Room Wanted - Anywhere on Sunny or in North Brisbane suburbs 🌞

Hey everyone! Moving down from Townsville in March or April and looking for a chill, friendly household to call home. I’m working full-time (transferring with my current company) and looking for the right fit.

About me:
- Super happy, bubbly, and easy-going. Love a social house but also value my own space.
- Early riser and beach lover so chasing somewhere close to the waves - running distance preferred.
- Very tidy person and big on open communication.
- I am intending to WFH 4 days a week and commuting to Brissy 1 day so hoping for either a big enough room to fit a desk OR a place with an office space I can use. I can commute more if I am closer to Brisbane.
- I can come with some or no furniture; apart from the record player - she's coming!
