My name is Trang Ngoc Tram Pham. I am an Australia Awards Scholarship student from the Vietnam sponsored by the Australian government. Under this scholarship I am currently enrolled in Monash University to complete my Masters Degree. Besides my dedicated time as a student I enjoy reading, writing and watching movies during my spare time. As a new student I am currently looking for an ideal place with good security, access to public transportation that is close to Monash University, Caulfiled Campus. Looking back, I have always maintained a good relationship with my former landlord in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, by always paying rent on time and maintaining the property in good condition. I will be a good candidate as a tenant, and I hope that I will be considered to settle down soon.
