Hi! I’m a 35-year-old guy from the UK, currently looking for a room in Sydney. I work full time in investment management and am mainly office-based, with one day a week working from home (flexible around this). I’m very active and enjoy hiking, the beach, hitting the gym, boxing, dancing, and exploring Australia. I’m also partial to good coffee.

I’m respectful, tidy, and clean, and I really value a calm, comfortable home environment. I don’t smoke and don’t have pets or kids. My ideal house is social yet relaxed — a chilled, easy-going place where people are happy to chat or share a meal, but also respect each other’s space and can unwind after a day out. I’m mainly focused on Coogee and Randwick but open to other nearby areas.
