Hi, I am looking for a place with a tenancy of around 3 - 12months.
I work in healthcare in Sydney and looking to have a flatmate who is kind and easy to get along with and who enjoys a friend to share their space with.
Just from previous past experience, please be up-front about the below:
- If you are LEGALLY subletting your room
- If you have any requirements about usage of the kitchen and laundry
- I do not wish to share with couples
- Prefer a place that comes with its own bathroom
I have been in a previous situation where the above were not mentioned to me and has been quite uncomfortable to live in (especially when the place is unfurnished).
