I am a Vietnamese international student studying a master course in Melbourne.
My course will end in mid 2026.

Location: Melbourne only
Interested in: shared room (2 People), private

I’m 35
I have been working in education industry
I am mature, clean, friendly, helpful and responsible.
Hope that I can find a clean and quite shared room and nice rental provider.
Not prefer to share room/house with: backpackers

Preference: I’m looking to rent a room with clear house rules, sharing with friendly students or professional workers who enjoy chatting in the common areas, but keep quiet and respectful in our shared room.

My responsibility and expectation: Be quiet after 11pm (or when either of us sleep) in the shared room. I highly appreciate if we go to the living room when we need to talk on phone or type on latop. And come back to our shared room to sleep . This would be great for us to sleep after a hardworking day and be ready for next day 🙏
