My name is Cooper Moreta—I’m 22 years old, a full-time concreter, and an easygoing, respectful guy who loves an active lifestyle. I’m currently looking for a new place to call home, and I’d love the chance to introduce myself (and my best mate) as ideal renters or housemates.
Alongside me is Malibu, my 3-year-old German Shepherd and absolute legend of a dog. She’s incredibly well-behaved, social, and full of positive energy. We’re both early risers who love beach walks, weekend coffee runs, and getting out in nature whenever we can. Malibu is brushed daily, washed weekly, and raised with love and care. She's super chill, very clean, and always adds good vibes to a home.
During the week, I’m working full-time in concreting and hitting the gym six days a week, so I’m usually out early and home in the evenings. I’m neat, reliable, and really value a peaceful, respectful living environment. I’m also the kind of person who’s always happy to lend a hand or share a laugh over a cuppa on the weekend.
