Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a small private studio or 1 bedroom apartment for myself and my partner. My partner works FIFO, so he is only home some of the time, and it would primarily be my home.

Ideally, I’d love somewhere around Swinburne University - Hawthorn, Glenferrie, Richmond or surrounding areas, but I’m definitely open to other suburbs as long as there’s good public transport nearby, as I don’t currently have a car.

I work remotely and study almost of the time, so I’m home quite a bit. I’m clean, respectful, quiet and take pride in keeping my home tidy and well looked after. I’m looking for somewhere that feels like a comfortable home and would treat the property as if it were my own.

I’m happy to provide all required documents, references and information, and I’m very keen to organise a viewing as soon as possible.
