Hey 👋 I'm Rayan. I study Visual Communication Design at NewSpace and work part time in retail (fashion). I'm looking for a place into town to be close to uni. I'm an easygoing person, clean and respectful of other's space, and a good friend to hang out with. I play the guitar sometimes and try to stay active and fit! So hit me up if you have a nice room or looking for a team up ;)
I'm about to start work as a doctor in the Hunter New England Network. I'm pretty sociable, but also like a fair chunk of alone time at home. I don't drink very much these days, but still like to go out fairly often. I'm pretty funny and also flexible.
Hi I’m Laura, I’m 24 and currently looking for a place to move into this coming January or February. This coming year I’ll be going into my final year of law and I also currently work at a Mexican restaurant in Newcastle west. I’m clean, easy going and I do enjoy the occasional night out. I can be quiet during the semester but I’m always up for a chat. I enjoy going out for food or coffee with friends or even going to the beach. I'll be overseas from the 12 of Jan to the 5th of Feb so i'm looking to find something soon or very shortly after the 5th Feb :) If you have anymore questions let me know :)
Always down for a wine, a walk, a chat or a good series on Netflix. I can wipe down a bench and enjoy living in a clean and tidy space. I am often catching up with friends and family on the weekend and love to travel when I can. As teacher, I have quite a few holidays so try to make it the most of them as term time is busy! I am looking for someone easy going, who likes to be social but can also respect each other space.
Pretty average bloke who just tries to enjoy himself, have some bevvies along the way and meet new people. Love the beach, Netflix and the odd video game. Really enjoy the social side of living with new people but in saying that enjoy my privacy and respect others as well. Work full time as a Duty Manager for Hotel in town and study part time, so I wouldn't be around constantly. While I'm not the best cook, I know how to make some mean toast. I can clean, thank my mother for that, and that's pretty much all there is to know. Cheers, Mitch
I'm nearing my 4th year of studying secondary PDHPE teaching at UON, I love getting outdoors, going to the beach, hanging out with mates doing whatever comes to mind; playing cards/board games, watching movies, going out to eat, going to gigs, having a jam (I tinker on the guitar), op shopping, and having an occasional bev and a boogie. Looking for a household that likes to get out and about, open to cook together sometimes etc, and have room for some plant babies and growing vinyl collection :)
Two Adelaide girls moving to Newcastle in feb. Both studying at uni full time and we’ll be working most nights and days off uni in pub/ hospitality jobs. Both love the beach, we’re easygoing, friendly and social. Keen to meet new people and have a beer on the weekends, but also enjoy our quiet time. We respect everyone’s alone time and clean up after ourselves. Keen to live it up in newyy
Hey! I’m Liv, I’m 21 and I’m currently in need of a new pad as my awesome housemate is unfortunately moving to Sydney and is giving up the place we’re staying in at the moment. I'm wanting to move hopefully before the end of December but I'm flexible with the move in date and also stay lengths. I work in The Junction making Newy's best doughnuts and also study online. I love to get out and about whether it’s to the beach, the gym or to get a coffee with some friends. I’m quite a social person, I definitely enjoy the occasional night out for drinks on the weekend when my work schedule allows me to and I'm always up for a chat but also know that personal space is important as I definitely enjoy mine sometimes!
I am a young business professional working full time in the Newcastle CBD. My current lease ends soon (early January) and I am looking to move somewhere more conveniently located for work. Dancing is my main passion in life and I am out 2-3 nights per week at classes. I am quiet and spend most of my down time reading or binge watching TV. I am very neat and genuinely enjoy cleaning and tidying up the space I live in to make it more comfortable. I am looking to either rent a room in an existing rental, or would be happy to team up with someone like minded to find the perfect place.
I recently got offered a graduate position in Newcastle so moved up from Melbourne. My current housemate is moving to Europe and selling his house so I am out on the hunt again. I am originally from Mumbai but been living in Melbourne for over 7 years now. Since I'm still pretty new to Newcastle, I'd like to move into a friendly house where I can make friends and not just be another housemate. All my ex housemates are great friends of mine and I'd like to continue that. I'm fairly busy during the week with full time work, gym and trying to make my dinner (which takes surprisingly long given my amateur skills). However down to hang out during the weekend, be it going to town or having a few quiet ones at home in front of the TV. Other interests include playing and watching all kinds of sports, outdoor activities (hiking, swimming) and also looking to take up surfing in Newcastle. I've been living in shared houses for 7 years now so am aware of all the drills. I'd like to think I'm fairly neat and organised and like to keep my place the same way, If you feel like you have a room available for me at your place or if you're keen to team up and look for places in Newcastle, feel free to send me a message and we can go from there.
