Hi there! My name is Sarah, and I am relocating from Adelaide in April. I'm looking to move into a fully furnished place but can furnish my own room. I'm a very easy-going person, friendly and open-minded so we will never be short of fun conversations. I'm neat and tidy with my personal spaces and have great respect for those around me. I like to cook and am more than capable of cleaning and cooking. I'm more the type of person to have someone over for dinner as opposed to being a big party person, but I do love to socialise. In regards to practical details, I'm working full-time as an Accounts Administrator but am looking at moving into HR. I look forward to hearing from you!
I'm Natália, a 29yo brazilian and marketing manager. Respectful, friendly and clean. Used to sharing apartments in different countries. Would like a flatmate that wants to be friends and interact a bit while still maintaining their own life and privacy. Not interested in shared rooms! Tks!

Hey! we are Emma (24) and Craig (24) both from sunny Glasgow, Scotland and having recently graduated from university, decided to up sticks and move down under. (we plan to be in Melbourne for the next 6-12 months) We are easy-going, sociable people keen to explore Melbourne and get to know what it has to offer. We are house trained, can keep a flat clean and tidy and we both love a glass of wine/night out now and again but are not the 4am party every weekend type. We also both love animals and would be more than happy to share a home with any number of four legged creatures. Any questions, don't hesitate to ask! Looking forward to hearing from you :) Emma and Craig
Hi Guys My name is Pat. I moved from Sydney to Melbourne in 2014 to pursue academic and career goals. I would describe myself as ambitious yet laidback. Preferred social setting is definitely a café/restaurant, although I do enjoy a sneaky night out once in a while. I currently work split shift 5.00am - 8.00 and 3.00pm - 7.00pm with school in between so I'm normally the first out of the house and first to bed but enjoy to socialise and share a meal. Also fairly clean, like to keep things tidy but by no means a neat freak. If you would like to no more please do not hesitate to ask. Look forward to meeting you Pat
I'm Monika from Poland. I'm clean and calm person. I don't smoke and drink. I like my provacy but also like to chat a little bit. I'm open minded and very positive person. I love pets. I'm a traveler. So If You love to travel too we will have a great time.
Looking to move from the outer suburbs to be close to the city for uni and work. I am clean, tidy, quiet, organised, and very easy to get along with. I'm interested in many things so finding common ground wouldn't be difficult. I love music and play the guitar. Always up for some FIFA, movies, TV binge and I love cooking. Interested in popular culture and politics, and am always keen for a good discussion! Looking for a nice room with great flatmates.
I am a very easy-going, respectful and fun housemate. I am very social and enjoy a beer with mates, I am courteous to the people around me, clean and responsible.
Hi my names Abbey. I have just started a new nursing position in Melbourne and wanting to move closer to work, currently living in the country now. Easy to get along with. On weekends I'm usually catching up with friends or visiting family back home.
Hello! We are a couple looking for flatmates while we are in Australia on Working Holiday Visas! Junghyun and I just got married in January in Hawaii. I'm an American (I didn't vote for Trump...) and I live in Hawaii. Junghyun is Korean and lives in Seoul. We are meeting in Sydney in May and would like to move into a place in Melbourne for June. This will be the first time that either of us has been to Australia and we are really looking forward to living and working and having a unique perspective on Australian life. I'm studying in Hawaii to become a teacher and Junghyun works in sales at Korea Telecom. Anyway, we are both laid back, happy people who love to meet new people and have a great time! We are responsible, clean, and courteous flatmates. We look forward to meeting you soon :) K+J
Hello! I'm looking for a base in Melbourne as spend part of my time 1.5 hours out of the city. I work for myself - teaching yoga and am building another new web business, plus doing some part time studies and other TCB things. I have a really good renting track record and it's because my time is divided that I'm keen to share in the city rather than manage another house independently. I keep a healthy lifestyle and home is usually a quiet space for me - although I do love music... I'd do well living with like minded people with similar values and routines - healthy, conscientious creative folk. I'm very easy around the house and happy to keep a house flowing well, clean and tidy! Happy to answer any other qus!
Hi! I'm 29 YO full time shift worker in hospitality. I'm easy going, likes to keep things clean and tidy. Extremely easy going and respectful. Loves reading, sunshine, and wine! I have a sweet tiny dog that follows me around, she is well trained and quiet as a mouse. I'd really love a nice quiet place where I could call home. An apartment with a long term lease in a location that is close enough for short commute to the city where I work. Looking to either share a place with one other or rent a one bedroom or a studio. Must be LGBT friendly. Please send me a message so we can arrange a meeting! Thank you! Anita
**FEMALE HOUSEMATES ONLY** Hi, I'm Raquel! I'm 21 and in my final year of uni, studying Bachelor of Comms. (Public Relations). I'm originally from Country Victoria and have been living out of home and in Melbourne for the past 3 years both on my own and with roommates, so I know how to look after myself and an home. I will be at uni 1-2 days a week, interning and working retail. In my downtime, I enjoy keeping fit so I will not be the type of person to be lazing around at home all day. I'm extremely tidy, especially when it comes to common areas and so should you! Happy to have friends over occasionally, on weeknights if you're quiet and gone at a decent hour and on weekends - enjoy yourself, as long as it's not every weekend! I also enjoy having drinks with friends so you should expect this from me also. I'm looking to go into a house, or if an apartment one with 2 bathrooms and of decent size. I already have majority of furniture, including couch, fridge, washing machine, kitchen appliances etc. I am happy to have the occasional catch up/drink/froyo/movie night, but also happy to have my own space, especially through the week. Message me if you'd like to get in touch! Thanks xx
I am a 27 years old PhD student at RMIT from Egypt. Usually I am busy on week days with my work at the university and go out with my friends on the weekend. I am quite and like to socialize but I respect privacy as well. I am tidy and organized and happy to share house chores. Prefer to live with a female.
Hi, my name is Michael. I'm an international student from germany that studies at Swinburne University. Looking for a room with nice flatmates for this semester :) I love playing computer games and other geeky stuff, but also like to go out and meet new people or hang out with friends. Always open for a chat, but can also keep to myself. I'm very relaxed to live with :) Also cleaning should be no issue. Other hobbies are, swimming, hiking, drawing and having a good time :)
My girlfriend and I are currently living in SE Melbourne. Our lease is expiring on the 6th of March and we are looking to find a Short Term Stay for a month, maybe 2 while we find another place. We would be looking to move in over the weekend of the 4-5th March and are not overly fussed about the location. We are a clean, easy going, friendly couple. We both work full time Monday - Friday. Steph is a Primary School Teacher, and I work in Marketing. We are always up for a chat and a laugh and enjoy meeting new people. If you think that you could help us out please feel free to get in touch. Cheers guys, Brad and Steph
I'm here from Canada for the trimester on exchange at the Deakin Burwood campus and am looking for a private room in a great furnished place to live! I'm open to meeting new people while I try to keep up with all of the Aussie slang. I can’t promise I won’t say “sorry” or “eh” every other sentence, but I can promise to be a fun housemate! I'm 21 years old in a Communication Studies program. I'd like to think that I'm easy to get along with as I'm a pretty social person but can keep to myself, especially while doing homework and I like to keep the house clean. I'm passionate about wine and cheese nights and do enjoy going out for drinks. While I'm definitely not a gourmet chef, I'll try my best to make a house dinner every now and then. I’ve heard that Melbourne is the hotspot for festivals and cool things to do, and can’t wait to see what the city has to offer. I'm planning to remember the “study” aspect of studying abroad, but I am adventurous and hoping to make the most of my time in Australia. I'm really looking forward to escaping the Canadian winter and cannot wait to make the beach my second home, once I find my first home before the trimester starts. I'll be arriving in the middle of Feb and staying until the middle/end of June. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
Currently on the seek for a homely and friendly place to share with some new pals! Keen to make new friends and experiences, do understand personal space but always up to socialise. Generally a very clean and organised person and am also currently a first year design student at Swinburne University :)
My name is Jean and I'm a 24 year old marketing coordinator. I love baking, keeping fit and healthy, and going on nature walks. I'm easy-going, bubbly personality and love a quiet night in to binge watch TV series. I'm also clean and tidy and definitely happy to do my fair share of house work.
My name is Tahlia, I'm 18 and I'm looking at leaving the nest later in 2017, after I turn 19, so Mid August/Early September A little about me, I graduated high school in 2016 and am currently looking at my future study options for 2017 and beyond. I am a music fanatic! I love going to concerts and going out in general. I look forward to making new friends, although I can be a little shy at first. I love to cook! As a roommate, I am tidy, fun, down-to-earth, kind, supportive, a great listener, I little introverted but extroverted when I want to be. and most of all, I accept boundaries and respect other peoples opinions, morals and values. I also do not judge and try to keep an open mind as much as humanly possible in today day and age!
Hi, We are Alessia and Basilio and we need to find a place-called home around the end of feb. I am a 23 years old product designer. I did the bachelor at Politecnico of Milan and now I'm attending a Master in Service design. In Melbourne I will attend some marketing and design courses at Swinburne University (while working). My boyfriend, Basilio, is a 26 years old waiter and bartender in Italy and he is willing to do the same here in Melbourne. Both of us used to live in shared houses since 5 years, so respect for the others and cleanness are must for us. We are easy going and open minded. We love to cook for our friends (Italian dishes of course 😜) but also enjoy a nice evening out together. Travel is one of our passions and sharing experiences with people from all over the world will be a gift for us. If you want to know more just ask. Cheers
I'm a single female no children. I work full time in South Yarra as a associate property manager so i understand how important it is to respect someone elses property. I moved back to Melbourne from Abu Dhabi about 5 years ago and I'm currently living with my parents in Hoppers Crossing. I would prefer to move in early April. I love been around people but I also like my own space. I'm looking for a balance home no more then 3 people.
Hey guys, i'm relocating to Melbourne from regional NSW- and would love to move in with similarly chilled-out, open-minded people. I am very open to spending time with flatmates, whether at home or going out to places (especially movies and music events!) I'm quite laid-back and don't mind if you just want to do your own thing, not everyone is permanently social and needs alone time- which i'm *pretty* fond of myself. My (personal) interests include binge-watching TV serials/movies, comics, games, writing and fiction in general- but those aren't my only hobbies. I also love going out and socializing- movies, live music and generally going out for the day/night (or hanging out at home) are how I like to spend my non-alone time! I'm very interested in meeting new people and being introduced to new things- so if how i've described myself doesn't sound much like you, don't worry that I won't be interested- ahah I do like variety. (I'd prefer a somewhat lengthy stay so I can feel established and not have to rearrange myself all the time- but my exact move date and preferred suburbs are all just close estimates!) I look forward to hearing from you, don't feel shy to swing me a message! :)
Hi I'm Liz. I'm looking to leave my apartment to find a short-ish term place to live while I save money to move overseas. I am self-employed as a coach, which means I work from home 3 days a week and out of the home approx two days a week. I'm a kind and generous person who is open minded, spiritual and emotionally aware. I'm conscientious around the home and best suit a home which is good energy, clean, functional reasonably social and happy. I'm a non-smoker, basically a non-drinker, drug free, single and sadly petless, and can't live with a cat unfortunately, but dogs are more than good.
Hey! My name is Luke, I'm moving to Melbourne to begin my Masters in Clinical Psychology. I'm pretty easy going, I love animals and have a partner staying in Adelaide to finish her teaching degree. I'll be pretty busy with Uni during the week but I'm keen to get out and explore Melbourne or hang out and have a drink when I have free time. Other than that I like going to the gym, trying new foods or planning my next trip! Send me a message and we can have a chat :)
Hey there, studying my Bachelor's in Audio Engineering. Just moved to Melbourne. A little something about me, Laid back and easy to live with.
Hello! I work in hospitality and I've just moved to Melbourne. I've lived in Sydney all of my adult life in shared housing situations, so I'm pretty chill and considerate of other people's needs. I prefer living in a place where the occupants are happy to mingle and socialise, especially over drinks and/or food. I enjoy cooking at home, and will be bringing a bunch of cool kitchen toys with me! At other times I run fairly regularly for exercise, or play video games on the computer. My work hours will likely be late. I do my best to keep things quiet when I come home late and have never had complaints from the other 9-5ers I've lived with. I don’t have a pet but love animals, so I’m happy to feed or walk/exercise your pets. I’m looking for a long-term home (6 months or more) and would like to move in sooner rather than later, but I'm fairly flexible.
Hi there! My name is Nilesh (31). I'm Indian , lived the greater part of my life in Dubai(UAE) and will be moving to Melbourne to start a whole new chapter in my life for the foreseeable future! I would ideally like to start moving into an accommodation by the last week of April 2017. I have worked as an IT Business consultant in Dubai for over 7 years and am hoping to land across similar job opportunities in Melbourne. The first 4 months or so will be a crucial time where I would be actively involved in looking for good job opportunities (full time/part time/contractual) but can best assure you that I have saved up enough to meet the rental and living expectations. I'm a very tidy, a respectful and quiet-natured guy but always up for a good chat and socializing, and hopefully meet decent folks in the process. I'm a bit of a nerd and a gamer, whether that's board, card, or Xbox or PlayStation , but love being introduced to new interests as well. I also like to keep myself fit and enjoy some quality time at the gym too .I enjoying watching movies and catching up on netflix / TV series . Finally, I don't smoke, or use any drugs. I don't mind the occasional pint of beer to chill out on the weekend. I'm generally an early to bed and early to rise person- I start off my day hitting the gym for about an hour or so and then go about doing my work. Lastly, I'm single , no kids , no pets. so It's just me. I like dogs and cats and I won't mind if you have any . Kindness and respect are qualities important to me. As well as a balance of socialising and privacy, friendliness, cleanliness and a sense of humour! :) I am looking to move for about 4 months to start and see how it goes. Let me know if you reckon we'd get along!
Hi, I'm Hannah! I'm a recent graduate and work full time in HR. I'm looking to live somewhere close to the city for an easy commute to work. I'm an outgoing person who loves a laugh and some quality chats. I would ideally like to live in a social household that are down for watching terrible TV shows and sharing a meal/having a drink together. My inner introvert does cause me to need a bit of chill time to myself though! Overall I'm easy going and friendly. I'd prefer to live in a mixed-gender household and do have a pet cockatiel who I would love to bring with me (if at all possible). He's a small bird, so not too noisy and he would be housed in my room. I would be happy to live with people with a doggo, however cats are out of the question because that's a tad risky with the bird. Despite the bird I'm pretty normal, aside from my slightly weird sense of humour. So feel free to contact me if you think I sound like a somewhat decent potential housemate!
Hi, I'm an easy going guy looking for accommodation in central Melbourne. Looking at areas like St Kilda, Prahan south of the river etc but I am also new to Melbourne so open to anywhere central for work and looking to live with similar aged people. I've just transferred down from the Sunshine Coast to Melbourne with an engineering firm and start on 8th March. I enjoy the outdoors - hiking, surfing, rugby union but might need to be brought up to speed with AFL! Also enjoy having a few casual drinks at cafes/bars on the weekend. Looking forward to exploring what Melbourne has to offer and meeting new people!
Hey guys! we have just been accepted to a beautiful 4-5 bedroom two storey house located in wheelers hill there are 3 of us..2 girls myself and liz, and one guy billy, all super friendly down to earth people. we are on the hunt for some one to fill the 4th room :) I love music and adventure and my sports and fitness. I respect others space and but also to hang outs and would never say no to a trip to the surf. We are all super clean and wanting to treat this place like a home. If you think you would be a good fit into our little fam hit me up ASAP Thankyou!
I am currently moving over from Perth and looking for people to meet and get to know on my new adventure! I am easy going, not a big drinker and do not smoke, big social person!
Hello there future housemate(s), I’m Sanjit, a 22-year-old student who’s looking to move to Melbourne from Brisbane in order to pursue my Master’s degree in Food science at the University of Melbourne. I’m very reliable with rent and other bills (can provide references of previous housemates). I’ve lived in many share houses before so I know the drill! I’m hygienic, clean and tidy! I’m very chilled out and laid-back (so much so that I’m almost horizontal) and hope to find similar easy going and open minded housemates. Looking to rent a place for a minimum of 4-6 months and can extend it if it works out fine. I’m a very sociable person, love going out for food, drinks, movies and would love to find a chilled out place to call home. I also respect everyone’s privacy and will not be constantly pestering you haha. Since I’ll be starting with my Master’s degree, I’ll be pretty busy during the weekdays at Uni but I’m always keen to chill on the weekends. I love watching and playing soccer! (GO Manchester united!) I enjoy scuba diving, longboarding and am now looking into indoor/outdoor rock climbing. Also enthusiastic about patting dogs and watching funny dog compilation videos. I’m an avid music listener! Love rap, hip hop (artists such as Kendrick lamar, Eminem, 2pac, Biggie, The underachievers, Joey badass, J cole etc), classic rock (Pink Floyd, Guns n roses, Aerosmith, The beatles, Jefferson airplane, Creedence Clearwater revival, The rolling stones, Eric Clapton, Queen etc), Electronic (Flume, Nicholas jaar, Odesza, Pretty lights, Eric prydz, Bassnectar etc) and sometimes when I’m feeling classy, I’ll hit up some Wolfgang Mozart (what a ridiculously cool name) or Bach. So if you love music, I’m sure we will get along!! Also, I have a pair of headphones so you don’t have to worry about me blasting loud music. Also down to binge watch movies and tv shows. So, if you think we’d get along and would like to team up or you have a room available in your house, hit me up! I’m currently travelling overseas and will be arriving in Melbourne around the 21st of February. Send me a message if you're interested. Hope to hear from you soon :)
Hello hello! I would love to find a home ASAP as I'm really not wanting to couch surf for too much longer! I've just returned to Melbourne after spending the last 6 months back home in Darwin working and soaking up our horrendous heat! I've come back so I can do my Masters of Teaching (high school health and enviro science). I love being outside soaking up the sunshine (and will always want to make the most of sunny winter days). I also enjoy trawling through local markets searching for hidden gems. I like a glass of wine or two and am always up for a coffee. My door is also always open for a chat and I like to live in pretty social households. Though I also respect privacy and downtime. I spend far too much dreaming about my next holiday and am always looking for the next destination. I'm a fairly clean and easy going person.
I am a Non Smoker, Non Alcoholic. Love to play Games, watch TV Series. I do my own chores, I do not like a messy house, so I clean it up when I am bored, or nothing to do. I am going to study at Swinburne University. In sports I like to play Volley Ball, Bowling(amateur level), badminton. I love to play board games and card games.
I am a young 25-year-old male looking for accommodation. I work full time on weekdays, so I am usually home only by late evenings on the weekdays. I am definitely clean and friendly. I am a fairly quiet person, but rest assured I am not boring. I do enjoy having a conversation and sharing a drink or a meal with the people I live with. Also, I am a Vegetarian and it would obviously be an advantage living with another vegetarian or vegan. I do have a car, so I am looking for a place with a parking spot.
Hey guys! I'm just an easy going, fun gal looking for a house that is nice and chill. I'm going into my third year at Monash (performing arts- like acting and music and junk) after a gap year last year. I play the piano (aka my terrible second hand electric keyboard- with headphones, don't worry, you don't have to listen to me jam out to Mozart and Bach) and I sing, and I'm a painter and a writer. So basically anything that is creative and guaranteed to NEVER make you money, I'm totally into. Yeah so I pay my rent on time, I'm pretty clean, I'm a veggo, and I'm pretty relaxed. I like to have a nice wine (or ten) every now and then and my hobbies include chugging back a lil fat lamb before a derro house party. Would love to find some housemates who are lovely and respectful and fun! Hit me up xx

I generally keep to myself due to working and studying but love a good chat and party. I'm into the outdoors, gymming and spending time with friends on my days off. Preferably looking for a place under $160 p/w and open to pets (I'm not bringing any myself). Get back to me if you're up for a chat!
I am mature and switched on. Clean and respectful to other peoples privacy. Professional, and working full time Mon-Fri when I move to Melbourne. I work a 9-5 day. I'm easy going, have the north queenslander personality, very laid back and good to have a conversation with. Don't mind the social drink every now and then. Into listening to music when I'm home, catching up on shows or playing my console. Don't mind going out for the odd dinner as well. I like going out to concerts and checking out whatever is on in the city.
Easy going Adelaideian , respectful and fun girl looking for a place to live :) Hello :) My name is Lucy , I'm 22, I work as a nanny full time. I'm originally from Adelaide but moved to Melbourne nearly 3 years ago. I'm a social person so roommates I can have an occasional chat and drink with would be cool! I am currently in my final semester at Latrobe studying Business. I have just returned from a year abroad and need a room for at least 6 months in the vicinity of Latrobe in Bundoora. I have my own car so public transport isn't a necessity. I will be working hard this semester and playing sports so can be independent, but also look to go out on the weekends.
Hi there! My name is Sharla I'm 22 and currently working 6-7 days a week supporting children who have disabilities. I love my work but I will be heading back to uni to start a degree in paramedics. I'm a happy, clean and quiet person with a positive outlook on life, I enjoy my own space but also love weekend get-togethers over a glass of wine. After 3 months away, I'm about to return from an internship at the University of Copenhagen in Denmark and I'm looking for a nice place near Melbourne, preferably close to public transport. I'll be able to move in after the 12th of March. I study environmental science part-time at Deakin University (starting my honours in June) and work part-time at a pharmacy. I've been house sharing for 4 years and completely understand the respect required for a happy and warm home. I do own white goods (fridge, washer, dryer) and a couch, but if your place is already equipped then I can leave these in storage and only bring my bedroom furniture. Please message me if you have any questions at all, I will be back in Australia in March and I'm happy to meet up for a coffee or house inspections after the 12th. Thanks for reading my profile :)

Very sociable, love going out for drinks on a Friday after work! Really into my fitness and go to the gym at least 5 days a week and enjoy going for the occasional run. I've house shared loads before, always clean and tidy up after myself and have previous landlord references and all that jazz.
