I have recently moved to Perth and are staying in an Airbnb while I find somewhere to live which I will need from around mid October. I visited Perth for a month in April and so already have a group of friends and a job.

I love my own space but also enjoy socialising. I’m not a big party goer and enjoy a clean peaceful home environment. I like going to the beach, gym, doing yoga, going out for food and watching sunsets.

Wanting a private bathroom. Maximum sharing with 2 other people if they are there full time. Lease length I am flexible on. Preferably near the beach around Scarborough, Innaloo, Cottesloe etc
