Hi all, I'm looking for somewhere to live around merewether or cooks hill, Newcastle. I currently live in merewether but my lease runs out in January and am looking for somewhere new to live! I work in a pub in cooks hill, I'm a clean, friendly and sociable housemate. im looking for a room to rent, but would be open to teaming up with some fellow house hunters ☺️
Hey all! Looking to move out of my current place, hopefully in the next couple of weeks, however I am pretty flexible with my move date. Preferably somewhere closer to the beach and $150 or under but again I am definitely flexible for the right place/people. A bit about myself - I am currently working part time in both hospitality and disability support work. I generally spend my spare time cooking up feasts, at the beach, rock climbing or enjoying a cold one of an afternoon. I am house-trained and super respectful of peoples space, as I do enjoy my own. However, I am by no means a recluse, and love catching up for dinners, drinks etc with housemates. If you have a room going and think we might be a good fit or want to ask any questions, please hit me up!
I'm nearing my 4th year of studying secondary PDHPE teaching at UON, I love getting outdoors (beach, hiking), hanging out with mates doing whatever comes to mind; playing cards/board games, watching movies, going out to eat, going to gigs, having a jam (I tinker on the guitar), op shopping, and having an occasional bev and a boogie. Looking for a household that likes to get out and about, open to cook together sometimes etc, and have room for some plant babies and growing vinyl collection :)
Currently living in Warners Bay but wanting to move a little closer to town. Ideally looking for an additional 1-2 people for a team up in a nice house relatively close to town so taxi's dont cost me so much, but open to moving into an already established place also. I am a fun, easy going person who doesn't mind a cold bev or two. I have lived in shared living pretty much my whole life so I am respectful of other peoples property and understand the need for space but also like to have a good time and enjoy some good company and social outings, or quiet night in with a bbq, few bevs and a good movie.
Hi, I’m Christine. I’m currently studying online and work full time for a local liquor company as their Graphic Designer and instore Assistant Manager. I’m originally from Scone so I do spent a lot of my days off visiting family but when I am home in Newcastle I love to chill out and watch a movie, listen to music and go out for dinner with friends. Looking to team up with some likeminded gals and find a home together. I currently live in New Lambton but would love to live closer to town. Look forward to hearing from you. 😊
Hi my name is Sammy, I am 24 and work full time as a journalist. I am moving to Newcastle in the new year for work and looking for a place to call home with awesome housemates. I have lived in shared houses for the last three years, so I am well house trained. I am a clean, considerate and friendly person. I am preferably looking for an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture.
Hey! I'm from Sydney and moving to Newcastle next year. I've finished a degree in Fine Arts and I'm moving to start a new one in Nutrition and Dietetics. I love the beach, jewellery making and fitness. Looking for some easy-going people to live with, and be mates with too.
My name is Eleanor and I'm 22 years old. I'm currently studying physiotherapy full time and also working part time. My current lease is running soon so I'm looking to move in somewhere in December. I love to ride my bike, skateboard and go camping. I enjoy spending time with housemates but also like my own space. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks :)
Hey! I’m Liv, I’m 21 and I’m currently in need of a new pad as my awesome housemate is unfortunately moving to Sydney and is giving up the place we’re staying in at the moment. I'm wanting to move hopefully before the end of November and I'm flexible with stay lengths. I work in The Junction making Newy's best doughnuts and also study online. I love to get out and about whether it’s to the beach, the gym or to get a coffee with some friends. I’m quite a social person, I definitely enjoy the occasional night out for drinks on the weekend when my work schedule allows me to and I'm always up for a chat but also know that personal space is important as I definitely enjoy mine sometimes!
I am an international student of UON, I’m looking for a bedroom rental near the train from CBD to Broadmeadow or close to new space campus. I want to move in late November /early December. easy-going, clean, quiet My maximum budget is 200. Any information pm please, cheers!
My name is Simon, I will be moving from Adelaide to Newcastle to work full time as a health professional in a hospital environment. I am a social person and would love to strike up a friendship with my new housemates, however are very respective of peoples own space. I live a busy life and will rarely be home during the week, with sport and work. On the weekends you will find me at the beach, hopefully improving my surfing and here and then enjoying the social scene that Newcastle has to offer. I am very well domestically trained and like to keep things clean and tidy.
Potentially looking for a new place to live, around 6 months or so. I work Monday to Friday, usually big days in the valley. When im not working, i like to keep busy, so im not often home. I keep things tidy, and tend to clean as i go. Dont smoke, drink occasionally. I respect other peoples privacy and things. Fairly chilled out, happy for a chat, or can just keep to myself.
