Hi, My boyfriend Jake and I are looking to downsize from the house we are currently renting to a share house. We have decided to do this so that there is less yard maintenance and also for the social aspect of share housing. We are looking for pet friendly accommodation that would be suitable for our medium sized dog, Molly. A decent sized backyard would be needed. Ideally, we would like to find a share house, or a studio room, with friendly, easy-going housemates (ages 25-35). An ensuite would be an added bonus. We are both neat and tidy and I have lived in many share houses in the past. We don't go out much but are happy to have a few social drinks at home on weekends. We would prefer to have 1-2 other housemates, rather than a house with lots of people, and would prefer to live with like-minded professionals. I work shift work as a vet and work various days throughout the week and on weekends. Jake is a full-time carpenter who works Monday to Friday, and the odd Saturday here and there. I enjoy spending my time brunching, hanging out at the dog beach or going home to my parent's farm every few weekends to chill out and go horse riding. Jake enjoys soccer, fitness and occasionally having a few drinks with mates at the pub. I'm currently enjoying a self-inflicted Facebook and social media ban, so don't have an active profile to link to this listing :) Thanks, Jemma

I'm a professionally employed male, I'm open minded and easy going, don't mind to socialize but not a party animal, I also like my own time, I'm respectful and clean and don't mind doing my share of house work, can cook clean and iron... I play sport and train in the gym most days so I live a healthy lifestyle and am a non smoker. looking for a place I can call home till I can afford my own again.
Hey There, I am a 26 year old bloke who needs a place to move into tomorrow. I am a hard working person with a reliable full time job running the NSW half of my brothers transport business and i never miss my rent. I am a smoker and i dont have any pets, If I would be able to come check the room out today and if it would be available for rent starting from this tomorrow i would greatly appreciate it, look forward to hearing from you. Thankyou and kind regards.
Looking for another interested in teaming up to apply for properties. I currently have 2 jobs (1 being at Coles Glendale part time) that have fairly constitant hours and am usually quiet when at home as I grew up with shift workers. I also have a cat (Tink who is my profile pic) who is desexed and is fully house trained. Shes an indoor and outdoor cat and is a massive sook once she gets to know you. I have a house worth of furniture so you would just need to bring your own bedroom stuff or I have a couple of spare bedroom pieces you can use
Hi everyone! Patrick and I are both quite the nerds. We both enjoy gaming on PCs and Patrick also enjoys gaming on his console. So we wouldn't be in anyones hair unless you game of course :P I do like to cook, mainly prepping on a Sunday for the week ahead, so you will mostly only run into me in the kitchen. We do enjoy a couple of drink every so often, but overall don't party, and do not smoke. Looking for an apartment with either another person or another couple, so the house isn't too crowded. We would also like to have our own bathroom if possible. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us :)
Neat, respectful and easy going. Happy to keep to myself and/or be social with others. I enjoy cooking and don’t mind doing the dishes! I am relatively quiet and enjoy my own company, so there’s no risk of any wild parties or anything of the sort happening... haha. I do however like to chat to people and love having good people that I get along with around me if having me be a bit more of a social butterfly is preferred. I’m pretty chilled either way :) I do smoke, but no more than maybe five or less in any one day and would always do so outside in a well ventilated area, I also have a good habit of disposing of cigarette butts appropriately and promptly once finished. I am currently, and have been for the last seven years, working as an AIN, and often am working on a rotating roster, so shift work is inevitable. I am happy to move out of where I am now and into a new place ASAP! :) look forward to hopefully meeting nice people and living in a comfortable, relaxed and cosy feeling home Kindest regards, B.

I am a quiet, considerate and tidy housemate. Proactive in contributing to household tidying and requirements. My preference is being around happy, friendly people and a quiet living arrangement. I will be considerate of my housemates and appreciate mutual respect. Love going out for dinner and socializing, but also love having a quiet, secure, relaxed, chilled haven to come home to.

I'm a pretty tidy person and tend to keep to myself to be honest so just looking for a chill house with some easy going housemates. Feel free to message me any other questions you want to suss me out :D
Hi there, Nice to meet you. I have created this ad to see if we can find a suitable place for us via flatmates.com.au before going down the real estate rental option. Lucie and I are looking for a spacious clean and quiet place to call home, long term. We would prefer to share with only one other person, own bathroom would be great too. I work full-time on the Central Coast, while Lucie studies part-time in Sydney and works casual jobs in Newcastle. We are both very friendly and respectful people. We always clean up after ourselves, make little noise, not big party animals but don't mind a few beverages, more outdoorsy people! We need to be as close as possible to a train station. If your place is not within walking distance to a train station, from WIckham Interchange to Fassifern; it is not a possible option for us, sorry. Please feel free to message us. Cheers
Im quiet, tidy and easy to get along with. Plus I have an awesome dog named Thumper. Looking to either move into an existing home where my dog is welcome or team up with some other dog lovers and find a new place. Im a full time worker and already own a house full of furniture so you would only need stuff for your own room :)
I’m 29 full time working in disability sector as manager have small cavoodle who has completed puppy preschool twice and about to start an obedience course so learning to be very well behaved I always pay rent on time and have rental references from real estates if needed. I’m quiet and keep to myself mostly
Hello future housemates! I’m a 23-year-old male looking for a friendly home with awesome people in their 20’s & 30’s. I do need easy parking for my car and a pet-friendly home for a clean and super-affectionate cat. I work full time at a reputable clinic in Therapeutic Remedial Massage. My times vary, but I work 6 days most weeks and often into the evenings - so I keep pretty busy. I live a pretty active lifestyle. I enjoy free diving, rock climbing, gym sessions and going travelling. Housemates who enjoy cooking and potential gym buddies are big bonus! Netflix binges and evening drinks are welcomed too. My cat’s name is Zippy and he is very well behaved. He is a rescue cat, but has been with me for years. He is very cuddly, inquisitive, spends heaps of time outdoors and loves to come for walks with me around the neighbourhood. I havent lived in Newcastle all that long so I’m keen to explore some local haunts. REQUIREMENTS: Parking, unfurnished + pet friendly BUDGET: Up to 250 p/w LOCATION: Anywhere that’s an easy commute to Lambton area (for work)
My name is Emma, I'm 22 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Pharmacy full-time at UON. I'm currently working casually in retail to help support my studies. I'm pretty easy going and friendly, and am a tidy person. I spend my free time playing video games, listening to music, hanging with friends, and exploring places around the Newcastle area. University/studying is my priority. I enjoy casual drinks/catch ups with friends every now and again but I am definitely not interested in a party house. I'm looking for house mates who share similar values and a place that I can focus on my work. If there's anything else you'd like to know please don't hesitate to ask :)
Have lived in plenty of share houses and know the difference between private and respectful but also having a wine or two at the end of the week. I have recently returned from a contract as a social worker working in remote central Australia. Previous to this, I lived in Newcastle for five years but grew up in NZ. Love banter, shiraz, cooking , running, reading, travelling, gym but most importantly love a clean, pretty chilled out house to come home to at the end of a hectic day at work. I have a small-meduim size rescue pup that I found at the bottom of Uluru (pretty crazy story). So looking for a place that is dog friendly. I understand that having an animal is a liability and have no problems putting down an extra deposit if necessary. Look forward to hearing from you all soon
Hey guys, I'm a full-time master student at the University of Newcastle. Social and friendly. Most importantly respectful. I'm looking for a tidy and friendly house to feel like a home. I do care about cleaning, so I'm looking for a clean place.
I cook Indian food well. I do the dishes quickly. I am clean and tidy. I mainly eat vegetarian food. But I also eat fish, eggs and meat. Also, I love dogs and cats. However, I do not have a pet of my own.
Hi! I am looking to find another female or two who are around the same age as me, that I could either move in with or sign a new lease with. I am clean and tidy, and happy to purchase new furniture if needed. I am a kindergarten teacher and enjoy going to the gym so throughout the week I am quite busy. I would love to live with someone who enjoys going on walks when it’s not a gym day and going out exploring/enjoying food on the weekends. Looking for someone who will be a friend, not just a house mate! I would like to live with someone who likes a drink every now and again and would like to come on a night out but who also enjoys their own space at times.
My wife and I are both very clean and tidy people, who do not drink or go out much and since we are not from Newcastle, would never have people over. we need someone to stay for 2 months as I finish my studies and my wife works online before we travel abroad in December. I am meticulous in the kitchen particularly and never leave a mess overnight, while we would vacuum and dust regularly while also keeping the bathroom clean.
Looking to move closer to Newcastle so i dont have to travel as far for work ckean tidyas ny mum told me haha always up for a laugh. Very sociable but love sittong in watching movies with the feet up. And questions dont hesistate to flick me a message
Hi, I'm Ahshvini and I'm 20, studying full time at the uni. I am a friendly and considerate housemate who is respectful of others' personal space and living requirements. I am looking for a house with people who are great company, wanting a balance of downtime/personal space and hanging out time. I think I'd prefer a more quiet/chill household.
Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.
