobatics and yoga, love nature, having fun and making friends. I am ready to live life to the full and experience everything the Gold Coast has to offer until I move to Brisbane in Jan/Feb 2019 to study psychology at uni! :)
Very easy to get along with. Am sociable but also love my own space. Spend a couple of nights a week out playing sports. Am clean and tidy. Reliable with rent and bills. I am looking to move ASAP
I am a highly active person, looking for a nice, safe and secure place to live. I involved in walking, swimming, kayaking, and cooking. I am member of a number of charities, groups, clubs and societies. I have some regular evening commitments. I am into meditation, and like to begin the day with my Mindfulness practises. One of my goals is to train as a Mindfulness Teacher in 2018. I retrained as a teacher in Visual Arts and Senior English last year. As a teacher I have been doing one on one work for students who need a bit of assistance with their challenges. I sometimes need to work from home, when writing reports or submissions. When teaching a lot of preparation is required, so I need a reasonably quiet place in which to do my work. I love animals and have worked on habitat, as a zookeeper, for Wildlife rescue in NSW and done some work fostering puppies for the RSPCA. I am an avid bookworm. As I give out a lot whilst out of the house I value my quiet and solitude. I don't want to live where there additional guests are invited to stay three weeks etc without any notice. I want to get access to what I pay for. I expect a reasonable level of common courtesy, members of the house behaving politely, and greeting when they arrive in the house, and saying goodbye when they are leaving. I feel that politeness is a necessary part of life like people being polite when they are visiting what will be my home. I expect to be being consulted (within reason) about who is staying or visiting. I don't ever want to come home to someone being in the house that I have not met before, or whom I have not been told will be in the house before I arrive.
Looking for a new place to call home. From the new year I will be working 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off. I would love to find somewhere close to a train station (walking distance preferred) so I can get to and from Brisbane airport easily. Ideally I would also love to find a place with a spare garage so I can leave my car inside safely while I am away. Please note that this is important to me! I don't have many things, only a double bed, bed side table and a TV. The room must have built in wardrobes for my clothing and a ceiling fan would be great. I would like an unfurnished room. But I am also open to the option of a furnished room as I am about ready to buy a new bed. I usually just keep to myself and I am happy doing my own thing, I am a non smoker and not much of a drinker. I clean up after myself and am very respectful when using someones else property. I am currently living in Worongary but owners I live with are looking at selling in the new year so I am trying to be proactive in finding a new place sooner rather than later. They are happy to be used as a reference and will attest to my good nature, ability to help around the house & yard and rent being paid on time. Prefer no pets please. Thanks
Hi, I’m from Brisbane looking for a place to stay near mudgeeraba as I will be working in that area for 6 months full time. I am a full time paramedic, who loves to cook and chill at the beach. I am easy to get along with and clean and tidy. Due to the hours that I work I won’t be home much or will be asleep. But on my days off will be active and happy to have a chat and a chill. Looking for a furnished room, possibly with my own bathroom due to the weird hours I work. Thanks.
Hi! I study at Griffith, Gold Coast and live in Brisbane so I'm looking to lessen my commute. I am kind, friendly, tidy, always up for a chat and a glass of wine, but know the value of privacy. Feel free to chuck me a message -- I look forward to hearing from you :)
I'm an easy going girl who is looking for somewhere relatively peaceful to live. Love hanging out with friends and having a chat but also like my down time as well. Looking to like with like minded people.
I'm a young, quiet, Christian guy from country NSW. My hobbies include riding motorcycles, adventuring, hiking, computer programming, gaming and shooting. I can fix all your tech problems, can cook up a mean dinner and will always respect your privacy.
Hi, I consider myself very easy going, friendly, flexible and a very reliable housemate. I always pay my rent on time and contribute equally with the household chores and expenses. I am currently working at Brisbane but am hoping to find a part time job somewhere on the Gold Coast as I will be starting full time uni from February 26th. I also love animals so I am happy to rent a place with them and I love to cook! In April, I am getting a border collie puppy so I need the house to be pet friendly! I am also VERY open to living more south of the Gold Coast, the listing only permits 20 suburbs and I have chosen the ones closest to Griffith university. Looking to stay for a maximum of 3months. $160 is my absolute maximum if including some bills. Feel free to get in touch!
Hey! I'm Sam. I'm currently doing an apprenticeship at a first-class tattoo studio in Robina and working at a Bottle O part time to pay the bills. Whenever I do have spare time, I like to draw, read, skate or hangout with mates. Have only been on the Gold Coast for a year and I love it! I'm extremely laid back and easy to talk to, also very punctual, hyginic, considerate and respectful. I will only be present at the house to sleep and shower because I do work from 9am to 9:30pm.
I am 26 years old. Love to make friends. I am quiet respectable of others and their privacy and property. I am currently working at Woolworths as a casual.
Hey guys, my name is Jackson and I'm 20 years old. I'm returning to the Gold Coast to pursue my studies as well as work in a part time role. I'm a social person but also like my own space. I really love a clean house and housemates who also take pride in their home. Apart from that i'm pretty basic, I crack jokes all the time and I love a few drinks at the end of the day. Feel free to contact me if you have a place that'd suit me or if you'd like to know me better first :)

Hi, Greetings from Dubai. I am Luke, an Australian citizen but currently residing and working in Dubai as an International Chef Consultant. I operate my own business in Dubai. (www.anokime.com) I am contracted to assist in the catering of the coming commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast as such seeking accommodation for March and April, approximately 2 months. I have my own vehicle for transportation. I know the Coast very well, as a matter of fact used to live in surfers paradise yrs ago and was at Tugan (G. Coast) just last Christmas and New yr, I just arrived back to Dubai a few days back (20th Jan). Basically during the two months period I will be at the athletes village most times except off course days off. I am very social, enjoy the occasional drinks, very easy going, well travelled, opened minded and very tidy. Regards
I am very respectful, tidy and organised. I like my own space but also socialising on occasion. I also have a 6 year old cat who is super obedient and well behaved (very dog like).

Hi there, I'm Caitlin, 22 and born and raised on the Gold Coast. I currently rent in Arundel but due to bills and rent going up by $50 a week looking for elsewhere. I'm 22 and work Part Time at Seaworld and Casual at the Casino but only during normal hours with the exception of a couple of 10pm finishes at the casino once or twice a month. I've lived with 2 girls for the last 2 years so I'm fine with sharing. I'm clean person, also equal parts a social and sleepy person. I'm looking for a single room big enough for a queen size, chest of draws and 2 bedside tables and don't mind sharing a bathroom with a clean person. I'm really easy going and friendly, I enjoy social drinks and eats and would love to befriend those I'm living with if you let me. At the same time I'm respectful and understanding the beauty that is personal space and feeling comfortable in your own home. I'm not at all short-tempered so if I do something wrong just let me know so I can fix it and make everyone happy. I am looking for long-term accomodation but I don't mind short leases if there are plans to keep resigning them. Thanks x
