I am a 21-year-old full-time university student studying Radiation Therapy. I relocated from Tasmania in February 2025 to pursue my studies and initially lived in university campus accommodation. While it was a great starting point, I quickly realised that the busy and noisy environment didn’t suit my quieter lifestyle or my need for a calm space to study and recharge.

I am now looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to call home—somewhere I can focus on my studies, keep a steady routine, and enjoy a good night’s sleep. I’m a clean, respectful, and considerate tenant who takes pride in looking after my space. I have a strong rental history and always make sure rent is paid on time.

My parents will be fully covering my rent and are happy to provide a guarantor letter confirming their commitment to paying the rent in full and on time. I also receive Centrelink support, which contributes to my overall financial stability. My parents are more than willing to provide any additional information if needed.
