Hello, I'm an international student from Mauritius looking for a place near Monash Caulfield in July when I reach Melbourne. I am respectful of my peers' privacy and my room will be fairly quiet studies. Also keen for friendly chats. Clean and tidy.b
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers
I am a sociable and friendly person, looking forward to making new friends along the way. I am also extremely tidy and clean, and can't withstand messiness. I enjoy watching the TV and Youtube, playing some computer games, and maybe playing a bit of chess during my leisure time. I mainly do swimming for sports, but also enjoy a game of badminton. However, I have been slacking behind on doing sports and enjoying my leisure activities due to my current tight schedule filled with assignments. I am an exchange student from Monash University Malaysia and will be studying at Monash Caulfield for a period of 6 months. Hope to meet you soon! :)
Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
I'm a student studying master of professional accounting at Monash Uni. I'm quite easygoing and focus on my personal hygiene. I'm good at making friends and getting along well with others. Besides, I am a sports fan. I like playing basketball and touch football, swimming, camping and work-out.
I'm a student from Monash University Malaysia. I'm exchanging to Monash Caulfield for one semester from July 2018 to November 2018. I'm looking for a place within walking distance to uni, near either Caulfield or Clayton campus. I'm friendly, chill, love talking and socializing, kind-of germaphobic, and I love to cook. Basically a great flatmate to live with. I go to gym, jog and play tennis during my free time.

Single 28 yr old non smoking female, no pets or kids. Quiet, clean, easy to get along with, respectful of other peoples property and privacy. Working full time Monday to Friday as a Pharmacy Assistant. Like to have a social wine with friends/housemates, will happily socialise with those I live but also will respect when privacy is needed. Not a party animal. My kind of party is a 3 hour nap and some retail therapy. Any other questions please feel to ask. I am wanting to move now as I moved from Tasmania 6 weeks ago and only temp boarding. I am looking for a private room, don't mind sharing a bathroom and it needs to be furnished (as I only moved here with no furniture)
Hi! I´m Anna, 21 years old and from Germany. I am currently studying Psychology in the 6th semester and I will spend the 7th semester at the Monash University in Melbourne. My courses will take place in Clayton. I am a really active person. All I need is my coffee in the morning and I am up for anything! I would love to spend time with my roommates and get to know them while cooking together or watching movies. Besides that I would describe myself as a tidy person. Hello future flatmate ! I will be pursuing Master of Business Information Systems at Monash Univeristy from 23rd July at the Caulfield Campus. Ping me up if you love sarcasm, memes and football, I am sure we will get along well. I am from Mumbai, India.
I am a 37yr old female working in sports & recreation. I'm easy going, love to travel, love to eat, love to laugh and have a chat when i'm around but also go hang out with friends. Lately i am focussed on building my business which means i have early 5am starts and i am working out of 3 separate facilities including a leisure centre. I also work the weekends. Most of my friends are married or shacked up so there will rarely be randoms hanging around. We all prefer to catch up outside. I like to keep a clean house, not a fan of clutter/ endless dishes in the sink, or grimey bathrooms - yuck! I also like to cook and dont watch much TV so hopefully that's a plus! Dont get me wrong, Big Bang Theory, Law & Order, The Good Doctor = great shows! Looking for a Young-ish Mature professional/s to share with in the South East Suburbs as that is where my work is. Basically, i do the right thing, I pay bills on time and i live my life and i'm fun to be around so hope to hear from you :-)

All our hard work has paid off! We have secured a gorgeous home with a spa, pool and sauna, with a heap of living spaces. It's near Chadstone shopping center, in Malvern East. Looking for housemates who are actually organised (have funds!) ready to go, and want to create a great home, in a relaxed atmosphere. We're moving in April 29th. There are three of us, 1 female and 2 guys, all professional and we are looking for a fourth, female preferred, who is wanting to join/create a very nice home, with a great atmosphere. Seriously, we're interested in girls who have their stuff together, age doesn't matter, as long as you are reliable and wanting to join a great relaxed home. Moving in requires 4 weeks rent and 4 weeks bond, we're flexible on the term, anything above 2-3 months is cool. We're moving in on April the 29th, were looking for a girl who is into creating a harmonious home, with respect and good communication with each other. We're looking to share with a total 4 people (2 guys/2 girls) who are sociable, and are able to be friendly to each other and pay bills on time. I have an entire house lot of nice furniture, large dinning table, out door setting, gorgeous lounge room suite, large screen TVs, paintings, object d'art, stools, hall tables, vases, everything to furnish a stunning home except the other bedrooms. I have every kitchen appliance there is, all designer brands, so if your a foodie, then welcome to heaven! Location of our home: The home is in Malvern East reasonably close to Chadstone shopping center. We are very interested in creating a tranquil home with like minded people, creating a relaxed, harmonious atmosphere, that enables you to put your feet up at the end of a working day. If you don't have house furniture, or not much, don't be worried, that's covered. Send us a message!
