Hi there, I'm a quiet clean and respectful tenant and flat mate. I've lived with 1-2 other flat mates before, and I'm always respectful of others and shared spaces. I'm single, im a non smoker. I have one pet, a sweet little cat named Monkey. He has lived with dogs previously and is also okay around kids. I have a good and recent rental history, with rent always paid in full and on time.
