Hi, I’m Zachary (Zach). I’m a Monash University postgraduate student at the Caulfield campus. I’m quiet, tidy, and respectful, and I take good care of the place I live in. I don’t smoke, don’t party, and I’m considerate about noise and shared spaces.

I’ve rented in Australia before (Docklands apartment for 6 months and a house share in Malvern East for 4 months), so I’m familiar with rental rules and keeping a home clean and well maintained. I’m looking for a stable place to stay from 28 Feb to 18 Nov. I’m currently in China, so a video inspection would be ideal.
